Su Yunjin first selected two types of lightweight breathable cotton fabrics, one in yellow for Little Yuanbao and the other in red for Little Tiangua, since she’s a girl.

Both colors are bright and very suitable for children, making them look lively and soft.

Besides buying for the two little ones, Su Yunjin also picked some fabrics for herself. The gauze and silk materials are both lightweight and breathable, perfect for summer wear. Seeing a complete range of colors, she selected several more, including light green, aqua blue, and apricot. These are Su Yunjin’s favorite summer colors.

For Gu Ya, Su Yunjin compared and chose colors like jasmine and glass-like hues. She thought Gu Ya looked particularly good in white, so she specially picked some fabrics in shades close to white for him.

When it comes to selecting fabric for clothes, Gu Ya always lets his young wife take charge. Whatever she chooses is perfectly fine by him, and Gu Ya never disagrees. As Su Yunjin carefully selects, Gu Ya patiently stands by her side waiting.

Occasionally, the young wife holds up a piece of fabric to ask him if it looks good, and each time Gu Ya gives a few serious comments.

The fabric seller uncle could tell that the two before him were wealthy, so he greeted Su Yunjin with extra enthusiasm, even bringing out some of the shop’s best goods not often shown to others.

The uncle cheerfully accepted the deposit, promising to deliver it to the boat as soon as possible. After leaving the fabric stall, Su Yunjin happily walked ahead.

His young wife was walking too fast, forcing Gu Ya to simply grab her little hand to stop her from running further.
