Chapter 82: "Sit properly."

Lee Ya glared at Bo Ailun and Luo Muchen her eyes almost shooting laser beams. Since Luo Muchen wanted to play this game then Lee Ya would participate fully. While the group was chit-chatting, she took out her cell phone and started texting.

Luo Muchen had no idea that a storm was coming. He was busy instructing the store assistant.

When the store assistant came back she was holding a black velvet box. He took it from her while thanking her sincerely.

"Ready to go?" asked Bo Ailun. Since they had followed Luo Muchen in here they had to leave with him but he also wanted to rescue his friend from the clutches of that witch.

"Mn... let’s go. I will take you to an amusement park on me," replied Luo Muchen and Qie Xieling’s eyes lit up.

He stood up like a ball of energy and said, "Which one? Let’s go to the one by the riverside."

Luo Muchen glanced at Lee Ya before turning back to him and whispering, "Aren’t you on a date?"

Qie Xieling, "..."

What date? He was just here to help her pick a gift, okay?

"No, we are already done picking a gift. I am going with you," he said leading the way as though afraid they would leave him alone with Lee Ya. He didn’t like making people sad and thus he was running away from the confrontation.

While walking to the entrance of the mall, Qie Xieling nudged Luo Muchen with his shoulder before asking, "So what’s in the box?"

Luo Muchen glanced at him sideways before saying, "If I show you then you would have to keep it. It’s for the owner’s eyes only."

Qie Xieling clicked his tongue while pushing Luo Muchen away.

"How are we getting there?" asked Bo Ailun and Qie Xieling was about to call his uncle when Ah Cy waved her cell phone,

"I called a ride. Oh, there it is."

The group of people turned to where she was pointing and their faces sank. "We are six people. How are we supposed to fit?" asked Bo Ailun.

Wei Qi immediately took charge. She pointed at the front seat and said, "Lee Ya, you can sit in the front."

Lee Ya thought she was respecting her as she should so she smirked while sitting in front. Seeing that smug look Wei Qi almost wished she could tell the driver to lock the doors and drive her home alone.

"Ailun you sit in the middle then class president you sit on the left side and Cy Cy you can sit on my lap," she said.

Qie Xieling who looked like he had been left out asked, "Then what about me?"

Ah Cy smiled like the goddess of mischief while saying, "On the class president’s lap."

She honestly thought Qie Xieling would be shy but who would have thought he would be very enthusiastic? Before Luo Muchen could refuse Qie Xieling sat on his lap and wiggled comfortably.

Luo Muchen’s muscles tensed his heart palpitating so much that it was beating in his ears. He tried to control his breathing looking outside the window trying to prevent an embarrassing situation but Qie Xieling was merciless.

He kept moving while arguing with Bo Ailun making Luo Muchen’s blood rush down south. He suddenly wrapped his arms around Qie Xieling’s waist and whispered, "Don’t move."

Qie Xieling thought that he was too heavy for him so he patted Luo Muchen’s hand while saying, "Class president, endure it. It’s only a five-minute ride."

The driver wanted to complain seeing his car crowded but since it was only five minutes he could only grit his teeth and put up with it.

This was the most chaotic ride of his life. There were two boys arguing while two girls giggled like there was something funny. The only well-behaved passengers were the boy who was resting his head at the back of the one sitting on his lap and the girl in front constantly on her cell phone. If it weren’t for the generous tip he would blown his top already.

Luo Muchen had never prayed in his life but right now he was praying to whichever god would listen. He closed his eyes trying not to think but when the sweet scent of peaches and cream assailed his senses he couldn’t think straight. Intoxicated by that fragrance he couldn’t help but tighten his grip. His fingers subconsciously wanted to reach underneath Qie Xieling’s t-shirt and explore but he held back.

Qie Xieling who had no idea someone was dying underneath him, leaned forward while asking Lee Ya, "Did you bring your father’s gift along? Don’t you want to drop it off at home first in case you lose it?"

Lee Ya turned back while replying, "I let them deliver it to my house."

Qie Xieling wanted to ask something else when he was pulled back and a deep hoarse voice said in his ear, "Sit properly."

Qie Xieling felt shivers all over his body as he covered his ear. "Will you stop?" scolded Qie Xieling his unfinished conversation with Lee Ya completely forgotten.

Luo Muchen decided to be stubborn for once so he whispered again, "Stop what? This?"

Qie Xieling: "..."

By the time they reached the amusement park, Qie Xieling was like a cooked lobster. He wished he could tape Luo Muchen’s mouth shut for the rest of the day. That voice was a lethal weapon when unleashed close to anyone’s ears.

"Mu-ge," called out a sweet voice as soon as they stepped close to the gates of the amusement park.

A girl with a high ponytail and slender build ran over. Plenty of girls had pursued Luo Muchen mostly in writing and gifts but there was that one girl who was aggressive with it. It was so bad that his mother had to intervene.

She not only harassed him for his number but she would wait at their class door just to talk to him. Even when he was rude she would still smile happily like she was just delighted he spoke to her.

She was becoming a full-blown stalker and even had a confrontation with Qie Xieling once. It was because of this Luo Muchen had had enough and brought forth the big guns.

His mother paid her parents a visit and the next day she was gone. Who would have thought stalker Tao would make a reappearance today?

Luo Muchen who was just having a sigh of relief seeing that his big boy was well-behaved and didn’t rise into a pole instantly turned hostile.

He glanced up and happened to meet Lee Ya’s smug gaze. Just before he was jumped Qie Xieling stood in front of him blocking her view while Bo Ailun retorted,

"This can’t be a coincidence, right? Stalker Tao, you just happened to be at the same amusement park. I call horse shit on that."

Qie Xieling sneered while saying, "I don’t hit girls but if you dare I will make an exception."

Ming Tao: "..."
