Saintess? Not Anymore! I'd Rather be a Destroyer-Chapter 351 - 288: Bronius
Aurianna followed his gaze, taking note of the subtle but undeniable hostility in the room. The humans eyed the non-human participants with thinly veiled disdain, while the non-humans returned the game look.
She simply shrugged. "Race is irrelevant. At the end of the day, we’re all flesh and blood. What matters is strength. Besides," she added, smirking slightly, "I’ve had acquaintances like you before."
Her mind briefly flickered to memories of the annoying vampire Elena, as well as the demons Ostusi and Demetrius.
"You’re so cool! Give me a hug!" Vlad beamed, spreading his arms wide as he lunged toward her.
Aurianna, without hesitation, placed a firm hand against his face, stopping him in his tracks.
"Please refrain from that," she said flatly.
Vlad let out a muffled whimper against her palm before backing up.
"What a meanie," Vlad scoffed, crossing his arms.
"Also, how would we even fight together?" Andre wondered, tilting his head.
Aurianna smirked. "Well, I’m both a close-range and long-range fighter. My guns work like arrows but are stronger and faster. I don’t have to worry about you two being near my target since I’m a good shot. Plus, I use my legs to fight too. But honestly, I doubt I’ll have much trouble."
"Oh, I see. That makes sense," Vlad mused. "Well, I’m also a close-range and long-range fighter. I mostly use my umbrella as a blood sword, and when I swing it, I can create blood spikes."
Andre stretched his arms. "And for me, I’m just a close-range fighter. I use my fists, after all." He said with pride but Aurianna and Vlad gave him blank stares.
"The test will begin in one minute, so everyone, stick with your teams. You’ll be teleported shortly," announced the same male fairy who had explained the rules earlier.

The moment the test began, Vlad and Andre’s excitement was met with depressed faces.
They had expected a grueling battle with terrifying creatures, an experience that would push them to their limits. Instead, it was... effortless.
Any monster that approached them would freeze in fear the moment Aurianna locked eyes with it. And once that happened, the fight was practically over before it even started. The monster would just patiently wait for it’s death.
"We haven’t been able to do much," Vlad sighed, sitting around a small fire, resting his chin in his palm. His eyes flickered toward Aurianna. ’Just what the hell is she?’ he thought uneasily.
"What happened to the near-death experience?!" Vlad cried out, throwing his hands in the air.
Andre, meanwhile, was occupied with skinning a wolf monster. He carefully cut the meat, removing the blood and fur before using magic to make the fire burn hotter. With a flick of his fingers, he used wind magic to keep the meat suspended above the flames as it cooked.
"I wonder how we’re supposed to eat all these monsters," he muttered, looking at the pile of dead monsters behind them before shaking his head. "My hands are already tired from skinning all that meat. Don’t you ever get full, Aurianna?" he whined, his eyes filled with exhaustion.
"You two should stop whining," Aurianna snorted, biting into a massive chunk of meat with an almost lazy expression.
"Fine. Since we’ve reached the kill quota, I guess we’ll be transported soon," Vlad said with a shrug.
Just as they finished eating, their tags glowed green, and in an instant, they were teleported away.
They reappeared in a massive hall filled with thousands of people. Some looked exhausted, others were bloodied, and a few were visibly injured. However, the soft green light glowing beneath their feet rapidly healed wounds, restoring everyone to a stable condition.
"Wow, this place looks awesome," Andre gasped, his eyes widening as he took in the towering pillars adorned with the symbol of the God of Light. Above them, a massive, beautiful painting stretched across the ceiling.
"Well, bye," Aurianna said casually, turning on her heel and walking away.
"Wait, why are you leaving already?!" Vlad yelped, hurrying after her.
"I’m done with the test, so I’m gonna roam!" Aurianna declared, her eyes sparkling with excitement.
"But let’s stick together!" Vlad suggested, glancing at Andre for backup.
"I agree with him," Andre said with a nod.
"Ugh, no," Aurianna groaned, scrunching up her face.
"Gurllllll!!" Vlad cried dramatically, throwing his hands in the air.
"Come on! It’s only gonna last a short while!" Vlad pleaded, his tone desperate.
"Nah, I’m good," Aurianna refuted, waving him off.
"Fine, then we’ll go with you!" Vlad huffed.
"No, no—" Aurianna started, shaking her head, but both Vlad and Andre stuck to her like glue.
Despite her annoyance, she eventually gave up, sighing as they stood together. As they stood there, Aurianna drew several curious stares. A few people even attempted to speak to her, but Vlad immediately waved them off, his casual dismissals annoying them.
After two hours of waiting, the massive room was completely packed. Suddenly, dark elf wearing long white robes stepped onto the elevated stage at the front of the hall.
"Congratulations to all who have gathered here!" he announced, his voice loud enough for everyone to hear, "You have been chosen to enter the Mystical Academy!"
A few scattered cheers broke out, but the hall mostly remained silent.
"The rules of the Mystical Academy are the same as the test," the dark elf continued, his tone firm yet excited. "I hope you remember them well! Breaking those rules will lead to severe punishment, and let me make this clear—your status outside of this academy is completely irrelevant here! In this institution, we believe in true equality! Also please I’m called Bronius!"
"So, you will all be given a guide to the school!" Bronius continued. "They will be placed on the beds in your respective rooms!"
"Uh, sir!" someone called out loudly from the crowd.
"Yes, please?" Bronius responded, glancing in their direction.
"Will we be given clothes?" the person asked hesitantly.
"Of course!" Bronius declared with a nod. "Your school uniform consists of a fitted blue top and trousers. You’ll each receive seven pairs. Additionally, you will be provided with twenty random outfits. You’re free to buy more clothing from the stores within the school!"
With a wave of his hand, the school uniform appeared in the air, floating for everyone to see. Alongside it, twenty other outfits, each varying in style and color.
A scoffing voice rang out from the crowd. "Why do us girls have to wear trousers like the boys?"
Bronius let out an awkward cough. "Well... we had an incident with a few students from the succubus and devil races... flashing people."
"Oh," the girl gasped, immediately understanding.
"Yeah, that’s why," Bronius confirmed with a nervous chuckle. "Honestly, we’d prefer if students had their own style, so feel free to modify your uniforms however you like—so long as you don’t flash anyone. Indecency will be punished!" With a snap of his fingers, the clothes disappeared, reappearing in their designated locations.
"Wow! It just appeared before me. Neat!" Vlad grinned, holding up his new wardrobe.
Meanwhile, Aurianna stared at the extra clothes with an unimpressed look.
"Damn you, Dielle! I could have brought more clothes!!" she fumed internally, recalling the unfortunate events that led to her having fewer outfits stored in her inventory.
