Since he knows Yoriichi has been travelling in the sea, as he also seems to be a powerful person and knows he might be able to take him to such a legendary island

Yoriichu can tell his words aren’t totally true but it’s certain that he surely wanna go to Elbaph but unfortunately, he can’t grant that wish of his

"My destination lies somewhere else" Yoriichi replied to Usopp’s question as he rejected Usopp’s request since he didn’t plan to go there due to the fact that his priority right now is to find the person he is looking for

He can’t delay his journey just because someone else wants to as right now his first task is finding the person he is looking for then later maybe he might go around the world

Due to the fact that he also made a promise with Robin to find this world history with her like how she is supporting him for his objective

And he would be honest then he quite liked that, considering the fact that after delivering the letter, he won’t have a goal afterwards which is why helping Robin to fulfil her dream will also become his objective

"I-is that so?" Usopp said this, even though he was so disappointed in his answer he still couldn’t say more since Usopp isn’t in any position to make demands to Yoriichi

"By the way, are they still sleeping?" Usopp asked this question as he wanted to change the subject to erase this awkward atmosphere after getting rejected

By ’they’ Usopp meant Yoriichi’s companions who are none other than Robin and Nami and to this, Yoriichi just nodded his head

As he can’t blame them since yesterday they slept really late which is why it’s natural that they must wake up late too

"Are they always like that?" Usopp asked this question with pure curiosity since considering the fact that they travel on the sea meaning that they needed to wake up early to navigate the ship

He is not really complaining as he liked this way since in his eyes even though both out of this world beauties still their personality is not any better than a demon which is why he prefers to talk to yoriichi than Nami and Robin

To Usopp, only Yoriichi out of them seems like a decent fella and easy to talk even though he is mostly quiet still he seems a calm person and reasonable to talk to

"No" Yoriichi said this as he replied to Usopp’s question since he dont really tell the reason why they are still sleeping which is why he can only say no

Even though he thinks it’s better to let Usopp know about this since his close friend is in danger and he has the right to know about it

Even though he looks like nothing more than a liar still Yoriichi can tell that he is a decent human who genuinely cares about his friend

After that, Yoriichi stood up from his place as planned to take a bath to get refreshed since there is much to do today

A few hours later....

"Good morning, Yoriichi~" Robin said this as she woke up and washed up then came outside to see and greet the Yoriichi who was just sitting

Yoriichi greeted her back as he passed the tea he had just made since he already knew that she had woken up which is why he had already prepared the tea in advance

"Oh~ thank you~" Robin said this as she picked the cup up and sipped it as she couldn’t help but appreciate The Yoriichi handcraftship more 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺

"Where is Usopp?" Robin asked this as she couldn’t see Usopp anywhere right now which is a good thing considering the fact that they can discuss what they can do with the information they got yesterday

"He went out to do something" Yoriichi replied as Usopp went outside before they woke up since He dont wanna have interactions with Robin and Nami since he’s scared of them

Even though Usopp is gone after making an excuse rather it would be more accurate to say a pathetic lie than an excuse which Yoriichi instantly tells.

"I see, so do you know what we should do next?" Robin asked this as she is asking him about the letter they got from Nami

*Nod*

Yoriichi nodded his head as he indeed got some idea how they could solve this problem but all that plan depends on one single event

"We need to let Usopp see the truth" Yoriichi said this as he came to this conclusion since he is a resident here meaning his words are valued more than them combined

"But how and even if he did see then I dont think anyone would believe him because of how much he lies" Robin said this to Yoriichi as she dont think it’s a good choice since even if somehow makes Usopp see the truth

Even then it’s nearly impossible for anyone to believe in him since even though they only knew him for a day they still know he is a liar

Which is why that even if he knows the truth then it’s very unlikely that anyone else would believe his words since they all would have thought this is one of his other lies

"We dont need to convince others, we just need to convince that girl" Yoriichi replied as he explained more since even though he knows Usopp is the type of person who lies a lot and no one really would believe him

But he doesn’t want anyone else to believe other than one single person, and that single person in the midst of all these, is the only person who believes Usopp no matter how ridiculous he is

That single person is none other than that sick girl who is also the owner of that mansion long as Usopp tells the truth to that girl then there is a possibility that she can believe him

Hearing his words, Robin couldn’t help but think deeply about what Yoriichi had just said since this isn’t entirely impossible still for this plan they needed to convince Usopp first to understand what’s going on right now which isn’t easy
