And once it got affected by miasmic corruption, it could resist it and kept hunting more demons and thus eventually lost all sanity.

While asking a question, Lia didn’t wait for a reply and pointed her sword at the monster instead.

The bird monster barely even got a chance to dodge as everything happened far too fast.

All of its instincts from the very bottom of its soul urged it to dodge as it felt its ’death’ coming closer to it in that moment!

A beam of pure light elementals and divine spirit magic as thick as a two-story building was fired towards the bird monster at the speed of light!

The ’Particle Beam’ was powerful enough to put even the top-grade laser weapons to shame!

It was so fast and powerful that a new circular valley was created on the spot as the ground melted in a millisecond just from being grazed by that beam of horror!

The heat of that beam literally turned the sand and dirt into solid glass crystals!

The beam didn’t stop even after travelling for dozens of kilometers and finally hit the base of a faraway mountain and blew a hole in the form of a ’C’ before finally losing power and stopping.

Just as she was about to take a step forward, she frowned and suddenly stepped back, confusing Kai, but it didn’t take long for him to understand why she did that.

The supposedly dead monster suddenly moved and stood up from the ground, using its intestines as tentacles to support its body.

The bizarre monster wasn’t dead yet; miasma seeped from its entire body, its internal organs hung outside like the pendulum of a clock, and yet it was still alive!

And it was screaming from pain as it used it and fired its bones like projectiles towards Lia!

Seeing this, Lia frowned a bit and avoided the attack easily by flying in the sky using her fairy-like wings.

Then she pointed her sword towards the monster on the ground and opened fire!
