PERFECT REINCARNATION : Being Invincible in Another World-Chapter 85: Awakening 6th Circle
In the training Grounds —
Aurelion’s training ground had changed completely from what it once was. What had once been a simple circular field of reinforced stone had now evolved into a far more complex environment designed for both aura and mana cultivation. Multiple rune arrays were carved across the floor in layered rings, some faintly glowing while others remained dormant until activated. Small crystal pylons stood at precise intervals around the field, regulating mana density so the environment could shift between normal conditions and intense magical pressure within seconds. Sections of the ground could raise or lower through controlled earth mechanisms, creating obstacles, platforms, or uneven terrain to simulate real battle conditions. On one side, a line of enchanted targets absorbed elemental spells without shattering, allowing repeated testing of destructive magic. On the opposite end, weighted training pillars had been installed for aura practice, each capable of resisting the force of sword strikes enhanced with aura. Thin channels etched along the stone carried mana like veins through the entire area, stabilizing the environment whenever powerful spells were cast. Even the air felt slightly heavier within the boundary, as if the space itself had been trained alongside Aurelion. It was no longer just a practice yard; it had become a controlled arena where both magic and martial power could be pushed to their limits.
Aurelion sat alone in the quiet chamber, legs folded and back straight as he focused inward. The room was still, broken only by the slow rhythm of his breathing. Within his Mystic Heart, the five circles he had already formed rotated steadily, each one flowing with stable mana. For hours he remained like that, guiding the current of power through the pathways he had carefully refined through years of training. At first the mana resisted, gathering unevenly as he attempted to compress it into a new structure. Aurelion did not force it. Instead, he slowed his breathing and allowed the energy to settle, gradually pulling the scattered strands together. Slowly, a faint ring began to form beside the others, thin and unstable at first. The pressure inside his core increased, heat spreading through his chest as the forming circle struggled to maintain its shape. He tightened his focus, guiding the mana with precise control until the incomplete ring finally stabilized. The moment it locked into place, a quiet surge of power flowed through his entire body. The sixth circle began rotating alongside the others, perfectly aligned within his Mystic Heart. Aurelion opened his eyes then, the faint glow of mana fading from his pupils. The effort had taken most of the night, but the result was fulfilling. He had finally stepped into the realm of a Sixth Circle Magician, a level few achieved even after decades of study.
Then, Aurelion opened his eyes.
"Ahh, You’re back." He said. "Don’t look here and there or ponder about the characters, I am talking to you, my reader."
"... Wait, I guess. This is too confusing for you, lemme start with the beginning then."
It’s been Seven years since the exploration of our first dungeon. It was a good and fruitful event. Rowan found a relic, he used it a lot —you know like, when practicing swings, Aura trainings and stuff. It was his partner for 5 years until it was no longer strong enough to handle Rowan’s Might and broke. Yes, you got it right, Rowan is stronger now. A lot more than you will think a winky kid who could not even hold his sword properly can become. You might not believe it but he ranks 89th on the Celestial Hundred list. Not only him, I have a whole crew of strong and competent people now and also got to know some shocking revelations and Grand Secrets. Well that is topic of another time.
Yes - Yes, I know you want to know more about me. So, I am 12 years old now. As you saw before, I just became a 6th Circle High Magician, as for Aura, I am a 4th Star Master Swordsman but there’s a twist to it, the world does not know that I am swordsman at all. This happened due to a wager or I guess, you can call it an oath to be precise. Here, lemme bring the visuals for you.
By the time the sun had begun to dip downwards, the small convoy returned to the capital with some dust from the long journey still clinging to their cloaks and armor. The journey back had been quieter than the one before it, the tension of the dungeon now replaced with the steady rhythm of horses moving along the stone road toward the towering walls of the royal castle. As the gates opened for them, the familiar sight of the inner courtyard greeted the group, guards standing aside as the riders entered and the echoes of hooves rang across the stone pavement. Rowan climbed down from his horse with tired limbs and the lingering weight of everything they had faced still fresh in his mind, while Sally hopped down beside Aurelion as if the entire expedition had been nothing more than a short outing. The convoy leader reported their safe return to the gate sentries before the group made their way deeper into the castle grounds. Though the dungeon lay far behind them now, the events within Gloomfang Hollow had left their mark, and as the evening light settled over the castle towers, it was clear that the day’s exploration had quietly changed more than just Rowan’s understanding of the world beyond the palace walls.
The Castle Gates opened, a guard came running towards Aurelion. "... Your Highness, His Majesty has urgently summoned you. Please make your way direct to his quarters." Aurelion nodded and travelled the way to the Quarters with his tired, little legs. The Giant gates of the Royal Quarters opened, Aurelion alone stepped inside and kneeled with one leg.
"...You are not worthy to be the Crown Prince of Eternal Empire." Aurex roared.
