If there were any, all of them should be stored inside Liam’s grimoire, so Miguel did not waste any time searching around.

However, he halted his steps a few minutes later as he detected a few figures approaching the area in huge strides.

All of them visible in his [Divine Sense], Miguel decided to wait for their arrival.

A person clad in dark robes cursed under his breath as he sensed with his mark another member of his organization meeting their demise.

In every member that was killed, the small snake that was coiled around his neck grew weaker and weaker. The luster on it’s eyes grew dim, and as the master, he could clearly feel the weakening of his beast.

Unfortunately, he could do nothing about it.

The moment he sensed a severe danger a few minutes earlier, he did not hesitate to escape and abandon what he had built after so many years.

He knew himself the best.

He might know how to manage and run an assassin organization, but his combat strength was not the beast.
