Hold On Mr.! Your Sweetheart is a Real Queen-Chapter 636: Edward Stephens is the only one he longs for.
It took a whole hour to travel from the island by helicopter.
Erin sat beside Daisy Ginger, remaining silent, only occasionally raising his head to glance at Daisy.
This was the first time in so many years that he had argued with Daisy, a disagreement of opinions. Although Daisy eventually agreed, he still felt a bit uneasy inside.
Daisy raised her hand and gently rubbed his little head, "Don’t worry."
Erin nestled his cheek against her warm, cool palm.
With her eyes lowered, Daisy looked at the child’s tender little face and softly said, "Mom was stern with you a few days ago, and now Mom apologizes."
Children do not understand the love and hatred of adults. She took him away from the Stephens family, making him wander at such a young age. He always followed her obediently, never once complaining.
She remembered when she took him to live in a small European town last year, he got along very well with a neighboring little boy. Every day, when they went out for sketching, they always came back together.
That should be Erin’s closest friend in these years.
But when she had to get up and leave, Erin just obediently followed her.
She left in a hurry, and Erin only had time to leave a painting for his friend.
Since then, whenever he met someone he liked, he would give them one of his paintings.
If emotions can’t be maintained for long, let my paintings accompany you instead.
A small child doesn’t have much to offer; that was the only thing he could do for someone he loved.
He liked Edward Stephens so much that when she took him away, he silently followed her, even though he knew this departure might mean he’d never see him again in his lifetime.
She didn’t need to impose her love and hate onto Erin, nor make Erin hate Edward because of her grievances.
In terms of emotions, Erin doesn’t have much; Edward is his only longing.
It’s what he wants to strive for.
She couldn’t refuse Erin’s small wish.

Hurrying all the way to the airport, Ryan Smith went to buy tickets while Daisy took Erin to a restaurant in the airport to order a hamburger and cola; the mother and son sat there eating.
After ten minutes or so, Ryan returned. 𝚏𝕣𝐞𝗲𝐰𝕖𝐛𝐧𝕠𝕧𝚎𝚕.𝐜𝚘𝗺
He sat gasping beside Daisy, pressing three boarding passes onto the table, "A flight in an hour, first class."
Daisy nodded and fed Erin a French fry.
"Edward will surely be happy to see you," Ryan said.
Daisy smiled faintly, neither agreeing nor disagreeing.
Three years had passed; she wondered if he and Coco were already married, and when did he think of her?
Looking for her before he dies, was it to make up for regrets or because, as he once said, when his memory returned, he chose Coco?
She didn’t want to appear as some bitter woman; it was merely that from when his memory gradually returned to now being severely ill, a year had passed. Ultimately, after he remembered, he still decided to choose his current wife and take responsibility for her.
She understood that in a person’s life, feelings are not the only destination. Responsibility, family—Edward had more to bear than she did.
His choice to give up only meant that, in the days with Coco, he truly fell in love with her...
She slowly ate the fries and turned her head to look out the window.
