Demonic Skeleton God-Chapter 127: Cru’s Wrath
Chapter 127: Cru’s Wrath
The water around Ivy dispersed, and Ivy was free.
"Alright, alright. I’ll give you what you want, just put the sword away," the girl said with difficulty.
Flain sheathed his sword, and a large handful of Mana Crystals appeared in the girl’s palm. Flain took them and began counting.
"There are 15, looks like we hit the jackpot," said Flain and handed them to Aran.
Ivy came up to Flain and released the girl on Flain’s command.
"Don’t you dare give Cru any Mana Crystals or I’ll get mad at you, and trust me, you don’t want that," said Flain and they left her alone in the room.
"Alright, for today our collection ends, 41 Mana Crystals is enough for me," said Flain while smiling and examining one in his hand.
"My king, may I ask, what is a jackpot?" asked Aran.
"That’s when someone wins a lot of money in gambling. But don’t worry about it, it’s not from this world," said Flain.
"And now let’s move on to you. How is it possible you got caught in a trap?" Flain turned to Ivy and his smirk vanished instantly.
This apparently scared Ivy, and he bowed.
"Forgive me, my king. I take full responsibility for my actions and I swear to you that something like this will never happen again," he said with his head bowed to the ground.
"If you break your promise, I’ll get angry. And that’s something you don’t want to experience," said Flain.
Afterwards, Flain carried his loot back to the room, and after a few minutes, he heard footsteps from his servants. When he let them into the girl’s room, she nearly dropped her breakfast.
"M-master, b-behind you, m-monsters," stammered the man.
"Ah, those are my summons, you don’t need to be afraid. They’re under my control," said Flain.
The servants calmed down and handed him his breakfast.
"Apologies, sir, for the confusion. I didn’t know you were capable of this," said the servant and they left.
Flain threw away the breakfast and headed outside. All the students were staring at him—after all, who wouldn’t be curious seeing a man followed by two monsters, one of which stood three meters tall?
Everyone from room 54 and below knew him as the scary man who controlled two monsters and stole Mana Crystals.
The students whispered to each other about Flain, and soon Flor and Itai joined him.
"Heh, haven’t seen those two in a while, Eran," said Itai to Flain.
"Greetings, Aran and Ivy. I’m glad to meet you," said Flor with a smile.
Ivy and Aran didn’t reply and simply walked behind Flain expressionlessly.
In public, they couldn’t show too much intelligence because someone at Stage 3 definitely wouldn’t be able to summon summons with enough intelligence to speak.

While Flain’s group walked toward the academy, rumors about Flain were spreading, and even Cru himself heard them. He was furious that someone was collecting Mana Crystals on his territory.
He was being told this by a short, brown-haired young man who was one of Cru’s friends. Along with them were three others—another guy, Iagiro, and Cru’s girlfriend.
"How many rooms did that bastard take?" asked Cru.
"It should be exactly 53," the man said cautiously.
When Cru heard that, his eyes turned blood-red. "How did that fucking weakling dare to do something like that?! I’m going to deal with him personally!" he shouted.
"Wait, don’t you want some information about him?" the man asked.
"Alright, Akira, speak," Cru said, turning his eyes to Akira.
Akira Yamatori was Cru’s informant who could dig up lots of information on anyone so Cru would know who he could easily blackmail and who had lots of Mana Crystals. He owned room number 20 and wasn’t among the academy’s elites in strength, but in terms of brainpower, he ranked among the best.
Another member of his group was Iagiro Huria, who took care of collecting Mana Crystals when Cru didn’t feel like doing it himself or when the students were beneath his level. He owned room 15 and was quite strong.
Next was a big guy with short hair and a rough face, who looked quite old for his age of 18. His name was Riak Drag, Cru’s best and also strongest friend. He was very strong, and if anyone ever said a bad word about Cru, he would beat the soul out of them. He owned room 8.
Then there was a pretty slim girl with lightly tanned skin, blonde hair, and red eyes, Miyu Sato. She was Cru’s girlfriend and came from an Archpriest family. She had a similar personality to Cru but was not as easily angered and was very good at manipulation. On top of that, she was very strong and owned room 10.
"His name is Eran Girflodor and he’s the son of a Baron. According to my estimates, he should be Peak Stage five, uses two swords, and has an aggressive fighting style. He has one technique and one poison spell. Apparently, he can summon 2 summons with unknown power. He’s a close friend of Flor Wahraid and spends a lot of time with him. He doesn’t excel in any subject and is average in all regards. These are all the details I managed to find about him," Akira said.
"Why do we always have to be bothered by such weaklings," Miyu sighed.
"Cru, if you want, I’ll take care of him for you," Riak mumbled.
"Hmph, this kind of weakling dares to interfere with my territory?! I’ll crush him myself so badly he’ll be afraid to even say my name. I don’t care at all that he’s friends with Flor," Cru growled, and white fur began growing on his body while his eyes started glowing even more.
Cru then took off running toward the academy with his group following behind.
Meanwhile, Flain was walking carefreely, expecting that Cru would come to attack him, so his mind was focused on immediate action. In any case, even if they fought here, they couldn’t fight for too long or too strongly, because if they destroyed too much of the surroundings, they could get into serious trouble. Official duels were meant for big battles. Killing was allowed there, but it was an unspoken rule that no one actually did it. So far, no one had killed anyone in an official duel this year, no matter how much they hated each other.
Flain didn’t plan to do it either—but if he saw some benefit in it, he wouldn’t hesitate to do it...
