"No way... Lord Frieza got knocked into the ground? How is that even possible?!"

Frieza's underlings were in utter shock.

This was the Emperor of the Universe, a being who could destroy worlds with a mere flick of the finger—and yet, this guy had just landed a hit that sent Lord Frieza crashing underground.

Who the hell was this man, and how could he possibly be this powerful?

They couldn't believe it. It felt like a dream—no, a nightmare.

"Hey, hey! Your opponents are us! Losing focus in the middle of a fight is a terrible habit!"

Goku frowned deeply, calling out to the distracted foot soldiers.

Of course, the shock in his heart was no less than theirs.

He could sense it—Frieza's power was an abyss, bottomless and unfathomable.

And yet, after clashing with Cado, that abyss now seemed like a dirty ditch—not even worth mentioning.

Boom! Bang!

Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon tore through the crowd, instantly taking down a group of them.

These weaklings, with power levels in the mere thousands, were no match for Piccolo.

Just one move was enough to wipe out a whole swath of them.

Piccolo fought with lethal precision—rarely leaving survivors in his wake.

Not to be outdone, Goku darted through the battlefield, striking like lightning.

Unlike Piccolo, though, Goku was more merciful—knocking out his enemies rather than killing them.

Meanwhile...

Frieza rose from the crater, slowly floating back to the surface.

His jaw throbbed with pain, his body charred and blackened, dust and debris clinging to every inch of him.

"Damn it... You've really pissed me off."

Fury ignited in Frieza's eyes like a spark to gasoline.

For the first time ever—someone had hurt him.

He never imagined anyone in this universe could make him look so pathetic.

Unforgivable.

He seethed with rage, but also carefully analyzed the situation.

A power level of 100,000? Sounded impressive, but to him, it was a joke.

Even if he offered up his neck, someone at that level couldn't hope to scratch him.

No... That last attack was far beyond someone with only 100,000 power.

"Fine then..."

"Haaaaaah!"

Frieza let out a deep roar, and a tremendous surge of energy erupted around him.

The ground beneath him cracked and split apart.

A golden light enveloped his body.

His limbs expanded, stretching outward. The two horns on his head bent and sharpened, curving like bull horns.

"So... he's transforming now?"

Cado muttered under his breath.

He didn't move to stop the transformation. Instead, he stood calmly by, watching.

Within moments, Frieza's body had grown several times larger.

His energy—doubled.

"What the hell... What's with this sudden power spike?!"

Piccolo's voice trembled in shock.

He and Goku had already wiped out the foot soldiers and were preparing to assist Cado—but now, they stood frozen, watching Frieza's transformation.

This was a level of combat they couldn't interfere with.

Their expressions grew heavy. Things were about to get ugly.

"You didn't expect this, did you? This is my second form! You should feel honored that I'm even using it!"

Frieza grinned smugly.

Now, with a power level exceeding one million, no one—absolutely no one—could stand against him.

"Tch... That's it? I waited this long just to see that?"

Cado scoffed, unimpressed.

He had known Frieza could transform. If Frieza thought this would be enough to win, he was delusional.

"Heh... Arrogant to the end, I see."

"No matter. I'll show you just how small and foolish you really are before me!"

Frieza growled through clenched teeth.

'Still refusing to kneel and beg? Still mouthing off?'

'Fool! Prepare to feel my wrath!'

"Then stop yapping and get over here already,"

Cado said with a taunting smirk, curling his finger to beckon him.

"Hmph!"

With a snort, Frieza vanished from view—then instantly reappeared in front of Cado.

A massive fist, crackling with energy, swung straight for Cado's face.

BAM!

The blow landed—hard. The sound rang out like thunder across the battlefield.

Cado didn't dodge. He took the punch head-on.

"You call that a punch? What, didn't eat your breakfast?"

Cado's face didn't change. His tone was as calm and dry as ever.

A power level of a million sounded terrifying—but in front of him, it was barely worth noticing.

"Damn it... His head is too hard. Don't get cocky just yet!"

Frieza cursed inwardly.

He immediately launched another flurry of blows.

Fists rained down like a storm, hammering every part of Cado's body.

But it was all useless. Cado tanked every hit without flinching.

"No more tricks? If not, I'm starting to get bored."

Cado taunted again.

Those seemingly powerful punches felt more like a half-hearted massage.

'Just... a little weak.'

"This can't be happening..."

Frieza started to panic.

He retreated a few dozen meters and began gathering energy in his hands.

"Then take this, and let's see if you're still so smug!"

As soon as he finished speaking, his hands became a blur—like twin machine guns—launching a barrage of glowing purple energy spheres.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

The energy balls struck Cado dead-on and exploded violently.

In an instant, the battlefield was consumed by fire—an inferno of pure destruction.

"Tch tch... Hahaha!"

"So cocky! Come on, keep acting tough now! I dare you to survive that!"

Frieza laughed maniacally, panting heavily between laughs.

The blast site slowly cleared of smoke and flames, leaving a massive crater over a hundred meters wide.

But... there was no sign of Cado.

"Ahahahaha! Oops, my bad! Guess I went a little overboard... Didn't even leave a corpse behind!"

Frieza cackled in satisfaction.

'See that? That is the power of Lord Frieza. That is the dignity of the Emperor of the Universe. That is the price of defying me!'

Goku, watching from the sidelines, grew increasingly anxious.

Could Cado really be gone?

But Piccolo stayed calm.

"Don't act rashly, Goku. Cado's not dead—his energy is still there."

Goku immediately focused and sensed it—Piccolo was right. Relief washed over him.

Then—

"Your laugh... is disgusting."

A cold voice echoed suddenly—right by Frieza's ear.
