Reincarnated As A Lion In Another World
Chapter 849: The Seventh Day
The seventh day had arrived.
The seventh day of Kael’s promised week.
The seventh day of his consort’s evolution.
The seventh day after the ancient lions escaped from Original Heaven.
And it was the seventh day of the all-out war between the lions and the bees.
Today marked the end of the week.
It was probably the longest week anyone had ever experienced since the time of Noel.
Because this week, every single ancient monster who could have been asleep or slumbering had all been woken up.
All those ancient creatures who existed in planes beyond the immortal power had all been stirred awake.
No monsters slept.
For they had been poked out of their eternal dreams, their endless samsaras, their undying asuras, their ongoing nirvanas.
A big bulging ’thing’ had emerged.
Right now, if anyone had a four-dimensional map of the universe, something that some divine entities certainly had, they would see that one little section of the universe was bloated out, turned black as nothing could be seen on the inside.
That single black was located in the sphere of existence of the Heavenverse and it was where the Leonine Heaven used to be.
Out of the three thousand heavenly realms of the universe, one was missing.
This was something that had never and should have never been possible.
Even if it were possible, it should never have happened at all.
But it did.
And now, everyone was aware that there was a universe within a universe.
Forget finding out what lay beyond in the multiverse, this was enough evidence for a lot of creatures to understand that being a sovereign in their own way was very possible.
Who says they had to be confined to this forsaken universe? Who says they had to fight for it?
If anything, the appearance of this Alphaverse just made the rules seem way laxer than they already were.
The upper echelons could only wonder what the Highest Will was thinking to allow things to get to this point.
////
"Kael!" A voice pierced Kael’s head as he looked around at his environment within the Hive Heaven.
Kael, aware of what may be occurring right now, ignored the voice. He knew who owned the voice as it sounded exactly like his.
The only time Kael had ever heard a voice that sounded exactly like his own was when he received his Primordial powers.
The Highest Will.
Kael ignored the voice...for now.
He didn’t want to get distracted.
In Hive Heaven, the lions had fulfilled their promises. Today, after a series of relentless attacks from immortals and mortals, they had carved a deathly path to the center of the Central Coverage.
At this moment, Kael stood on a pile of dead bees, his eyes still glowing, and his two fists brimmed with golden fire.
He looked around, this was the Royal Brood of the Queen Mother, the Queen of Queens.
This was where most of the Bee Queens made their last stand, fighting Kael and his minions to the death.
Millions of Queen Bees died, many more ordinary bees had been slaughtered and their remains drifted in the space outside the royal brood.
The amount of Heavenly Beacons that had been harvested was immense, and the sheer quantity of honey that had been gathered was even more impressive.
Checking their gains, Kael sighed with relief. He was glad that the bees were the first that he attacked after escaping the Original Heaven.
He made the right call. 𝑓𝑟𝑒𝘦𝓌𝑒𝑏𝑛𝑜𝘷𝑒𝘭.𝒸𝘰𝑚
The True Honey, a power booster that could only be produced when the Primordial Bee was alive, was very potent and effective.
The bees had kicked off production during the conflict between the lions and the dragons, using their power-filled bodies to produce as much True Honey as possible.
That production had allowed them to produce a few immortals and even their Primordial Bee had evolved to the Mid-Level Immortal.
That was an unprecedented level of progress that rivaled Kael’s, except that theirs came from an external object and Kael’s power came about due to his ever-increasing talent, discipline, and determination.
If Kael had chosen to pick another faction other than the bees, that would have given them enough time to make a lot of advancements.
Kael had just orchestrated the downfall of a potential godly faction.
All the True Honey belonged to him and his lions. All the power boosts that could have gotten to the bees would now be taken by the lions.
The bees were officially liberated.
As for the Primordial Bee.
Kael looked at the bottom of the pile of dead Bee Queens, where a particularly large bee was.
A bee the size of a shuttle with black and yellow stripes colouring most parts of its body.
Five black eyes, one of which was burst open, stared at Kael with literal fear being manifested within.
Her body was grotesque, having more than twenty large legs covered in oily black carapace. Four yellow and long antennas flickered erratically around her head and honey blood spilled from multiple claw gashes all over her body.
"All-King!" The Primordial Bee uttered, honey gurgled and dripped from her mouth. Her broken mandibles clacked together as she attempted to make sense of her situation. She could only speak telepathically as Kael did not understand the Bee language, nor did he have the body parts to speak it.
"Queen of Queens," Kael responded, his eyes narrowed.
The final battle had been intense. This Primordial Bee had started ordering the few immortals they had to commit suicide by detonating themselves.
With all that was happening around the battlefield, Kael, who had just evolved, launched himself into the eye of the battle storm, slaughtering a path to the Primordial Bee.
How many Queen Bees had he killed? Probably more than a hundred thousand today. Just today.
The Primordial Bee could not understand how both she and Kael were the same power level yet she still lost. It couldn’t even be called a fight.
She only managed to last so long because she was throwing her daughters at Kael to buy herself some time.
In the end, her fate didn’t change.
"Do you submit?" Kael asked, looking down at the Primordial Bee with disdain as a golden contract paper appeared beside him.
