In an instant, everyone's eyes turned to Jimmy Horne and Crystal Sanders.

Crystal seemed oblivious to anything, still smiling as she told Jimmy, "I wonder if you love eating what I've made. Try it, if you like it, I'll make it for you every day. As long as you come to pick up Camila, just come a little earlier."

Those words, so suggestive.

Camila Ruiz's face fell a little.

Charles Colson glared harshly at Crystal.

The purpose of this woman is revealed, she wants to take Jimmy away so that Camila and Jimmy can't get married, and then his older brother can take advantage of the situation and seize Camila!

Suddenly, Charles realized the true purpose behind Crystal's sudden appearance at the Ruiz Family, and he was instantly filled with rage, almost losing control and dragging Crystal away.

But in his heart, he still hated his older brother Joseph the most, using such methods just to marry Camila. And Jimmy, damn Jimmy seemed... towards Crystal...

Damn it!

If Jimmy can't give Camila a lifetime of love, then he should give Camila back to him!

Charles shot a murderous look at Jimmy once again.

Jimmy glanced at Crystal lightly, pulled the breakfast closer, picked up a knife and fork, took a couple of bites, and then smiled faintly, saying to the expectant Crystal, "Crystal, did you make this yourself? It's quite good, much better than Camila's. If you make this for me every day, it would truly be my blessing."

Camila bit her lip, not saying a word.

Hansen Ruiz and Rachel Bailey exchanged a look, then Hansen cleared his throat slightly, somewhat displeased, and Crystal snapped out of her trance, awkwardly retracting her gaze from Jimmy.

"Crystal's cooking is indeed good; why don't you ask her back to cook for you?" Camila said to Jimmy with a smile that didn't reach her eyes.

Jimmy heard the undertone in her words and quickly leaned close to her ear, whispering to reassure her.

No one knows what he said, but a smile appeared on Camila's face.

In the eyes of others, it was Camila being jealous and Jimmy soothing her.

In Crystal's eyes, it was the consequence of her wrongdoing.

As she drew close to Jimmy, her heart was filled with guilt towards Camila. A woman's feelings are always sensitive, especially between those in love, where no grain of sand is tolerated.

She spoke so ambiguously, with Camila being so smart, what would she think?

In front of everyone, the two seemed unaffected by her instigation, but behind closed doors, would they argue?

The more she thought about it, the deeper Crystal's guilt grew.

Crystal, we're acting, once the play is over, we'll get married, giving our child a complete home!

Joseph's words echoed in Crystal's ears.

Slightly closing her eyes, Crystal clenched her teeth, telling herself, she's also doing this for her own future, and more so to test if Jimmy's feelings for Camila are genuine.

Some people, once caught in the whirlpool of emotions, become very foolish, lose any semblance of thought, blindly led by their emotions, especially those like Crystal, inherently gentle, deeply in love with Joseph, unable to truly let go even when Joseph is heartless.

On this morning's breakfast, everyone ate with a bit of discomfort.

After breakfast, they sat in the hall chatting.

Soon, Crystal brought out a plate of cleaned fruit, placing it in front of everyone.

She also sat beside, picked up an apple, peeling it. Once she finished peeling, she handed the apple to Jimmy, gently saying, "Jimmy, have an apple."

Jimmy gazed at her, his eyes deep, deep enough to make one think he had fallen for her.

The atmosphere in the hall turned peculiar with Jimmy's gaze fixed on Crystal.

Quickly, Jimmy shifted his gaze, accepted the apple, and warmly expressed his thanks, "Thank you, Crystal, you're truly a considerate girl; whoever marries you will be lucky." He then turned to Camila beside him, saying, "Camila, you should learn from Crystal."

Camila pursed her lips, remaining silent, her face showing obvious displeasure.

Charles shot a fierce look at Crystal; Crystal seemed oblivious to his glare, silently walked away, continuing her work.

Charles stood up discreetly, followed Crystal outside, and called her out.

Crystal stopped, turned to look at him, mildly asking, "Is there something you need?"

Charles approached her, towering above, glaring coldly at her, suddenly grabbing her, dragging her to a remote corner, threatening coldly, "Crystal Sanders, you might fool everyone else, but not me. I don't care what scheme you and Joseph are up to, if you dare hurt Camila, I promise to send you packing!"

Crystal looked pitifully, raising her exquisite face to Charles, yet her words were far from pitiful, "May I ask, Mr. Colson, is this your home?"

"You!"

Charles almost reached out to strangle this damned, brainless woman.

Bearing exquisite beauty, yet born with no sense, she was led around by Joseph, it seems beauty and intelligence rarely coexist in one person.

"I haven't harmed Camila." Crystal whispered lowly, lowering her face.

"Your close proximity to Jimmy, your tenderness towards him is harming Camila!"

Charles roared under his breath.

Crystal blinked, pitifully saying, "I only wanted to help Camila take care of Jimmy."

"Between lovers, there's no need for a third party's good intentions!" Charles's face turned green, being around Joseph had transformed this seemingly delicate woman into such shamelessness.

Crystal kept her head down, staying silent.

Charles warned her once more before coldly turning back to the hall.

Soon after, Jimmy took Camila outside.

Sitting in the car, Camila stayed silent, Jimmy watched her lovingly through the rearview mirror, knowing the sadness in her heart.

"Where do you want to go?"

Jimmy asked gently.

"I want to see the sea." Camila said quietly, with unmistakable heartache.

Jimmy freed a hand, grasping hers, transmitting comfort through his big hand to her.

Camila sighed heavily, sinking into the car seat, not speaking further.

At the beach, Jimmy led Camila to a secluded shore, where they casually sat on the ground, gazing at the sea.

"Crystal is ultimately…" Camila didn't continue.

Jimmy held her close, speaking deeply, "She's inherently weak, grateful and obsessive towards Joseph, it's normal to be swayed by him; don't worry too much, the net will close soon."
