X-ray Eyes Little Wild Doctor-Chapter 91 - 86: Car Accident
Chapter 91: Chapter 86: Car Accident
"If you’re going swimming, shouldn’t you bring your wife along?" Ye Tian sat in the security room, thinking about going swimming with Liu Feifei in the afternoon, which inevitably brought Yun Xinyan to mind.
Recalling Yun Xinyan’s wild behavior at home, Ye Tian felt his passion starting to flare up.
He thought about it and felt that it wasn’t quite right to go swimming without bringing Yun Xinyan.
Moreover, he could sneak a peek at the view under Yun Xinyan’s clothes, although she was his wife and he had seen it numerous times before, the thought was still exciting!
No sooner said than done, he changed out of his security uniform, put on his clothes, informed the security room, and left.
He got into the security-assigned car and drove toward Yun Xinyan’s workplace.
Before long, he parked the car and arrived outside Yun Xinyan’s office.
Squeak.
He pushed the door and walked in.
In the spacious office, Yun Xinyan was sitting alone at her desk, frowning at the documents in front of her.
Yes, she seemed quite worried, so much so that she hadn’t even noticed him enter.
Ye Tian didn’t make a sound, quietly walked behind Yun Xinyan, and covered her eyes.
"Guess who?" he asked with a wicked smile.
"Ye Tian, stop messing around," Yun Xinyan said in annoyance. It was evident that she was a bit helpless; this guy never cared about the situation and always did this.
"Alright, you guessed right," Ye Tian let go of his hands, touched his nose, and then wrapped his arms around Yun Xinyan’s waist from behind.
"When did you come in?" Yun Xinyan asked, "How did you get here without me noticing?"
"I just came in," Ye Tian said with a devilish smile, touched Yun Xinyan’s cheek, and looked sad, "You were so troubled looking at these papers that you definitely didn’t notice me."
"Alright then," Yun Xinyan pouted; the documents really worried her, so it was no wonder she hadn’t noticed Ye Tian come in.
"Have you missed me in the few hours we haven’t seen each other?"
Yun Xinyan’s body shuddered suddenly, "Not at all, who would miss you, you playboy scoundrel."
"I think you’re lying," Ye Tian chuckled, "Your body is telling me you’ve missed me."
"Enough, stop it," Yun Xinyan twisted her body, "This is the office, it wouldn’t be good if someone came in and saw."
"Let them see," Ye Tian said with a roguish smile, "You’re my wife, it’s not illegal."
"Really," Yun Xinyan’s ears were red, and she struggled forcefully, but Ye Tian was just too strong.
"Why did you come?" she asked, not needing to guess; they had only been apart for a short while, and this guy had already come looking for her; he must want something.
"Nothing gets past the wife,"
"I was thinking of going swimming this afternoon and wanted to take you with me."
What a feeling, what a taste, truly befitting his wife!
"Swimming?"
Suppressing the strange feeling, Yun Xinyan turned her head to look at Ye Tian, "Just the two of us going?"
"Not exactly," Ye Tian smirked and winked, "Liu Feifei will be bringing a friend too."
"Hmph." Upon hearing this, Yun Xinyan instantly sobered up.
She knocked Ye Tian’s hand away, turned her head, and didn’t give him another glance, "I’m not going, I still have work to do."
"Wife." Ye Tian wanted to say something. If Yun Xinyan didn’t go, that meant he’d miss out on so much fun.
Before he could speak, he heard Yun Xinyan’s voice, annoyed and with a hint of grievance, "I don’t even care about you having other women, yet you still want me to meet them; I won’t go."
Hearing this, Ye Tian was momentarily stunned; he felt moved and was about to embrace Yun Xinyan again.
"If you don’t get back before six o’clock tonight, don’t bother coming home," detecting Ye Tian’s movement, Yun Xinyan abruptly stood up.
"Get lost!" She glared at Ye Tian, her face a mix of grievance and anger.
"Well... okay then," Ye Tian was stunned, and seeing Yun Xinyan so angry, he knew that saying anything would be useless and that it was better to just beat a hasty retreat.
With that thought in mind, Ye Tian walked toward the door and left.
Bang!
After Ye Tian left the office, he heard a loud slam of the door behind him, touched his nose, and smiled bitterly, "This girl’s probably really angry with me."
But realizing he couldn’t enter now, he could only go for a swim first and then cajole Yun Xinyan when he went home in the evening.
"Oh no, it’s getting late." Ye Tian temporarily set aside the matter with Yun Xinyan, pulled out his phone to check the time, and suddenly felt a sense of urgency.
Time was indeed running out. He had to hurry to have lunch with Liu Feifei, and then it would be time to prepare for swimming!
With that thought, he quickly fished out his car keys, went downstairs, got into his car, and headed off to Liu Feifei’s home on the highway.
Beep beep.
The car drove smoothly, and soon he reached the city center where traffic started to pick up—no surprise there, given it was mealtime and cars were typically plentiful then.
Ye Tian waited a good while before moving just a short distance forward, only to encounter another red light.
"Really." Watching the red light blink on and off, Ye Tian was getting anxious. How long would it take to get to Liu Feifei’s place if he kept wasting time like this?
Finally, the red light turned green, and Ye Tian drove on. After passing the crowded area, the traffic started to thin out.
Ye Tian let out a sigh of relief. The traffic in the big city was truly something else—usually fine, but always congested at certain times.
Hmm? Driving along, he suddenly looked ahead, his brows furrowing.
"This kid, is he out of his mind?" Ye Tian muttered to himself.
It turned out that up ahead a BMW was driving the wrong way toward him, honking its horn, signaling for Ye Tian to give way.
Ye Tian pursed his lips in annoyance. He wasn’t the one driving the wrong way, so why should he pull over? Besides, even if he were in the wrong, he, Ye Tian, wouldn’t yield to anyone!
As the two cars were about to collide, he could see through the windshield that the person in the BMW appeared panicked, frantically braking.
Squeal!
The BMW barely stopped in time, but Ye Tian’s car did not; he hadn’t expected the BMW to actually not give way and had continued straight on.
Though the BMW had braked to a halt, Ye Tian had no time to change lanes!
Ye Tian slammed on the brakes hard, and his car slid forward a bit before stopping. However, a loud bang followed immediately after.
The two cars still collided.
Looking up, he saw the driver in the BMW, mouth wide open, ranting about something—clearly cursing Ye Tian.
Ye Tian’s brows instantly knotted. He opened the car door, got out, and walked to the front of his car to assess the damage carefully.
Luckily, both cars were relatively unharmed, only minor scratches on each.
Ye Tian inspected the damage and decided it wasn’t a big deal. He wasn’t much concerned; it was getting late, and if he didn’t hurry, he would miss lunch.
After glancing at the BMW driver, Ye Tian turned and walked back to his car door, intending to get in.
"You wait a moment!" An angry voice came from behind.
Ye Tian stopped and looked back to see the BMW driver coming toward him.
The driver of the BMW was a young man, obviously a rich second generation, with a heavily made-up woman beside him. Her real face was hard to discern beneath the makeup.
"What’s the matter?" Ye Tian frowned at the two, guessing from their demeanors that they weren’t going to let this go easily.
"You still ask if there’s a problem?" The young man sneered upon hearing Ye Tian’s question. "You hit my car and think you can just leave like that?"
Hmm?
Ye Tian raised an eyebrow but remained silent.
He walked up to the two cars, crouched down, and touched the scratch on the BMW. Then he looked up at the young man, "The scratch isn’t deep. My car has one too. Let’s just let this slide, and each of us take a step back."
"Step back your ass!" The young man yelled angrily, "You hit Leng Xiang’s car and you think you can just get away with it? No chance."
Leng Xiang?
Ye Tian almost burst out laughing at the name—it was quite an interesting name indeed.
"What are you laughing at?" The young man found Ye Tian’s laughter distasteful. "Idiot, do you realize what kind of trouble you’re in?"
"Hmm." Ye Tian shrugged his shoulders, "How bad can it be?"
"How bad?" Before Leng Xiang could respond, the heavily made-up woman started shouting.
"Look at what car you hit?" The woman strutted to the front of the car, swaying as she moved. She looked at the scratch, feigning a deeply hurt expression, "A genuine BMW, you think it can compare to your crappy car?"
"Hey, hey, hey, keep your hands to yourself." Seeing Ye Tian touching the scratch, she showed a look of disgust and tried to push his hand away. "This isn’t a car for you to touch. Do you even know what BMW means? Poor bastard, don’t touch me."
"Enough, Wen Juan, there’s no need to continue," the young man waved dismissively, looking at Ye Tian with scorn.
