And those who try to falsify military record or try to steal the achievement of their subordinate will be heavily punished.

In the beginning there is some people who try to take the achievement of their subordinate and then the subordinate complained to the Khan

Most chief would have sided with the high-ranking officer, but Aeryon did not do such a thing.

Instead, he listened to the low-ranking officer and then after investigating the matter demoted the superior and punish them with beating and the subordinate was promoted

Hence, for the common people of these people of the western region of the Southern Great Steppe, surrendering to the Brolgadhr would hold many benefits.

But....it is not so for the chiefs and the rulers of these people

The surrender toward the Brolgadhr might save their lives but they would lose their power. And to many of these chiefs, power is like a drug. They would rather die than not having it.

All of them without mistake, all possess great talent. When his brother accepted the Murong and Tuoba allegiance, he said to him that these two have a great aura.
