TRANSMIGRATED WITH A HYPERMARKET SYSTEM-Chapter 156 - 153: SAVED BY THE BELL
Have you ever worked so hard your entire life so that you may beat that rival that oppressed you when growing up and when you are just almost there, the rival either gives up or turn a new leaf?
The feeling of wanting to get your own revenge using your own hands, and just waiting to be stronger enough to dish that punishment, and when the time is right, you go to avenge your revenge and you find your enemies annihilated. Just what kind of emotions would one feel?
Complicated!
This is exactly how Neal felt the day he found that manor razed to the ground without a living soul in it.
For so many years, he trained, fought monsters, and geniuses, and endangered his life so much that he nearly died several times.
Because of his hunger for revenge, he didn’t even dare to go back home as much as he wanted. he was afraid that he will be exposed if he faces his mother, they had lied to her for so many years and he didn’t want to hurt her.
Neal finally decided to go and end Lady Fiona’s life as well as all of her accomplices, but who knew that when he arrived, the people he hated so much were all dead?
And to think that it’s been a few months since something like this happened, he was so angry that he lashed out at his master.
His master probably knew everything and yet he didn’t tell him anything. Even if these people had enemies, he should have struck at least one blow before they all met their end.
He hated himself so much for failing to avenge his parents, it was only after drowning himself in sorrow for a long time that he met this senior sister of the same sect who comforted him that he was finally able to calm down.

As a genius young cultivator, Neal didn’t lack several females and males who wanted to be his partner but because he was so concerned with his revenge, he never bothered with them.
This senior sister of his wasn’t one to give up and she will always appear by his side when he least expects it. So, what if he knew about her feelings, it can’t be that he had to force himself to reciprocate a love he knew that he wouldn’t be able to especially when his mind, soul, and heart were filled with revenge.
Neal sat down with his master and finally talked things out. To be honest, he was very shocked by the number of enemies that his enemies had.
’They deserved it!’
This is what he thought after hearing the whole story from his master. Bad people like this will always meet their doom and it was just a matter of time before that happened.
He didn’t feel sorry for the so-called innocents, he didn’t think that they were innocent. After everything they did all these years, he wasn’t a saint. Maybe when he was young, he would have felt pity for them but after years of harsh training, he no longer felt like that.
In these many years, a lot had happened and this includes the tragedy of having his enemies killed before he could even slit their throats with his own sword.
He made a great breakthrough into a martial king as soon as he let go of all his grievances with his enemies and he was one of the youngest people to ever achieve something this great.
He felt that he had made his mother proud and with this, he finally found the courage to go back home and confess.
So, one can imagine his shock upon seeing Alayna’s expressionless face as both he and Merita knelt on the floor confessing their sins.
The siblings were actually very scared, what they feared the most although they were now capable kids was to be abandoned by the one person who loved them so much that she will do anything for them.
Neal didn’t know the real value of the many treasures that his mother gave him when he first left home with his master. It was only at some point that his master chided him for misusing such treasures, he realized that Alayna was more than a gem.
Neal had never been scared his entire life until that day, watching his sister trying to be strong while tears streamed down her cheeks, his mother’s unreadable face and Olinda’s teary eyes, as she sat with unease on the sofa and Alayna, refused for anyone to plead mercy for the two of them.
The siblings were forced to kneel for over four hours before Alayna sent Olinda to make them stand but the siblings didn’t see Alayna that day and only met her the next day.
When they thought that she was going to forgive them, Alayna dropped a huge bomb that left the whole family dumbfounded.
It was on this same day that the siblings learnt a shocking truth regarding their birth and background.
To think that Alayna knew the truth about their lies for so many years and she also knew the truth behind something that they didn’t even know of, they all didn’t know what to think.
Of course, they didn’t dare to be angry with Alayna as they both understood that she did this for their own good.
On this day, the siblings finally heard a story from Alayna that made them cry for the whole day but at the end of the day, the family was united and the journey to search for the real parents began.
Neal set aside ideas of entering a relationship for the meantime and concentrating on finding his parents although the chance was very slim.
Somehow, he felt as if he was saved by the bell, he didn’t get to kill the relatives of the people that raised them otherwise he would be an ungrateful child.
He was truly grateful that his adoptive parents took him and his sister when they had no one to take of them and raised them beautifully as they did. It was truly an unfortunate thing that this family perished but luckily it wasn’t on his hands.
So many things will happen in the future, and he was anticipating whatever will come, whether it was good or bad.
But all in all, as a child, he will continue to guard his mother and adoptive siblings, after all, it seems like his mother will not stop until she has a house full of kids.
It was that compassionate heart of hers that made him like her so much and he was grateful that it was her who saved them that day.
