Transmigrated as an Extra: Awakening of The Ex‐Class'-Chapter 23 : talent part 3
Chapter 23: Chapter 23 : talent part 3
As I opened the pages, a blinding flash emerged from the book, turning it into tiny particles that entered my body, enveloping everything around it in a glow so intense that I felt as if time itself had stopped. A deep sound, like the rumble of distant thunder, echoed in my ears, and the atmosphere vibrated with a disturbing force.
In an instant, an endless number of images, voices and sensations flooded me, as if the history of an unknown world wanted to pass through me. I could see ancient battles, hear the screams of warriors fighting bloodied in distant fields, the martyrdom of the people being oppressed by their rulers. Everything was visible, I even felt how something inside me was slowly transforming, a transcendental change that I could not fully understand, but that seemed inevitable. An invisible force, like a shapeless wind, pushed me back, as if all the energy contained in the book was trying to merge with my soul.
The air became thick, heavy and unbearable, the tearing pain permeated every part of my body, tightening every muscle, every bone, as if everything was about to fall apart.
Every second that passed was an unbearable agony, it got worse and worse. The pain continued to spread like a poison throughout my body, consuming everything in its path. Every fiber, every nerve, seemed to be burning. I was barely able to think rationally, for an instant, an absurd idea crossed my mind: to lock everything up, escape and never return.
But then when that temptation to give up took hold in my mind, something inside me reacted strongly, as if an external energy or perhaps the same system that now inhabited my body prevented me from doing so. An intense heat passed through me and, suddenly, the sensation of being trapped in my own body made me feel as if I were being watched.
It was then that something strange happened, the pain that threatened to increase, inexplicably, would subside. Then it would increase again and suddenly calm down...
After a few minutes; I could barely breathe, the air seemed to become thicker and denser with each inhalation, as if I were drowning in its own heaviness. And so it continued, an endless cycle of increase and decrease, a torment that found no end.
My mind began to reel, unable to process everything that was happening. Was it real? Was it my body that was suffering or my soul that was beginning to crumble? More and more, I felt overwhelmed by madness. The pain, the stench, the pressure inside me... everything was an uncontrollable chaos. I myself was on the verge of breaking down.
For a long time now I could no longer think clearly. I could only feel. The pain was accumulating, and the desire to end it all consumed me. Every breath was a struggle, every beat in my heart desperately begging me to stop.
I couldn’t take it anymore; the pain was too intense and, in an instant, uncertainty consumed me, my mind soon clouded over. I lost control and, without warning, everything went dark.

In the cafeteria, the students’ gazes focused on one table in particular. Three women and one man, each possessing a dazzling beauty, ate with an elegance that left everyone spellbound.
"Cyan is taking longer than I expected, maybe he won’t come..." Erwing said, with a slight hint of disappointment on his face.
"I don’t understand why you have so much interest in him," Amelia replied, looking at Erwing with disdain, her eyes reflecting skepticism.
"I want to fight him," Erwing replied without hesitation, his voice firm as steel.
"Is he strong?" "It doesn’t seem like it," Azel commented in a low voice, looking sideways.
"As for whether he is strong or not, I can’t say for sure, but I feel that it won’t be easy," Erwing answered thoughtfully. Trying to measure the challenge that he can present to her.
"And what do you think, Snowfield?" Amelia asked, addressing her who was only focused on reading a book.
"I don’t care," Cynthia said in a monotone voice, without taking her eyes off the pages. Her clear and short answer made it clear that she had no interest in the conversation.
Amelia, with a provocative smile, let out a bold comment. "If both of them faced each other, who would win?"
Erwing, who had been silent until that moment, paused, weighing the question before answering calmly.
— Well, if we were to fight, I can’t say for sure if I would emerge victorious... —he replied calmly, his tone serene and without arrogance.
The people present were silent, surprised by the naturalness with which Erwing had made his comment. They all knew that Erwing was the strongest among them, even though his official rank was D. However, if he wished, it was not difficult for his combat level to equal rank C- which made him a considerable threat. In addition, there was something peculiar about him, a strange talent that made him stronger and stronger.
Unintentionally, the atmosphere at the table changed, as if the expectation about Cyan had intensified.

When I opened my eyes I was a little dizzy, bewildered, I still did not remember what had happened, when a repulsive smell made me come back to my senses. I looked down, and horror hit me head on. The waste from my body had spilled onto the sheets, and my clothes, soaked, stuck to my skin. It was so disgusting that I moved quickly, at that moment I felt a renewed strength flow through my veins, like an unstoppable river that could no longer be stopped. My body had become lighter, more agile, stronger, as if it were overflowing with infinite energy. My senses had sharpened. My vision was as clear as mountain water, and the air I breathed seemed incredibly pure.
"What is this?" I muttered, bewildered, trying to understand what was happening to me. A flood of information suddenly hit me, and I had to stagger to stay on my feet. I was still unable to process it all.
"Ha, ha..." I sighed lightly and looked at my body closely. My abdomen, now slightly marked and more defined, clung to the fabric of my shirt, which seemed to fit differently. My arms, toned, showed muscles that I had not noticed before, as if they had been reinforced in some way. I even seemed to have stretched a little, my height now slightly greater. The sleeves of the shirt were a bit short and the pants, which were oddly tight, also seemed smaller to me, as if my body had suddenly grown.
But there was something... strange, as if I was still transforming or rather adapting to an ideal form.
I quickly called the system, I had to see what changes had occurred.
