"Aang," she called his name with familiarity. "I had forgotten about you, who needs a plane when we have you."

He could take them all around the world so easily. With his help, they could visit every place they ever dreamed of with no need for visas or passports.

"No." Aang said sternly. "I know you Alix so i am going to stop you right now, i will not be taking you and your husband for a tour around the world for free. I can take you to two countries for the price of one special cat and one very pretty parrot. It’s really cheap, considering that i charge thousands or millions in fees for my services."

Aang put up his right hand pointing finger, got his phone and told Bangzhu to make changes to his profile on the website of system hosts. His services were now available to everyone except for Tai Alix.

Alix scoffed in disbelief. "You are unbelievable."

Without a care about who was watching, he nuzzled up against her upper back and lower neck.

Alix covered her mouth and giggled the moment he called her baby. As silly as it was, it was a word that made her laugh.

"Do you remember what i said to you?" He used of his hands to turn her face so that she was facing him directly. There were some things that needed to be said while looking into the other person’s eyes.

A confession of love, it needed to be felt. His hand moved from her neck to her shoulder.

"I love you." he confessed directly with strength and enthusiasm. "I am not afraid to say it anymore. I am not afraid to admit it to you that you have become my whole existence. I am nothing without you Alix, no one and nothing."

He grabbed her suddenly and hugged her from the back tightly. For a moment, he closed his eyes and breathed in her familiar apple scent. It wasn’t just used in her toothpaste anymore, it was her preferred perfume, one that only she had in the world. This smell haunted him day and night, the smell of home.

A man without a home was an empty man. He was not an empty man anymore, in a wheelchair or on his two feet again, he was finally full.

Alix was all but ready to confess to him that she retaliated his feelings strongly. That the passion she had for him almost overwhelmed her sometimes. She had struggled so much to hide it as she was the fool whose heart had been worn on her sleeve.

When she opened her mouth, the words just died on her tongue however and all she could do was whisper as her voice had escaped. Her heart was beating so loudly that she wondered if he could feel or hear it through her back.

Her eyes welled up as she grasped the fact that she had found the love she had been searching for. This man had broken the sound barrier and come to her. It was Jin Kang that believed in cosmic love, the everlasting love between two destined people. Alix believed that she had found her cosmic love.

She turned around and hugged him back tightly, sniveling as she respond earnestly. "I am not the only winner here, I love you too and i am yours forever. You dummy, you are such a bad guy."

His hands on her back were comforting and reassuring as they lingered.

"Why am i a bad guy?"

"Because you took so long to say it, don’t you know that i have been waiting for you to say it?"

"Mmm, i am sorry. I should not have made you wait for so long. I should have said it before you were officially made a Tai."

Alix nodded and sniveled some more. "I really, really, love you, you dummy."

She giggled again and playfully and lightly beat his back.

They were lost in their own world, ignorant of those at the party whose attention was on them. DJ Raf had lowered the music a little for the sake of those that wanted to eavesdrop and every system host there was doing so thanks to the sound enhancers they always carried. For others, it was natural, a direct result of their attributes given by their systems.

Some of them found it entertaining others found it irritating. Mantis was in the group that found it irritating. It was like a scene directly out of a romance movie.

"I can’t believe how brazen they are being. Don’t they know that the rest of us are here?" she complained.

Aang stretched his legs and tsked two times. "I never thought the rumored cold unemotional vampire Zhang Caishen was very sentimental." He pinched his throat and adjusted his voice before mimicking Caishen. "You win, i am yours forever."

Aang sighed and looked at the sky. "Still, i am jealous, i want someone that loves me forever too and not just because of my face or my wealth."

Mantis had no response for him. Even though she hated romance movies and romance, she also wanted someone to love. Someone that could see beyond her testy nature and her father’s wealth. Where was her own cosmic love?

They both sighed and turned back to the love birds that were still confessing their great love to each other. How envious!!
