Chapter 1177: Chapter 735: 9 Dragons Ra the Coffin

The foundation crumbled, the array shattered, and the earth within the grotto heaven immediately trembled.

"You scoundrel, seeking momentary pleasure, now you’ve caused a disaster. Let’s see how you handle this."

The Earth Spirit stomped the ground.

"Then don’t handle it. Instead of worrying about me, Earth Spirit, you’d better go fix the array first."

Liu Zheng said calmly.

Not to mention he still had a cosplay outfit in hand; if worst comes to worst, he could just settle the instance.

He couldn’t believe any random nobody would prevent him from settling the instance. If so, "Hell’s Game" should be renamed "Public Toilet Game."

"The Forbidden Army will be here soon; you’d better take care of yourself."

The Earth Spirit glanced at the city and then vanished into the ground.

As the "Geng" trigram stone shattered, the broken stones transformed into villagers one by one.

"So, do you still wish to die now?"

Liu Zheng asked.

The villagers looked at each other, their expressions varied.

When they were undying, they longed for death, but now that they could die, they were uncertain if they should.

"Just like Ye Gong loving dragons."

Liu Zheng sneered and lashed out, scattering their souls.

He couldn’t care less who was to blame for the villagers’ condition; since they broke their promise and made him use his trump card, they were courting death.

"You don’t want to die either?"

He looked at the sole surviving robust man.

"I said if you could truly let us die, then I’d have to thank you."

The robust man shook his head.

"Then your gift had better be rich enough, or I’ll make you wish for life over death."

Liu Zheng said sinisterly.

"You’ll be satisfied."

The robust man replied flatly, then burrowed into the ground.

Not long after, he emerged holding a completely black stone covered in golden dragon patterns.

Liu Zheng took the stone, and the item description popped up immediately.

"Name: Black Gold Dragon Pattern Ore"

"Type: Miscellaneous"

"Quality: Perfect"

"Effect: None"

"Note: Formed by Outer Heaven Black Gold absorbing countless years of Dragon Vein Spiritual Energy, a coveted material for countless Forging Masters."

"Can it be taken out of the instance: Yes"

"Is it enough?"

The robust man asked.

"It’s enough."

Liu Zheng nodded and spat out Poison Liquid, turning him to ashes. 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦

He put away the "Black Gold Dragon Pattern Ore" and looked at the distant city.

The city had an array that shielded perceptions, and the incomplete "Angry Demon" ability he obtained didn’t include this part.

Even so, Liu Zheng still sensed the brewing momentum.

"Still not coming? If not, I’ll be going in."

He shouted loudly.

"You fiend, do not be arrogant! Soldiers, follow me to vanquish the evil and defend the royal city!"

With an enthusiastic shout, countless bronze soldiers formed ranks, marching out from the city.

At the forefront were sword and shield soldiers, long spear soldiers in the middle, crossbow archers behind them, and finally, bronze war chariots.

In the center of the formation was a massive horse with wings, covered in dragon scales and a dragon horned head.

On the dragon horse, a figure fully concealed in armor was staring coldly at Liu Zheng.

He was evidently the leader of this Bronze Forbidden Guard.

"Fire!"

The Guard Leader waved his sword and shouted.

Longbowmen immediately drew their bows, and thick arrow shafts with spearhead-like tips fired in a parabola toward Liu Zheng.

The already prepared crossbowmen were faster, shooting shorter bolts with larger arrowheads as the longbowmen drew their bows.

"Is this really what you’ve come to show off?"

Liu Zheng smirked and reverted to his Twelve-winged Angel form.

Hundreds of beams shot from the Angel’s Eye, each beam accurately hitting an arrow, turning them to rust before the wind scattered them.

The beams then continued toward the bronze crossbowmen.

"Shield!"

The Forbidden Army Commander shouted, and the sword and shield soldiers immediately raised their shields skyward.

Shield illusions connected in the air, forming a semi-circular shield protecting the entire formation.

The beams hit the shield, creating ripples but ultimately being blocked.

"Oh? As expected of a regular army, intriguing."

Liu Zheng flapped his wings and in an instant, was before the formation.

He wielded a giant spear, delivering a sweeping strike, shattering the shield and the sword and shield soldiers’ shields.

"Shield!"

The Forbidden Army Commander shouted again.

The sword and shield soldiers knelt down, clasped their hands together to shield their faces, their shadowy figures standing shoulder to shoulder in the air, forming a human shield.

Liu Zheng swept again. This time the shield wall barely held, but cracks appeared on the soldiers.

"Stab!"

With the Commander’s call, the long spear soldiers moved, thrusting their spears.

They targeted not Liu Zheng but formed an enormous spear beam in midair, aiming for Liu Zheng’s head.

If it hit, it’d kill without a spearhead.

But Liu Zheng had no interest in testing the "Angry Demon’s" head’s toughness, so he flew upward, dodging the blow.

Then, the Forbidden Army Commander suddenly patted the dragon horse.

The dragon horse understood instantly, flapping its wings to take flight.

The Commander gripped a giant spear, his size and the dragon horse’s adapting to the spear’s magnitude.

"Charge!"

He waved the spear, and the bronze war chariots rose, treading through space toward Liu Zheng.

"You gotta be kidding me, it flies now? Is this a chariot or a fighter jet? The Extraordinary World is ridiculous."
