The Wicked Female Is Wild and Scheming, Living in a Love Battlefield Every Day-Chapter 127: Rewards
Rhys Blackwood’s tail slowly tightened, the icy touch made her shiver uncontrollably, and the tip of the tail brushed lightly against her waist, carrying a hint of provocation.
"What, scared now?"
Rhys’s voice was deep, carrying a touch of mockery.
Luna Sutton braced herself, feigning calm, "Who, who said I’m scared? It’s just a tail, what’s there to be afraid of!"
She took a deep breath, her fingers gently gliding down the tail’s patterns, her fingertips touching the smooth, cold scales.
Rhys’s body stiffened, his eyes deep and abyss-like, as if they could swallow her.
Her heart skipped a beat, silently exclaiming, indeed, the snake beast’s tail is a danger zone.
Her hand instinctively wanted to retract.
But doing so seemed too timid, so she could only brace herself and continue.
She pretended to be relaxed, her fingertips gently pinching the tip of the tail.
Rhys’s eyes grew darker, black as ink.
He suddenly seized her wrist, his voice hoarse: "You’re playing with fire."
Luna Sutton was extremely nervous, but still feigned calm on the surface, "So what if I’m playing with fire? You like it when I’m like this, don’t you?"
Rhys gazed at her deeply, seemingly drawing her in.
His tail suddenly tightened, pulling her into his embrace, whispering in her ear: "Since you like to play so much, let’s play well."
As soon as he finished speaking, she was pressed forcefully onto the stone bed.
The icy tail wrapped around her legs, teasing her with its tip, playing with her.
Her whole body was tense, her eyes full of mist, the corners of her eyes reddened, adding a touch of allure.
"Rhys..."
She softly called out, her voice unbearably alluring.
Rhys looked at her like this, very satisfied with his results, and laughed softly, "What, scared now?"
Her face turned crimson, filled with both shame and anger, looking up to glare at him.
Yet those watery, misty eyes, paired with flushed cheeks, instead seemed like she was pouting: "Who, who is scared? If you have the guts, keep going!"
Rhys’s eyes darkened, the corners of his lips curved in a dangerous arc: "As you wish."
The next second, his tail tightened suddenly, the tip more wanton, even directly...
Luna Sutton’s eyes widened, completely unexpected, this man usually so cold, unexpectedly so... so shameless in private.
Her fingertips clung tightly to the edge of the stone bed, her knuckles turning white, "Rhys, stop..."
Rhys leaned down, whispering in her ear, his warm breath enticing at her ear: "Weren’t you the one who said you had the guts? What, chickened out now?"
She rolled her eyes speechlessly, how was I supposed to know your snake tail could do this?!
This is even more outrageous than a double bluff! Even ice and fire can’t be this intense!"
She bit her lip, her voice still trembling slightly: "Your, your snake tail, what kind of trickery is this? How could it..."
Rhys chuckled softly, his deep voice magnetic, mesmerizing: "The snake beast’s tail is a special area, weren’t you quite fond of it just now?"
Upon hearing this, she froze instantly.
A thousand horses galloped through her mind.
If she’d known the snake beast’s tail could be used like this, she would never have mentioned playing with the tail.
But regrets won’t help now, it’s too late.
"Rhys, you’re... you’re going too far."
She looked up to glare at him, pretending to be fierce.
But in her current state, she had no intimidation at all.
"Too far?"
Rhys chuckled, the snake pupils flashed a hint of teasing, "Weren’t you the one who said you wanted to play with the tail?"
Not only did he not stop, but the tail was even more excessive, angering Luna Sutton to want to bite him.
"You... you scoundrel!"
She gnashed her teeth, but her voice was soft like cotton, "Got addicted to bullying me, huh?"
Rhys raised an eyebrow, the corners of his lips forming an enchanting arc: "Mm, addicted."
After speaking, he leaned down to add in her ear, "But, I think you seem to enjoy it very much."
Hearing this, her face turned crimson, like dripping blood, filled with both shame and anger, glaring at him, she completely lost the strength to curse.
Rhys laughed softly, suddenly transforming into human form, the tail vanished, revealing long legs.
Double "equipment" is just within reach.
Luna Sutton’s eyes widened instantly, her mind completely blank.
"Wait, wait a minute!"
She hurriedly reached out to press against his chest, her voice trembling, "You, why are you still carrying that thing?"
Rhys Blackwood chuckled lightly, his voice full of teasing, "What do you think?"
Luna swallowed and tried to stay calm, "No, I feel... I feel this isn’t very fair!"
"Not fair?"
Rhys raised an eyebrow, a playful gleam in his eyes, "The tail is just for excitement, now is the beginning."
"Beginning?"
She wailed inwardly, silently cursing her mouth for bringing up the tail!
Now she’s in trouble, got herself into a mess.
She seriously doubted whether she could walk out tomorrow.
It wasn’t until dawn that Luna Sutton couldn’t take it and fainted, Rhys finally let her go.
Before she passed out, only one thought was in her mind.
That the snake beast wasn’t just a typical pervert, this isn’t how you play.
"Ding! Congratulations to the host, Rhys Blackwood’s goodwill increased by 15, currently 65, it has reached the goodwill stage, rewarded with a complete set of bamboo furniture, automatically sent to the system backpack, please check later."
"Ding, congratulations to the host for completing side quest two, successfully mated with male lead number two Rhys Blackwood within seven days, rewarded with a complete ancient pottery making guide, including kilning and brick firing methods, automatically sent to the system backpack, please check later."
Luna Sutton was dazed, as if she heard something, but halfway through she knew nothing.
Rhys Blackwood carried her for cleaning, then put her back on the stone bed to lie down, gently covering her with the Beast Skin Blanket, a slight smile on his lips.
Then his gaze fell on the next cave, with a thoughtful expression.
Why is there no movement, it’s quiet as if no one is there at all.
Could it be that Corbin didn’t return last night?
Rhys guessed right, Corbin indeed did not return to the cave last night, he feared he might not resist killing someone.
Last night he went to Tagren Forest, and slaughtered beasts all night, if not hundreds, then dozens.
Only then did he vent out most of his anger.
Corbin brought all the hunted beasts back to the tribe, but didn’t share with anyone else.
Instead, stacked them neatly at Luna Sutton’s cave entrance, a small mountain, completely blocking the entrance.
If Luna Sutton knew about this, she wouldn’t know whether to cry or laugh.
She slept deeper than a pig, naturally unaware of this.
When she woke up, it was already noon the next day.
She rubbed her sore waist, silently cursing Rhys’s ancestors through eighteen generations in her heart.
"This snake beast is simply a fighter among perverts, double mode is not enough, the tail can still play tricks, what have I done to deserve this!"
She muttered as she got out of bed, glanced around, and noticed Rhys Blackwood was not in the cave, not knowing where he went.
But, in the center of the cave, on the stone table, was a bowl of soup made from some unknown animal’s meat.
Beside it, on broad leaves, lay a piece of roasted beast meat, golden and crispy, which was obviously cold.
Luna Sutton looked at the meat soup and roasted meat, and smiled slightly.
This ice-faced guy is quite considerate, knowing to nourish her afterwards.
Though it’s cold, she didn’t mind at all, gladly picked up the meat soup to drink.
She hardly ate last night and tossed all night, her stomach was already growling with hunger, so she naturally wouldn’t mind.
After eating a large bowl of meat soup clean, only then did her stomach feel less empty.
At this moment, the system suddenly popped out, its voice mischievous, "Host, how was last night? Rhys’s double mode, was it..."
Luna Sutton’s mouth twitched, she hurriedly interrupted, grumbling, "Why am I finding you are an unprincipled system, asking me this first thing in the morning? You have the nerve to ask, and I don’t have the nerve to answer."
The system chuckled, "Just concerned about you! But, host, aren’t you curious why Corbin was so quiet last night?"
She was stunned, suddenly feeling a bad premonition, "Yeah, logically Corbin, that vinegar jar, should have made quite a fuss last night, why was there no movement?"
The system feigned mystery, "Want to know the answer? Beg me!"
Her mouth twitched, speechless, "If you feel like it, say it, if not, forget it."
Finding out isn’t hard, the system was teasing her for no reason.
