Supreme Casanova: Ultimate Harem System-Chapter 305: Villain!
Hugo was smiling like an absolute fool.
His brain barely functioned, but his body had already reacted instinctively, pulling Lily in closer, kissing her with all the pent-up passion, frustration, and sheer determination he had accumulated over the last months.
The moment she had said, "I think I'm ready," his soul ascended. His entire existence made sense. The world had finally rewarded his patience.
The blood, sweat, and suffering he had endured to reach this moment had all been worth it. Every late-night conversation. Every moment of restraint.
Every time he had to pretend to be 'the understanding boyfriend who supported his girl's dreams at his own detriment' while suffering inside.
It had all led to this.
This was his moment.
But despite his euphoria, he knew there was one fatal mistake he must not make.
Do not ask if she's sure.
Never. Ever. Ask if she's sure.
That was a rookie mistake. The absolute worst thing he could do right now was to suddenly pause and go, "Are you sure?"
That would imply that he thought she hadn't thought this through or that he doubted her decision. And worse? It would kill the mood instantly!
Sanchez would kill him just as quick if he ever heard about that!
So instead, he just tightened his hold on her waist, deepened the kiss, and let his hands roam.
Lily responded immediately, pressing against him, her fingers tangling in his hair, and before Hugo knew it, she was straddling him, making him sit back against the couch.
His hands slid down to her waist, tracing her curves, marveling at how perfect she felt against him.
She was strong. Athletic. Beautiful.
He had waited for this. He had dreamed of this. And now it was about to finally happen.
Within minutes, Lily was already taking off Hugo's shirt. Her movements were frantic and passionate as she worked his buttons.
Hugo was also busy. His hands were already moving, ready to help her with hers and get them both naked at record speed.
And then—
"Lily…?"
A weak, frail voice called from the hallway.
Lily froze.
Hugo's soul left his body.
She pulled away instantly, hopping off of him like she had been caught committing a crime, and rushed toward Billy's room.
Hugo just… sat there.
Staring at nothing.
Processing. Slowly, very very slowly, his brain registered what had just happened.
His chest burned with fury. His fists clenched. His jaw tightened.
But he took a deep breath, forcing himself to suppress the absolute rage and betrayal that coursed through his veins.
It's not his fault. He's just a kid. A very inconveniently timed kid. But still a kid.
So instead of punching a hole in the nearest wall, Hugo ran a hand down his face, groaned, and stood up to follow Lily.
As he approached Billy's door, he overheard the conversation.
"Lily…" Billy's voice was weak. Trembling.
And definitely fake!
"I—I had a nightmare," he whispered dramatically. "I don't wanna be alone. Can you… can you stay with me until I fall asleep again?"
Hugo froze.
Oh. Oh, this little demon. Billy hadn't even been asleep for ten minutes!
And now he was claiming he had a nightmare?
But that wasn't even the worst part. Because the little gremlin wasn't done.
"C-can you read my favorite book to me?" Billy added, his pathetic little voice trembling with just the right amount of fake fear.
Hugo's eye twitched. This wasn't just an innocent little brother ruining his chances. This was a villain!
A true mastermind.
Lily smiled sweetly, ruffled Billy's hair, and said, "Of course, Billy."
And then she sat down next to him, tucked him in, and picked up the book.

Hugo felt his soul leave his body for the second time that night.
No. No, no, no, no. Don't just fall for it! He's playing you!
But Lily was already softly reading the first page, and Billy?
Billy was smirking.
The little menace had the audacity to shoot Hugo a quick glance—one so smug, so full of victory—that Hugo felt actual, physical pain.
Hugo clenched his fists, trying not to grab the book and throw it out the window.
He took a deep breath.
Okay. Fine. He'd just wait for the kid to fall asleep. How long could it possibly take?
Ten minutes passed.
Billy? Still awake.
Twenty minutes passed.
Billy? Not even close to sleeping.
Thirty minutes passed.
Billy? Now asking Lily questions about the book!
Hugo's eye twitched so violently he thought he might develop a permanent spasm.
And then, after an entire hour, Lily finally closed the book. She glanced down at Billy. "Alright, that's the end. You feeling better now?"
Billy blinked reluctantly as if the book had ended too soon. Then he smiled.
"Yeah! I feel great!"
Hugo felt his soul crack.
No remorse. No shame. No guilt. Billy was a monster.
Lily sighed in relief, kissed his forehead, and ruffled his hair again. "Good. Sleep well, okay?"
Billy nodded.
And then, as if nothing had happened, he turned over, closed his eyes, and was asleep within seconds.
Hugo?
Hugo was seething.
Lily stood up, stretched, and walked out of the room. Hugo followed, his movements stiff with frustration.
The moment they were outside Billy's door, he turned to her. "You know he was faking, right?"
Lily blinked. "Huh?"
"He. Was. Faking."
Was he the only one that saw all the extremely obvious clues?!
Lily laughed. "Oh, Hugo, don't be ridiculous. Billy wouldn't do that."
Hugo stared at her.
His faith in humanity crumbled.
"…You're joking. Please tell me you're joking."
Lily rolled her eyes. "He's ten."
"EXACTLY." Hugo threw his hands up. "He's at the perfect age for villainy!"
Lily just shook her head and patted his cheek. "You're overthinking it. It's late now. I got to go to bed. Got training early tomorrow."
And with that, she walked away.
Hugo?
Hugo just stood there.
A broken man. A man who had just witnessed the birth of a true villain.
Billy had won.
And worst of all?
Hugo knew this wasn't the last time.
