Solo Cultivation in The Apocalypse-Chapter 361 I’m Blinded
Since the city is cold and empty, I can not sleep until I feel your touch.
Hitori was blinded, not by the bright light, but by the lack of light – which resulted in a total blackness around him.
But then the silhouettes appeared from the darkness, one was of Kamino with his octopus arms waving behind him; the other one was of Onogi who was being dragged towards the polycarbonated glass frame.
The worst that could happen: Kamino will throw Onogi down the second floor – but breaking the polycarbonated glass would be hard. Well, it was not for Kamino.
He stopped a meter away from the frame to have enough space to swing his arms and then his son. Then he raised one of his arms and smacked on the glass. It budged, but nothing happened to the glass. 𝘧r𝗲𝑒𝔀𝘦𝙗𝓃oν𝑒l.𝐜𝗼m
"He is insane. Does he thinks he will break a polycarbonate glass?"
"He can the elevator, you know," Reon said, not disturbed by Kamin's motive and actions.
Then Kamino banged on the glass again, punched the next time, and the glass cracked. Kyo shouted as he spread his arms and pulled everyone back.
"Get away from its range. Take cover behind the pillars!" He directed his finger at the pillars in the corner.
Hitori dashed towards a pillar, grabbed it, then swung himself behind it. He peeked through the side, taking a look as Kamino smashed the frame again. 𝑓𝙧𝘦𝘦we𝘣𝙣𝘰𝘃𝗲l.com
Now it had threads like a spider's webs, spreading across the corner from the middle. Then Kamino stopped, thinking it was enough, he stepped back and raised his son.
Hitori wished he could see the look on Onogi's face that time. Was he crying? Was he scared to shit? Was he looking the same as he looked when he accidentally killed Kuzu along with Kamiya?
Kamino swung Onogi back, then smashed him into the glass. It shattered into pieces, throwing Onogi out of the hallway. He flew out like a missile launched at its full potential.
The pieces of glass landed on the ground, disappearing into tiny pieces. Then landed Onogi with a loud thud, a moan of pain from him, and a crack of bones as he landed on his back.
Hitori and everyone kept staring at the cruelty, but then he remembered himself it was the same person who had ended Kamiya's life.
Kamino grabbed the bottom of the hallway, then threw himself out of the hallway, hanging like spider-man. "If you are going to do it, do it before I get my hands on him."
Hitori clenched his fists, drew his wand, and bolted towards Onogi. Hearing Hitori's steps, Onogi pushed himself off the ground and pulled out a gun.
Eya stepped forward and raised a shield in front of Onogi – and he pulled the trigger. The bullet rebounded and missed him by an inch.
Then Kakashi stepped out of the shadows as Kamino was descending to the first floor. He put a hand on Reon's back and gave her a shove. "What are you waiting for? I will deal with his father. Do what you are here for."
Reon glanced at Kyo, then nodded and bottled to cover Hitori. Eya removed the shield, letting Onogi take an aim at Hitori and fire.
Hitori dodged the bullet, then unarmed Onogi with the disarming spell. The gun flew past Onogi, he turned to grab it, but Hitori had reached by that time.
He pushed his wand to the side and got down to his knees, over Onogi. Onogi rolled over to the other side, but Hitori grabbed his neck just in the nick of time.
Reon appeared from behind, cocked Kamiya's gun, and fired a bullet into Onogi's arm that was reaching for Hitori's neck.
With his hand clenched in a tight fist, Hitori punched Onogi's nose. He let out a cry of pain as it broke his nose. Hitori retracted his fist, then smashed his eye.
Reon watched from the distance, not daring to step in their fight and ruin it – no one dared to step in, from Hitori's side. Kamino was eager to take Onogi from Hitori.
His arms wheeled as he crossed to the other side, using his arms as his legs. He raised his arm and flaked Hitori's obliques, throwing him away from Onogi.
Hitori rose from the ground. Kamino had grabbed Onogi by the arm with a bullet in it, he was pressing it tightly – making him scream in pain. Blood was dripping from his nose, and his left eye remained closed.
Kamino ignored his son's wailing and grabbed his torso with the other hand. "You bastard. What sin did I do to get you as my son? Fuck you, you are not even my son."
To Hitori's surprise, Onogi stopped wailing in pain and looked at Kamino with a wide mouth. He was just as surprised as anyone else in the courtyard.
"What do you mean, old man?! I am your fucking son!" he shouted, like a kid trying to prove a rolling car is his.
Kamino scoffed, "I wish. But your bitchy mother went to some other man, the professor she worked with, and made me believe you were my son."
"Oh, crap." Hitori gulped. He feared this might turn into a family matter, and they are always the worst. But he did not like Kamino interrupting their fight.
"What the heck are you talking about? How would you know—?"
"Because I got suspicious of her. She came late home, yet she went off early. She spent most of her time on her iPhone than with me – I was sure she was texting someone. Then one day, I had to visit my client in this cafe, and that is where I spotted her. Sitting with Professor Usagi. Hand in hand, giggling like a schoolgirl."
"You are lying." Onogi shook his head. "I am not—" Then he paused. Despair and disbelief took over his face. "D-d-did you kill him? Were you the one to kill that professor?"
Kamino smiled. "I hacked her iPhone. She was cheating, that was for sure. So I went for a test. The doctor told me I can not have a child in the future – but who would tell him that I already have one? You are not mine."
"Mother. Y-you told me she died because of an explosion in her lab. You did not even let me see her face before she died!"
"Oh, now I am sending you to her. Watch her face as much as you want."
Hitori watched in horror as Kamino tightened his grip around Onogi's torso and his arm. Then with a snap, he pulled Onogi's arm – detaching it from his body.
Onogi broke in a shrill scream.
