Secret Marriage, High-Profile Pampering!-Chapter 96: Adrian Walyon, you are so annoying
Chapter 96: Chapter 96: Adrian Walyon, you are so annoying
As Summer Sutton walked out of the school gates, Adrian Walyon’s car just appeared outside the campus.
Feeling downcast, she kept her head down, walked over, opened the car door, and got in, not saying a word on the way home.
Adrian Walyon followed her into the villa, glanced at her sideways, and seeing her unpleasant expression, his gaze darkened, "Something wrong?"
Summer Sutton didn’t answer, shot him a hateful look, and went upstairs to the study with her books.
Adrian Walyon was baffled by her look. What did he do to provoke her?
Summer Sutton spent quite a while upstairs, and when she thought of the discordant voices at school, for a moment, she even hated Adrian.
After returning to her room, she said nothing, washed up, and went straight to sleep.
Adrian Walyon lifted the covers and lay beside her, intending to do what he usually does.
Tonight, Summer Sutton was unusually quiet, eerily quiet, barely saying a word, not even acknowledging him.
The room’s atmosphere was so silent that Adrian Walyon found it unsettling.
Adrian Walyon felt bored after fussing alone for a while, so he let go of Summer Sutton.
Lying on his side next to her, he pulled her into his arms, "Did something happen at school today?"
He knew her well; he could immediately sense when Summer Sutton was a bit off.
Summer Sutton kept her eyes closed, pretending to sleep, acting like she didn’t hear him and ignoring him.
Adrian Walyon raised his eyebrows in suspicion.
"Speak!" he called her with a serious face.
Emilia Sutton still didn’t respond.
When she doesn’t want to talk, she’s as quiet as if she doesn’t have a mouth.
Adrian Walyon was particularly unaccustomed to seeing her like this.
"Summer Sutton!" He called her name coldly, his voice carrying a dangerous signal.
Summer Sutton pulled the covers tightly around herself, still silent.
Adrian Walyon’s handsome face darkened, turning to look at her, he suddenly pinched a small piece of flesh on her waist hard.
His strength was intense, pinching Summer Sutton so hard that her face turned a bit pale, her nerves tensed.
"Adrian Walyon, you’re so annoying!" Raising her fist, she hit his arm, extremely angry at him.
"Are you going to respond or not? Respond or not?" Adrian Walyon asked her sharply.
Summer Sutton was defiant, rose up, wrapped her arms around him, and bit him hard on his shoulder, feeling better only after seeing her neat teeth marks.
Though angry with Adrian, she was no longer bottling everything inside, "Adrian Walyon, I feel awful today. Awful."
Her voice was small, as if she had suffered a great grievance.
Adrian Walyon lay back beside her, pulling her into his arms again.
"What makes you feel awful?" He looked down at her and asked.
"It’s all because of you!" Summer Sutton lifted her face, getting irritated at the mention of it.
Adrian Walyon was choked by her words, "What did I do?"
Summer Sutton was stumped by his question.
Indeed, what did he do?
Besides appearing by her side, he didn’t do anything else.
Although all the trouble she encountered was partly indirectly caused by him, but if the man marrying into the Sutton Family wasn’t him, but anyone else, all of this would still happen.
So, ultimately, these issues were caused by Gina Sutton’s problem-seeking nature.
"It’s not your problem, it’s late, let’s sleep!" Summer Sutton didn’t want to continue discussing this topic, so she turned over and closed her eyes.
Adrian Walyon didn’t continue questioning; if she wouldn’t tell, he could directly investigate.
