Chapter 570: Hanging out with BoBo

Qie Ranzhe nodded his head and took the next left turn. He pulled into the drive-through lane and placed their order.

"I will have twelve wings, a strawberry milkshake, and an iced coffee with no sugar, please," said Qie Xieling into the speaker while Qie Ranzhe took out his phone and pulled up the pictures of the lubricant and scented candles that he took earlier in the store. He proceeded to send them to his husband.

Wen Qinxi who was beating Wen Danzhe’s ass in a game pulled down his headset and picked up his phone that was on the table. He opened the message with a look of confusion on his face.

Wifey: WTF?

Hubby: Baby, your son said you asked him to tell me to get these for you.

Wen Qinxi’s eyes widened in shock. Wen Danzhe who had been interrupted just when he had gotten in the zone and determined to defeat his brother leaned in to see what his brother was looking at. Wen Qinxi ruthlessly pushed him away while typing furiously with one hand.

DaddyDearest: You brat. Are you itching for a beating?

Qie Xieling who had no idea that he had been sold out by his father, was busy calling Qie Xieling to move on to the paying station.

Qie Ranzhe quickly typed another message.

Hubby: Is that all you need? I can buy a butt plug on my way back.

Wen Qinxi, "???"

Wifey: Do you want to die?

Qie Ranzhe didn’t see that message. That’s because he had pulled up to the paying station. He scanned his watch to pay before moving on to the collection section. While waiting he unlocked his phone and saw that message. He chuckled softly while his son sitting next to him was already sweating bullets. He quickly typed a response.

Hubby: If it means dying underneath you I wouldn’t mind.

Wen Qinxi rolled his eyes after reading his message. He casually typed a reply before tossing the phone on the coffee table. "Let’s continue," he said and Wen Danzhe turned his head back. Earlier on he had heard those two elderly women mention something about enjoying the view when the new landscaper arrived. He had just heard giggling just now like that of school girls. Thinking he was overthinking he ignored it.

Meanwhile, Qie Ranzhe read the word ’shameless’ written on the chat interface and laughed.

Qie Xieling, "..."

Was this evil being laughing at his upcoming funeral? His dad was absolutely going to kill him. The young man from the collection window passed them their order. Qie Ranzhe handed him the bags and placed the cups in the cup holder.

"Here," he said to his father. The man was a snitch but he still earned the iced coffee

"Thanks," said Qie Ranzhe and he took a sip of the coffee with one hand on the wheel. "It’s good," he said while Qie Xieling bit but straw of his milkshake.

"I thought we had a no eating in the car rule?" asked Qie Xieling and Qie Ranzhe smiled slightly. Why would he care about that when he almost lost his son?

Qie Ranzhe shrugged. "Are you sleeping over there?"

"Don’t know yet. I will get a taxi if I don’t sleep over," he said and Qie Ranzhe shook his head no.

"I will pick you up or I will send the driver. Don’t take a taxi," he said his voice laced with a tinge of anxiety.

"Okay," replied Qie Xieling. He didn’t want his father to worry and if this made him give him a sense of ease then he would do it. They reached the entrance to Bo Ailun’s gated community and Qie Ranzhe offered to drive him in but Qie Xieling refused. He grabbed the packages at the back and the takeout. "Bye pops," he said and Qie Ranzhe’s brow arched with a slight quirk at the corner of his lips. He waved at his son before he watched him dash into the gated community. He only drove off when his figure disappeared.

Qie Xieling pressed the door bell and a soft melody followed suit. Soon an auntie who worked for their family opened the door and welcomed him in with a bright smile.

She took the packages from him while he took off his shoes. "Where is Auntie?" asked Qie Xieling and the middle-aged woman pointed at the back.

"She is doing some yoga and the young sir is in his room," she said.

Qie Xieling wore the white slippers for guests and took the packages from the table where she had placed them. "Thanks, Auntie. I will go see him first," he said.

She wanted to say something seeing him run off with the bags leaving behind the fruit basket but she decided to wash and cut some of the fruits and bring them to them.

Qie Xieling jumped a few steps as he rushed upstairs. He pushed Bo Ailun’s door open and when he saw his friend he couldn’t help but pounce on him.

Bo Ailun who was caught off guard, "..."

"Aaaaahhhhh get off me. Lin-ge, you are trying to kill me," he complained while pushing him away.

Qie Xieling hugged him even tighter and said, "After what you did to me you deserve to be hugged to death."

"Damn, I don’t even know my crime. At least tell me my crimes first before you sentence me," complained Bo Ailun trying to wiggle out of his arms. After a series of push and pull Bo Ailun gave up struggling and resigned himself to fate.

Qie Xieling loosened his grip and asked, "How are you feeling?"

Bo Ailun chuckled softly while saying, "I will be fine when you let me go."

Qie Xieling let him go this time and the two friends got up from the ground and sat on the carpet laughing softly. Qie Xieling grabbed the packages and said, "Guess what I brought you."

Bo Ailun’s eyes lit up. "You are so good to me," he said while taking the bag with wings.

"You want to watch something while we eat?" he continued to ask and Qie Xieling who wasn’t really hungry nodded his head. The two of them sat on the bed and ate while some anime played in the background. Qie Xieling drank his milkshake while he patiently waited for Bo Ailun to finish eating. What he was about to confess to his friend was something that might need a full stomach.
