Seeing these words, Leon felt emotion and relief.

’I actually did it,’ He thought in disbelief and euphoria. ’We did it!’

At the beginning, completing a Trial that involved taking on C Rank entities as a mere E Rank Ascended himself seemed impossible but somehow, with help from powerful and intelligent allies, he managed to pull it off.

Leon doubted if any Ascended in Neo-Tokara had ever taken on a Trial with a difficulty as strong as what he just completed.

It was a Trial with an Impossible Level difficulty.

He was convinced that he was the first Ascended in Neo-Tokara to complete a Trial like this without failing and succumbing to ADE corruption.

The realization that despite the helplessness, anxiety, and despair that he felt throughout the Trial duration he still managed to complete the Trial somehow left him with a giddy feeling of satisfaction and pride.

He felt like he just climbed Mount Everest to its summit.

Another reason that made him even more excited was that after getting exposed to the pinnacle of a lot of Classes in Neo-Tokara within the past 13 days, he was no longer satisfied with being an E Rank.

Now, he was greedy.

He wanted more power than ever before now, and faster, and the first step to this was becoming a D Rank Ascended which already started.

He could not wait.

CRACK!

The world around him cracked as he was erased from the world of the Trial.

And then, the world around him was replaced by a familiar entirely white world where he was the only one in existence.

Then this white world also cracked, fracturing and turning into floating plates of metal, circuitry, and raw material as it all came together to form an exaggerated futuristic Mechanist factory.

Spectral automatic assembly lines formed in midair, and gigantic holographic blueprints rotated overhead.

Streams of molten light flowed like rivers in this strange factory, and Leon felt the condensed ADE in the environment rushing into his pores.

As this happened, he heard sounds of hydraulic pressure releases, distant hammer strikes, and the low hum of a planet-sized engine filling the air like some primordial Mechanist was at work.

The world above darkened into a metallic forge-black void that was lit by a gray, blue, and white industrial glow.

Everything inside this domain felt manufactured.

Just like the last time that he came here, the moment Leon appeared here, he instantly felt invigorated both physically and mentally.

The previous time that he came here during his E Rank Class Promotion, Leon didn’t really think much of this factory as he felt that it was just one of the aspects of Class Promotion that he didn’t understand but now, after everything he witnessed in his Trial, he could not help but think.

’Is this a manifestation of Mechanist abilities at higher ranks?’

’Will I one day have a factory like this of my own?’

He wondered how high he would have to climb before he would be able to create a futuristic Mechanist factory that looked just like this one.

While these thoughts went through his mind, Leon keenly felt the changes and growth that were happening in his body as his soul and body were nourished and amplified with much of this amplification focusing on his consciousness.

Leon felt like he was suddenly smarter than before.

This continued for more than a minute until suddenly, Leon saw the world brighten in his vision, focusing on him as the factory began bombarding his consciousness with a bunch of new concepts and knowledge.

But unlike during his E Rank Promotion, the new concepts and knowledge didn’t fully solidify in his head yet as instead they floated in his consciousness like options for him to choose from.

Leon instantly entered a trance-like state as detailed concepts and knowledge that were divided into 3 different tabs floated in his consciousness.

He felt like he was a student again and he was attending a lecture.
