Chapter 29: Birth of the First Three Dragons of the Dragon Palace

Ding!

[A new Draconic Bloodline has been created: Thunder Dragon Bloodline]

Thunder Dragon Bloodline: The bloodline of an elemental dragon that controls thunder and lightning. It has both the destructiveness of thunder and the speed of lightning. The bloodline is one of the strong dragon bloodlines.

When Drake read this, he was surprised, but this didn’t really baffle him for now. He took a look at the rabbit child that was slowly getting close to death.

Drake was in haste when he saw this. Their life was slipping away. For a moment, he regretted agreeing to take care of the children, but thinking of what he had gained from the mother and the motherly love she had for them made that regret disappear.

"You would need a corpse to activate the blood infusion," Drax reminded Drake.

Drake stretched his hands forward. The dark vortex appeared as all the beast corpses Drake had gained from going out appeared.

"Would this be okay?" Drake asked.

"Yes, they are enough. The children are still mortal, so no need to worry. But also, them being mortal has caused another trouble. Draconic bloodlines are domineering, and ordinary mortals can’t survive—only those with determination," Drax explained.

"Why the hell are you just saying this now, for heaven’s sake? What determination would a newborn baby have?" Drake cursed out loudly.

"Well, it’s not my fault. That’s the only way out," Drax shrugged his shoulders.

"It seems you want to be beaten again," Drake said chillingly with his baby face.

"You can beat me and let the children die. It’s your own cup of tea," Drax snickered. His words calmed down Drake.

"So how do we proceed from here?" Drake asked.

"Just put the corpses near the dragon statue and then place the rabbits into the Dragon Pool," Drax explained, which Drake followed.

As he put the corpses near the dragon statue, all of them disappeared as the statue glowed.

He walked towards the pool. The former rabbit’s aura of death had increased, and the other two were already weakening.

"You have to pass through this hurdle. If you are able to, you will be able to avenge your mother," Drake said with a smile.

SQUEAK! SQUEAK! SQUEAK!

The rabbits squeaked as if they could understand Drake’s words, which they could not. Drake placed them in the Dragon Pool.

[Detecting sufficient energy to begin the bloodline transmutation. Does Host want to proceed with it? (Y/N)]

When Drake saw this, he sighed before he said, "Yes."

Ding!

[Beginning Transmutation of the Draconic Bloodline]

The dragon statue’s eyes glowed, its mouth opened wide, and Drake saw blood gush out from it like a waterfall.

SQUEAK! SQUEAK! SQUEAK!

SQUEAK! SQUEAK! SQUEAK!

SQUEAK! SQUEAK! SQUEAK!

Drake heard the painful cries of the baby rabbits, making him sigh. He had done the best option for them. He was sure no one would be as kind as him in this world to save them and also waste resources.

It was up to them to survive. They had to know the harsh reality of this world.

"So which dragon bloodline would they awaken now?" Drake asked.

"It depends on which high affinity they have so that the bloodline can be useful. For them, since their mother is a Thunder Hopper, then it would likely be Thunder Dragon. When you go outside to the world, you should take note of special physiques. They have higher chances of getting fused with dragon bloodlines," Drax said.

When Drake heard this, he didn’t bother asking Drax for an explanation of special physiques. As a novel reader on Earth, he knew those with special physiques were those heavily blessed by the Heavenly Dao.

For some moments, Drake could no longer hear the cries of the rabbits, making him feel helpless. This continued for minutes until...

[Bloodline Transmutation Successful]

[Because these rabbits are the first members of the Dragon Clan and Palace, their dragon bloodline has been transformed into Royal Dragon Bloodline]

[Their bloodline concentration is increased by 5%]

[They can switch between their rabbit form and dragon form without any problem]

When Drake heard this, he was confused for some moments.

"The Dragon Clan has both ordinary dragon bloodlines and royal dragon bloodlines. Only those with the royal-grade bloodline are qualified to lead their respective dragon race," Drax explained when he saw Drake’s confused expression.

"Oh, there is? Then what about mine, then?" Drake felt curious.

"Let’s not dive into that," Drax chuckled. "You better go check on the rabbits."

Drake rushed towards the Dragon Pool and was met with a jaw-breaking scene.

The size of the rabbits had increased to that of fully-fledged ones. This wasn’t the most surprising thing—rather, instead of hair, they had dragon scales. Two had purple-golden scales that flickered with thunder, while the last one had pitch-grey scales.

They also had dragon horns and claws, matching the colors of their dragon scales. The most surprising detail was their eyes—draconic. The two had purple-golden draconic eyes, while the last had pitch-grey eyes that reeked of death.

But alas, the two didn’t have draconic tails, unlike the black one that did.

Race: Thunder Dragon (Royal)

Bloodline Concentration: 80%

Race: Death Dragon (Royal)

Bloodline Concentration: 90%

Cultivation: Mid Stage of Foundation Establishment Realm

Skills: Whisper of the Death, Death Breath, Royal Dragon Majesty, Death Dragon Roar, Death Tail, Death Step, Death Strike, Death Fang

When Drake saw this, he was surprised by their skills, bloodline, and also their cultivation. Just newborn baby dragons had such skills.

"It seems the one that had the aura of death was the one who transformed into a Death Dragon," Drax chuckled while Drake nodded.

"I’m confused. What does that percentage and concentration represent?" Drake asked.

"Well, they both represent the degree of their bloodline. If their bloodline concentration reaches one hundred percent, then they will transform into fully-fledged dragons. You can see that they only have dragon parts—not a full dragon form. And because the Death Dragon has more concentration than the other two, that’s why it has a dragon tail.

Don’t worry—even though they become fully-fledged dragons, they will still be able to transform into rabbits. This was what the system granted them for being the first members of the clan," Drax explained.

When Drake heard this, he now understood why they had that percentage.

"Oh, also, for their cultivation—it was due to the excess remains of the dragon bloodline, which then elevated their cultivation to this level," Drax added.

Drake proceeded as he carried the rabbits into his arms. They were heavier than before, and Drake’s small hands couldn’t contain them all like before. But one thing was certain—they were still cute, and their minds were still like babies. Their dragon parts withdrew as they turned into a purple-golden rabbit and a grey rabbit!

"Why don’t you name them?" Drax said.

Drake looked at the rabbits. "Zephyr Vorr (First Thunder Dragon), Stryx Vorr (Second One), and Nocthra Vorr (Death Dragon)."

Ding!

[Host has successfully named the rabbits. Their strength is increased by 10%]

Ding!

[Host has gained the Thunder Dragon Bloodline and Death Dragon Bloodline]

"Well, things are getting interesting," Drake grinned, looking at the rabbits that were already asleep.
