Playboy: Medical and Martial Master-Chapter 269: Settling Personal Scores Under Official Pretense!
The room was silent, so quiet you could hear a pin drop.
Sun Zhe held the delicate, sexy lace panties in his hand, the residual warmth and moisture still radiating into his palm. With a strange expression, he looked at Leng Yueshuang and asked, "When did you take these off?"
"Just now, when you weren't here," Leng Yueshuang replied flatly.
"Shuang'er, what exactly do you mean by this?"
Leng Yueshuang looked away and cursed softly, "Pervert. Don't ask."
"You're calling me a pervert, but you're still giving me this?" Sun Zhe retorted. "Shuang'er, I'm telling you, I really don't have this kind of fetish. I usually just leave things like this alone."
He was finding it harder and harder to understand these women. They were such walking contradictions.
Leng Yueshuang's cheeks puffed out slightly. She suddenly stood up, stared at him, and whispered, "You can only be a pervert toward me." As she spoke, she clenched her sleeves, mustering an unknown amount of courage.
Sun Zhe gave a dry laugh. "I think I get it now. The real perverts are all of you."
At his words, Leng Yueshuang's gaze turned frigid. She suddenly strode toward him. "It's time to cultivate!"
"Wait, Heroine Leng!" Sun Zhe yelped, startled. He quickly waved his hands to stop her and hastily threw on his clothes. "Heroine Leng, I still have to clean up the battlefield." 𝕗𝐫𝐞𝕖𝕨𝐞𝗯𝚗𝕠𝘃𝐞𝚕.𝐜𝗼𝚖
Hearing this, Leng Yueshuang glanced at the large puddle on the floor. Her neck instantly flushed red, and she turned her head away. "Go on. I'll wait for you."
Sun Zhe hurried to the bathroom to get some cleaning supplies.
「A short while later.」
Leng Yueshuang sat on the small sofa with her lovely legs crossed, watching Sun Zhe mop the floor. "Your task today," she said slowly, "is to evade my pursuit."
Sun Zhe looked up at her, dejected. "Can't you just call me 'Hubby' or 'Babe'?"
Leng Yueshuang seemed to ignore him and continued, "The courtyard walls are the boundary. Within this area, I will hunt you down by any means necessary."
Sun Zhe's face instantly darkened. "Do you have to make it sound so terrifying?"
A small smile played on Leng Yueshuang's lips. "From this moment on, I am an assassin. I will not go easy on you. I will coat my throwing knives in paint. If you're hit three times, you lose."
Sun Zhe asked, "What's the penalty for losing?"
Leng Yueshuang stared at him. "If you lose, you have to promise me one thing. If you win, I'll promise you one thing."
"A little interesting." Sun Zhe's interest was suddenly piqued. He laughed, "Anything?"
Leng Yueshuang nodded. "As long as it doesn't violate my principles. Of course," she added, "the prerequisite for all of this is that you cannot use your Cultivation or True Qi. With your Nascent Soul Realm strength, you could easily crush me if you did."
Sun Zhe grinned freely. "I know. Our goal is just to improve my practical combat skills, after all. In that case, Heroine Leng, it's a deal!"
Leng Yueshuang gave him a meaningful look and said seriously, "Sun Zhe, I am not a Martial Artist, nor am I skilled in close-quarters combat. I only excel at one thing: killing. Every one of my moves is a killing blow, designed to take a life. So, this is the only way I can teach you."
Sun Zhe nodded. "I understand."
"Don't worry," Leng Yueshuang said with a slight smile. "The throwing knives are made of sponge. They won't actually hurt you."
Sun Zhe looked at her tenderly. "I knew Shuang'er doted on me the most."
Leng Yueshuang's smile widened as she toyed with a throwing knife in her hand. "But I will actually beat you up. That is your 'punishment'."
The moment her words fell, Sun Zhe dropped the mop and vaulted over the balcony railing, vanishing in a flash. He had keenly sensed that Leng Yueshuang was about to make her move. He wasn't stupid; he had long since realized she intended to use this opportunity to settle a personal score.
Therefore, out of the Thirty-Six Stratagems, fleeing was the best option!
Inside the room, Leng Yueshuang smiled faintly and walked toward the balcony. His awareness has improved a little. But does he really think he can escape?
「A few minutes later.」
Suddenly, a scream like a pig being slaughtered erupted from a room on the first floor.
"Dammit, Shuang'er, you're cheating!"
"Cheating? Someone who really wants you dead will stop at nothing."
"But what about you lifting your shirt to distract me? How is that not cheating?"
"I told you. By any means necessary."
"OW, THAT HURTS! Sister Leng, I was wrong! I shouldn't have gone so deep earlier!"
"Sun Zhe, you're looking for death!"

「It was just past eleven in the morning.」
Zhu Yan returned home carrying a large basket of groceries, planning to cook a nice meal to help Sun Zhe recuperate.
However, the moment she stepped through the villa's main gate, she heard Sun Zhe's miserable cries and curses. He was screaming bloody murder, so pitifully that anyone who didn't know better would have thought a New Year's pig was being slaughtered.
She followed the sound and her beautiful eyes widened in shock. She spotted two figures flickering through the flowers and plants in the courtyard. They moved like leopards in the jungle, their speed so fast that they left only afterimages.
Suddenly, Leng Yueshuang's figure flashed as she leaped onto the ginkgo tree. Then, she dove down from above, locking her legs around Sun Zhe's neck and using the momentum of her descent to flip his sturdy body to the ground. After rolling on the ground a few times, Leng Yueshuang pinned Sun Zhe flat on his stomach. She sat on his back, pressing her knee into the nape of his neck and twisting his right arm behind him, leaving him completely immobilized.
Watching this, Zhu Yan couldn't help but clap and cheer at the impressive display of skill.
But as she drew closer, she was horrified to see that Sun Zhe's clothes were in tatters, his face was bruised and swollen, and he was covered in blood!
"My god, is this really how Cultivation works?"
She immediately panicked, her heart clenched with worry, and rushed forward to stop them. "Yueshuang, stop it! Stop!"
Hearing her, Leng Yueshuang looked up at Zhu Yan and smiled gracefully. "Sister, you're back?"
Zhu Yan's body trembled and her face was pale. She quickly set down her basket of vegetables and hurried over to check on Sun Zhe's injuries. But in the next moment, she froze. She realized the "blood" on Sun Zhe was fake; it was just some kind of paint.
His bruised and swollen face, however, was very real.
Looking at the big pig's head before her, Zhu Yan couldn't help but let out a snort of laughter. "Serves you right. Yueshuang, you keep at it. I'll go make us some food."
"Okay."
Zhu Yan gave her a rare, playful wink and even made a small fist to encourage her. "Go for it, Yueshuang! Really give it to him for me!"
Pinned to the ground, Sun Zhe craned his head up to look at Zhu Yan, on the verge of tears. "Yan'er, could you at least try to sound like a decent human being? I'm already beaten to a pulp, and not only do you not feel sorry for me, but you're encouraging her to beat me to death. Sigh... I don't think we can make this work."
Zhu Yan just snorted and gave him a huge eye-roll. She then took out her phone and snapped a few pictures of him, displaying the pinnacle of heartlessness.
After giving Leng Yueshuang a few more words of encouragement, she picked up her basket and turned to leave. She had only taken a few steps before she heard Sun Zhe's wretched screams and Leng Yueshuang's sharp reprimand from behind her.
"In less than an hour, I've hit you sixteen times, and fourteen of those were aimed at fatal spots. Sun Zhe, you're pathetic!"
"F*ck me..."
"Alright, that's enough for now. We'll continue this afternoon."
"F*ck me..."
"Say one more curse word. I dare you!"
"Sister Leng, spare me! You're just using this to settle a personal score!"
Leng Yueshuang's expression turned serious. "You don't need to worry about my motives. Right now, you just need to see me as your enemy—someone who genuinely wants to take your life."
At her words, Sun Zhe suddenly fell silent.
Leng Yueshuang stood up and looked down at him. "The world of Martial Artists is just this cruel. Once a fight starts, it's a real battle of life and death, not child's play."
"I understand."
Looking at his bruised and swollen face, Leng Yueshuang couldn't suppress a flicker of a smile. She turned and walked toward the living room door. "You were lucky Yao Rao didn't kill you. If she had really wanted you dead that night, you'd be lying in a morgue by now."
