"She finally had the baby." Micheal said, trying hard not to showcase the annoyance that ran across his face as he and his other brothers were in the room, where the orb of light showed Narika with her child, the demon child.

In these few months that have passed, it seemed as if the crystal palace relented in doing anything concerning the case of Adrik and Narika. But it also took them by surprise the way the prophecy changed automatically, in just a day ruining their plan towards Adrik and Narika.

The prophecy and the seer was an independent body, that neither the crystal palace nor hell could control. All they had to do was to stay and ensure that the both parties don’t do anything that aren’t in accordance with what the Seer had said.

Micheal and his brothers were subdued to do nothing after finding out that Narika was pregnant, their quest to kill her ended since she had finally taken that step that was the reason why they didn’t want her close to Adrik.

But at the same time, he’s regretting why the Overruler had to issue the order that she lives, when the initial order was to kill her but now, her child was the prime suspect and the enemy that the crystal palace would have to focus on.

Her child would have to die, regardless of him being a child because the darkness inside of him would be enough to enslave mankind for eternity. Which is what the crystal palace is trying to stop if hell wins this war.

"Another mess to fix before it’s too late, Micheal. What’s the plan?" Camael asked him, Gabriel hasn’t spoken a word ever since the issue of Narika and her child were brought up.

His mind was rather fixed on something else, that had to do with the excessive mass murder that has been going on on earth, especially towards young virgin girls that are being sucked dry of their blood.

"You tell me, Gabriel. You seem distraught, if anything am suspecting that you are already tired of this battle." Micheal asked Gabriel, who shook his head to disagree with that he just said.

"No, Micheal this is not about the witch nor her child, nor about the war. Something is not right." Gabriel said, taking up a scroll to look at the names of young girls that have ascended into heaven in the past few hours in less than three hours.

"What do you mean?" Micheal and Camael asked, coming forward to look at the scroll as within every second, names of people who ascended into heaven filled the scroll in a surprising manner, that could only give them one clue.

Someone was killing them, and not just killing them a day at a time. But at a faster rate, the surprising part about all these is the part where none of them had a memory about who murdered them.

The cops on earth are focusing their attention on a serial killer, but no! Looking at the dimension and pattern everything was happening, the angels could only come to one conclusion which is nothing but Lucifer’s men gone berserk.

The treaty was that none of the demons escape hell to end the lives of the humans, until the war is over which will determine their fate when hell wins the war. But as of now, they are being forced to believe that either Lucifer was trying to get their attention by sending his people on a killing spree on earth, but it doesn’t make any sense to them why he would do that.

Word has it that he’s busy preparing for the cleansing ceremony where he would bind his blood with that of the little demon. So, does that entail that people’s blood, no, young girls’ bloods are to be wasted.

"It has to be Lucifer, no one else would be brave enough to do this sort of thing, without thinking of the council finding out northe witches council knowing of the foul play." Camael said.

"Does the Overruler know about this yet?" Micheal asked, but Gabriel shaked his head. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺

"Not yet, but i don’t know how long until he knows. Lucifer won’t be able to have that cleansing ceremony tomorrow if he’s the one killing these girls." Gabriel added.

"But we don’t actually have any evidence that he’s the one doing it." Cameal said, running his hand through this slick long silver hair.

"What do you mean by that? If there’s no evidence, then do you.."Micheal didn’t understand the both of them, if they were suspecting Lucifer. Why do they need useless evidence to prove that until he remembered that there’s the Lawmakers who wouldn’t be able to issue any order, whatsoever to hurt him until there’s evidence.

"Whoever that is doing this is smart, none of the cameras on earth, nor the witches council has come to prove that Lucifer is on a killing spree, and hell has been surprisingly quiet these days." Gabriel explained to him. " which is unlike Lucifer, he’s not being one smart fellow to hide when he does anything, so it’s someone else."

"Someone else like who?" Camael chirped in, but Gabriel shrugged his shoulders.

"That no one had been able to find out, but ..". He tried speaking but the door to their room was opened, and the head of the witches council walked in not looking good.

"Raj, to what do we owe this uncalled visitation?" Micheal asked, trying to hack into her mind to figure out what is going on with her, but it was impossible she’s keeping all of them out.

"Something has changed." Raj said, taking out her orb of light to show the brother’s, who didn’t understand what exactly she’s trying to say.

" I smell death, Micheal. In every dimensions, the earth, hell but the crystal palace is an exception." Raj said, pulling her orb hack into the stick she was holding.

"I have been having dreams, I wouldn’t call them dreams actually because they had started manifesting. One of mine had been murdered, ripped off every single blood in her system but none of the sisters has been able to get any exact account of what killed her."

"Trust me, Raj. We have noticed the unbalanced rhythm of people who ascended this week and noticed that something was wrong too." Gabriel said, as Raj’s brow was raised upon hearing his statement.

"So, it is not just me that noticed that Lucifer had gone crazy, he’s killing innocent people on earth and there’s nothing the lawmakers had said or done to stop him. That child is the cause of all these. I sense death, Gabriel. When the red moon comes, the angels of death and light would battle to end the long term war about who to rule the earth. But then, I fear that at this rate everyone would be wiped out before then."Raj added, making the brothers to look at themselves.

Her words made sense, and just like Micheal and Camael who strongly believed that Lucifer was behind what was happening, did nothing but gave Gabriel that look to make him think in another dimension that this was another demon.

No one is strong to pull something like this, except Lucifer. Every demon is under his jurisdiction so if anyone goes rogue, it’s only right that Lucifer takes care of the mess, but this is not something any normal demons would pull off.

"Trust me, we are working on it, Raj. We apologize for the death of one of your sisters, but then I’m still confused on the part where the witches council aren’t able to access the mind of their very own sister to figure out what happened." Gabriel said.

"You think this was not Lucifer’s doing?" Raj asked.

"I don’t think, but I am sure that this had nothing to..."

"Gabriel, that’s enough. People are dying and we can’t just believe your mere suspicions. You said it yourself, there’s no evidence." Micheal snapped at him.

"Yet" Gabriel said, before turning to face Raj.

" We found it suspicious that we weren’t able to access her mind, now I’m forced to suspect that someone else is working against the sisterhood, they are protecting whoever this is from being discovered."

"So, this is not Lucifer." Camael affirmed, finding reason to believe his brother Gabriel’s words but when Micheal tried saying differently an alarm went off, and they noticed that they had been attacked.

They waited no time, rushing out of the room, to see everyone running helter shelter, before Micheal grabbed a guard.

"What’s happening here?" He asked.

"Someone broke into the secret walls, and took away Rowan’s life forces. They attacked the guards and killed everyone that saw their faces."

After the guards explanation, the brothers looked at themselves conversing through their mind link as the leader of the lawmakers appeared, with his mouth full of blood before falling to the ground.

"Ethan, what happened?" Camael asked, pulling him to lay on his sides as it was getting impossible for him to breathe.

"We.. were breached, insider... Rowan is alive. " Ethan said lastly, before giving up the ghost as the answer to the rapid killings on earth stood looking at them.

The ancient demon who they killed centuries ago, wasn’t dead afterall and he’s not just back, but killing innocent people too.
