Rex continued down the path that felt like the calm before the storm. His mind wandering why he felt more goosebumps the longer he journeyed. Suddenly, he felt it.

A massive surge of killing intent towards him. He knew why know that the Black Flame warned him.

He had already started down the path. The Black Flame had already warned him about turning back. With no other choice he continued forward.

"You are trying to use normal Qi. Stop it." Lilith told Bella.

"Enough. Iris your next."

Bella hung your head low. Iris came up. Iris thought that using what she thought was the Soul Energy would win her the first place.

A Water Ball began forming. There was No Qi, Lilith already knew what she was using. Lilith smacked her on the head.

"Good job on not using normal Qi. However, that was your innate Qi that only you can control. The biggest difference is the Water Ball you were preparing.

Soul Energy can produce Water like that but it does not take long at all. Watch my Flame." In the next instant, a Flame appeared. "That was my Soul Energy Flame. You cannot tell a difference at first. Watch this Flame." A second Flame appeared. This one felt different than the first.

"Try to form your Water Ball again using your innate Qi." Lilith told Iris.

As the Water Ball began to form. The similarities between the two was felt.

"Now, feel the difference." Lilith spoke.

She once again used her Soul Energy to produce the Flame. Everyone could feel slight tension between the two.

"I have heard that people needed to learn how to control their innate Qi to go to the Soul Energy. Honestly, I have knowledge if that is true or not. You all are the first ones that I have taught this to.

What I do know. Is that when you try hard enough to get the most out of a single drop of blood for your Qi. You can use that to find your innate Qi. Where we all can choose our lifestyle by selecting the different fragments. This Qi responds only to your beckon call. You chose Water has your only Qi source. Your innate Qi could produce Fire, Lightning, Nature, Earth, or any other Qi depending on your lifestyle and how much you have fought over your course of life." Lilith taught them.

"So does that mean I failed?" Iris asked.

"Yes. You failed. However, that might be the way for you to learn about your Soul Energy." Lilith replied.

Iris was depressed. Since she may have had a way to figure out the next course. She decided it was a small victory over the war.

Amber came next. She tried and failed using normal Qi.

Amber asked, "I feel like I was not using normal Qi though. It may have been innate but I know it was normal Qi I tried to use."

"Sit in front of me." The duo sat. Lilith put her hands on Amber's bare back.

"Try to use that whatever you were trying once again. I will help and figure out what you used." Lilith spoke.

Amber's once again focused on a spot. Lilith could feel the focus coming from the depths. She tried to help. She saw something almost try to destroy her. Lilith felt that it was not singular but multiple.

When she opened her eyes. Lilith felt that Holy Fire could descend unto the temple. She knew what had happened.

"Amber you are a dual element correct?" Lilith asked.

"Yes."

"So, you may have permission from one side of your normal Qi but not the other. It happens with dual elements quite frequently. What happens is that the two Qis become part of your Soul Energy. They began to sync better together. When they sync well enough, they become part of your Soul Energy. By only accepting the front side of the view. You also have to accept the back side." Lilith spoke.

"Thank you dearly." Amber spoke.

Lilith saw how Liz wanted to try but something was keeping her from trying.

"What is wrong Liz?" Lilith asked.

"I feel like I either have gotten my innate Qi or maybe seen my Soul Energy. I am not too confident in trying it out just yet." She replied.

Lilith knew that foolishness of not trying. She could not deny the fact that maybe she could be a better teacher.

"Well, at least give it a shot. Regardless of which ever may be the case. No one will think less of you." Lilith spoke.

Liz came up front. She muttered, "Follow the Qi."

She started with normal Qi in a Fireball. It slowly began to shift into Innate Qi. This was something that Lilith had seen only once before and that person is no longer alive.

"I may be foolish for allowing this to happen. I can easily knock her out if it seems life threatening." Lilith thought.

Slowly but surely. It took almost twenty minutes altogether. Liz made her Fireball into a Soul Energy Fireball.

"Congratulations! You did not form a Soul Energy Fireball. You did transform it into one. However, that is still a failure. If you do not anymore times without supervision. You can die." Lilith spoke.

Liz turned her in surprise. She did not think it was that bad for her.

"Can you explain please?" Liz asked.

"Simple. Iris and Violet make a ring with water in the inside of it please." Lilith asked.

The duo made a floating water ring with nature around it.

She went and got a dummy to demonstrate the consequences. She made sure everyone was paying attention closely to this before explaining.

"This ring represents this dummy's Qi. A singular punch forces the blood to accept more or less Qi depending on the punch." She used the actual fist to talk about it. "What you did Liz was use the method of your experience down to your Soul Energy. This ring now represents your travel through your Soul. If you focused on the punch again, using that same method."

She allowed the dummy to attempt doing that. The dummy exploded.

"Granted this dummy has no Soul. It can use Soul Energy provided into it. It has no Soul to accept the Qi from. Why this would happen to us? We get too used to it, it becomes our only way, or that is how our Soul Energy mandates the process to be. That only leads to the death from overusing that technique."

Liz felt that it may be the only way for her to use Soul Energy. At least currently, it was safe within these walls and around Lilith.
