My Blood Legacy: Bloodlines-Chapter 23: She’s my *****.
Several hours had passed since Scarlett began drinking Victor’s blood, hoping to regain a fraction of her strength. But what she truly recovered was her appearance—not a fraction, but her whole being!
Her body took on an extremely provocative form, with full breasts and a slim waist, a well-defined bottom.
Her hair regained its red hue, beyond blood red, an adorably dangerous crimson. Her eyes became a more vibrant red, and her white skin returned to its pale tone, but with beautiful blushes on her cheeks.
"You are truly beautiful," he said as she drank the blood from his neck, and he played with her hair.
She slightly removed her fangs and smiled, "You’re the first to say that." She smiled and then reappeared.
"Have people forgotten basic manners?" he teased, holding her face, "So beautiful... so precious..." she continued drinking.
He looked at her facial features, and he noticed a certain resemblance... "Scarlett... you by any chance~" he couldn’t finish, and received a kiss on the lips.
A kiss a little like ’Don’t ask too many questions!’
He simply accepted the kiss, she climbed on top of him, putting her hand behind his shoulders. "Don’t ask too many questions," she whispered between kisses, "Nothing matters."
Victor felt that something was strange... very strange. He noticed that she had grimaced earlier when he spoke about Carmilla... and now, this... ’Don’t tell me they’re related...’ Victor thought, just for a few seconds.
’If they are, it doesn’t matter.’ He agreed with himself, and then continued to kiss her.
The problem with vampire marriages is this: it reaches a point, and they quickly reach that point, where nothing matters besides their mates. This applies to both, including the woman.
Her feelings are almost manipulated to love him more and more each day, and for vampires, that’s completely normal.
That’s why Carmilla, who is theoretically a primordial vampire of almost ten thousand years of life, has become almost a pet. The same goes for Scarlett and all the others who will one day enter his life.
She continued kissing him as her body grew stronger. She loved that feeling. After years sealed away, she was savoring every second of her revitalized life.
"H-hey, calm down." He gently pushed her away and saw that she was already... different.
Just like Carmilla, she used blood to create an outfit, but unlike Carmilla, who was a little more civilized, Scarlett didn’t care at all!
She created beautiful white lingerie that accentuated her breasts, a garter belt, extremely sexy panties, and bows all over.
Her face was simply thirsty, her eyes were completely lost in his blood.
’This is complicated...’ He thought, not because it was bad to see that incredible scene, but more out of concern for the future.
He held her shoulders and pulled her away, "Calm down." He spoke firmly, and her eyes blinked.
"What~" she said, then looked at her reflection in his red eyes, then looked down.
She observed for a while and then let out a whistle. "Wow, I look fucking hot." She said and then laughed. "Hahaha, did my breasts get bigger?"
Victor just looked at the lack of decency and could only laugh... a restrained laugh, but it made her stop and look at him. She smiled and stood up.
"I’m not used to this." She said a little awkwardly, but smiling, "Maybe later, okay?" She said while using the blood to create a slightly more decent outfit.
A white button-down blouse, which quickly burst open due to the size of her breasts, and a leather skirt clinging to her backside. "Less troublesome," she said, winking.
Victor smiled, "Thank you. I don’t know how long I could have lasted."
She smiled, "Well... you can attack me now, if you want," she said, slightly opening her neckline.
Victor shook his head, "Stop it, we need to leave."
Scarlett sighed dramatically, but eventually agreed. The energy coursing through her body now was completely different from the weak and broken creature he had encountered minutes before.
She stretched her arms above her head, lengthening her newly restored body like someone waking from a very long sleep.
"Okay, okay," she said, relaxing her shoulders. "Getting out of here seems like a good idea."
Then she finally looked around.
The darkness around them remained absolute to her. There was no wall, no floor, no horizon. Just that thick, infinite void.
Scarlett frowned.
"...Right," she murmured. "Small problem."
Victor raised an eyebrow. "What?"
She slowly turned in place, her arms crossed. "I still can’t see absolutely anything," she said. "So... how exactly are we going to get out?"
Victor didn’t answer immediately.
He just turned his face to one side of the darkness.
His eyes were more focused now, more adapted to that strange reality that seemed to reject any ordinary form of perception.
Then he raised his hand and pointed. "There’s an exit right there."
Scarlett turned her head in the same direction and stared silently. Five seconds passed... Then she pointed to the void.
"...There?" she questioned incredulously.
"Yes."
She squinted.
"...There’s literally nothing there."
Victor let out a long sigh. "Yeah," he murmured. "It seems like only I can see these things."
Scarlett put her hands on her hips. "Fantastic," she said dryly. "My husband sees invisible portals in shadowy dimensions and I’m stuck in total blindness mode."
Victor shrugged. "More or less."
Before she could continue complaining, he simply approached.
Scarlett blinked when, without warning, he picked her up.
"Hey—" She didn’t even finish the sentence.
Victor was already walking.
Firm steps cutting through the darkness as if following a perfectly visible path. 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝙬𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝒎
Scarlett automatically put an arm around his neck for balance, looking at his face with a mixture of surprise and amusement.
"You know..." she commented, observing the invisible path ahead. "That’s a little romantic."
Victor didn’t look at her.
"It’s not."
"Carrying your wife in your arms through an ancient dimensional portal?"
"I’m just preventing you from getting lost."
Scarlett smiled.
"Still romantic."
Victor just sighed again as he continued walking in the direction only he seemed able to see.
Victor walked a few more steps through the darkness that no longer seemed as impenetrable as before. The shapes remained vague, almost like shadows within shadows, but enough for him to recognize the space around him.
Then, finally, the familiar feeling of the cell returned. "Back to solitary confinement," he said quietly.
Victor bent down and carefully placed Scarlett on the ground, "Here, we’ve reached the world of the living." He paused briefly.
"Love, I’m back," he said with the irritating nonchalance of someone who had just returned from a short walk.
Scarlett immediately looked around, but to her it was still just the same absolute emptiness. Nothing had changed.
Victor, on the other hand, began to search.
He turned his head to one side... then to the other... his eyes trying to discern any movement within the darkness.
For a few seconds he saw nothing. He analyzed carefully until something caught his attention... A silhouette... Sitting on the ground... Motionless.
He frowned slightly and began to walk in that direction. The closer he got, the clearer the shape became.
A small figure... Sitting with her knees pulled against her chest... Her head buried between them... Completely still.
Victor stopped right beside her.
"Carmilla?" he asked.
First her shoulders trembled slightly... Then her head slowly lifted... Her eyes were watery... Confused.
"...Hm?" she murmured.
Then she saw his face, the silence lasted exactly half a second. And then, all her anger came in a terrifying fury.
"YOU BASTARD!" Carmilla leaped from the floor with absurd speed, grabbing his clothes with both hands. "YOU DISAPPEARED FOR SIX DAYS!!"
Her voice echoed through the cell like thunder. Her eyes were red, swollen, and completely filled with rage.
"SIX. DAYS." she repeated, shaking Victor forcefully, her fingers gripping the fabric of his clothes as if she wanted to forcefully extract answers.
"I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD! OR SWALLOWED BY SOME SHIT FROM THE ABYSS! OR—" The sentence died mid-sentence, cut off abruptly. Because at that exact moment Carmilla realized there was another presence there. She turned her head slowly... very slowly... as if afraid of what she would find. Her eyes finally landed on Scarlett. The silence that fell over the cell was dense, heavy, almost palpable.
Carmilla’s mouth opened.
Closed.
Opened again.
No sound came out.
The shock seemed so great that for a few seconds she simply couldn’t form a coherent sentence, just staring at that figure standing there as if she were seeing a ghost that shouldn’t exist.
Scarlett, for her part, discreetly averted her face, like someone trying to avoid eye contact in an absurdly uncomfortable situation.
Victor looked at one... then the other... his gaze going back and forth between the two women as if he were watching an inevitable disaster unfold before him.
"You... know each other?" he asked, already with a terrible premonition tightening his chest.
Scarlett scratched her arm with a strange look, clearly unsure how to deal with this.
"It’s... kind of complicated." She sighed. "But... it is." She paused briefly, then pointed with her thumb over her shoulder. "She’s my mother."
"Holy shit..." Victor went completely white.
