Mr. Fairchild's Rose: She is Wild and Proud-Chapter 317 - 215: Keane’s Eyes Look Exactly Like Yours (2)
Sarah Sutton also went "Oh," and curiously asked, "Miles, do you live here too?"
"Ah... yes."
Maeve Lane’s eyes flickered, feeling a bad premonition.
As expected, the next second Sarah was stunned, "No way, could it be Fairchild..."
She murmured, "Are you two living together?"
Maeve didn’t want to lie to Sarah, so she tacitly agreed.
Maeve and Fairchild are living together.
And right near MS Entertainment!
If they’re already being slandered so much, then if it gets out that Fairchild and Maeve are together, wouldn’t it be...!
Sarah tried hard to mentally prepare herself.
At least, there shouldn’t be anything worse than this.
Maeve saw the look on Sarah’s face and knew she had probably guessed it, so she said earnestly, "It’s okay, Sarah, it hasn’t been photographed yet, right?"
Miles also said, "Yeah, yeah, the security measures here are really good, and everyone has to strictly verify their identity, so they won’t get photographed."
"Hmm." Sarah made a face, "Maeve, you don’t have anything else to hide from me, do you?"
"No more." Maeve said sincerely.
Sarah gave a wary look, "Like someone you might have hit? An ex-boyfriend or something? I need to be mentally prepared, I can’t always find out about your stuff from others."
Maeve thought for a moment, "Really, no more."
Sarah stared at Maeve’s frank expression for a while, then sighed in relief, "Alright, this should be the last time, right? It’s not too bad..."
"Uncle Miles!"
Sarah shuddered all over.
A delicate-looking little boy in a white down jacket came out from an exit, his little hands coolly stuffed into his pockets, his eyes black and bright like obsidian.
Child!!
It’s a child!!
A child who looks like Fairchild!
Sarah was like she had been struck by lightning, dumbly sitting on Maeve.
They even have a child?!
Maeve and Julian Fairchild’s!
Maeve watched as Sarah rolled her eyes and fainted.
"Sarah! Sarah!" Maeve was shocked.
Miles was also startled, "What’s wrong with her?!"
Maeve instinctively placed her hand under Sarah’s nose, felt her steady and even breathing, and then felt relieved.
Keane first saw Miles and then saw Maeve. Upon seeing Maeve, Keane’s demeanor immediately changed, becoming shy and happy, "Sister Maeve!"
Maeve looked up, "Keane, why did you come down too?"
"Uncle Miles just said you came back and went down to find you, I wanted to see Sister Maeve, so I came down too." Keane smiled at Maeve.
This made Sarah faint, with Miles speaking there was no need to hide anymore, "Actually, the young master asked me to come see what was going on with you here."
Maeve glanced at the two, "I guess today was quite a shock for Sarah, we should take her to the hospital and have a checkup."
"Yeah, yeah."
Keane also looked at Sarah, his eyes sparkling as he asked Maeve, "Can I go too?"
"Right now... not very convenient, maybe later when I have time I’ll introduce this sister to you."
The hospital is crowded with gossipy people, and if they get a photo of Keane that would be bad, she’s in the limelight right now and if she’s seen with a child, those unscrupulous marketing accounts would start spinning stories again.
Keane silently nodded, looking eagerly at Maeve, "Then... Sister, come back soon, I’ll wait for you to come back."
Maeve agreed.
After the car drove away, an extremely handsome man walked down the hallway.
He wore a casual wool sweater with straight suit pants, seeming a bit mismatched but on him it was extremely harmonious, even giving rise to a bit of rakish beauty.
When he saw Keane standing alone in the garage, he frowned, "Where’s Maeve?"
"Sister Maeve and Brother Miles took a sister to the hospital," Keane said as he started to walk away.
Julian Fairchild picked him up, coldly joking, "Why didn’t you follow them, little shorty?"
Keane immediately puffed up, his face turning red as he said, "I’m not a little shorty!"
"Oh." Julian replied nonchalantly.
"Put me down! Why do you always like to grab my collar?!"
"Convenient."
Julian raised an eyebrow, a mischievous smile on his face, "She’s definitely annoyed with you, didn’t let you follow, huh?"
"You’re talking nonsense! It’s not like that at all! (つД`)
"Yes, it is."
"No, bad uncle!" Keane struggled desperately, trying to break free from Julian’s grasp.
"Let me go! Let me go!"
Julian watched him struggle until he was exhausted, then finally released him, finally dissipating the pent-up frustration he’d had for days.
"Little rascal..."
"Bang!"
Keane was suddenly tossed to the ground, tumbling over before stabilizing himself, his little face momentarily blank.
