Mia Foster’s heart rippled slightly because Felix Shaw said he had come directly from the company. It was clear how eager he was, but despite feeling touched, she hadn’t asked him to do that. Once again, she pushed Felix away, saying in a huff, "If you want to take a bath, go run your own water. I don’t have time!"

After speaking, she headed to the kitchen. Watching Mia’s retreating figure, Felix smiled helplessly. As long as she didn’t drive him away anymore, even if he was exhausted, it was worth it.

Having visited a few times before, Felix was already quite familiar with the layout of Mia’s residence. He walked in another direction and reminded Mia as he entered the bathroom, "No need to cook dinner; we’ll go out to eat later."

She turned on the TV and sat comfortably on the sofa, leisurely watching the show.

After thinking for a moment, Mia got up and went to the bathroom door, knocking, "Felix Shaw, are you planning to starve me?"

Receiving no response, she knocked again, this time louder, "Felix Shaw! Are you done yet?"

Inside the bathroom, the man who was dozing off in the bathtub suddenly opened his eyes, stunned by the unfamiliar setting, and hurriedly explained upon hearing the knocks on the door, "Sorry, I just fell asleep."

Felix sat still on the sofa, his hands resting on the armrest, his legs naturally spread wide, smiling as he watched her frantically tugging at his bath towel.

Without resistance, Mia easily pulled the towel away, but once it was removed, she was dumbfounded because... inside the towel... was Felix himself.

The undeniable, imposing presence nestled between his legs, even lying dormant, was impossible to disregard.

Her breathing became slightly irregular as Mia stood frozen, staring at the object with lips slightly parted, seemingly stunned into forgetting to react.
