Chapter 859: Chapter 855: I Won’t Force You If You Don’t Agree

He lifted both hands, clasped them under Mia Foster’s armpits, and pulled her over, causing Mia, who had lost her balance, to fall directly into Felix Shaw’s arms.

His arms were wide open, and she was wearing a flimsy nightgown. This contact, separated by only a thin layer of fabric, made Mia even angrier, though in truth she felt more embarrassed because his, nestled against her chest, was noticeably felt even through the fabric.

Feeling more frustrated inside, Mia bit the skin in front of her. With a muffled groan, Felix lifted her up and spoke, his voice indulgent yet resigned, "What’s there to be embarrassed about? We’ve been together forever. It’s not like you haven’t used it."

Felix’s choice of words was quite direct; he said you haven’t used it, not you haven’t seen it.

Mia Foster...

Having been forcibly lifted by Felix, she could only clutch his arm so as not to slide back down, gazing up at the man’s face which bore an expression of resigned amusement, those peach blossom eyes clearly teasing.

"Ah..." Mia shut her eyes and screamed in anger, regretting that she ever opened the door for him knowing how shameless this man was. At her sudden noise, instinctively, Felix turned his face aside, and after her outburst, he gently stroked her back, saying with resignation, "Stop shouting, you’ll wake it up if you keep yelling."

Before Mia could react, Felix’s thin lips were already near her ear, his hot breath accompanying his voice as it poured into her eardrums, "Mia, it’s been hungry for a long time." Then those lips were reluctant to leave, gently kissing her neck, and with each kiss, his nimble tongue couldn’t help but stir things up.

Mia dared not move, her hands tightly pinching Felix’s arm, because, pressed against her body, something was quietly changing.

Felix’s kisses remained only on Mia’s neck, and didn’t venture further. When his thin lips returned to her ear, a sigh slipped into her eardrum, "What to do, it’s awake now..."

Mia was still lying against Felix’s chest; when that sigh echoed by her ear, it vibrated not just her eardrum, but also her heart under the nightgown, ready to leap free.

Just as she was about to push Felix away and get up, he tightened his hold, pressing her securely against him, dropping a kiss on the top of her head, saying, "Don’t worry, I won’t force you if you don’t agree."

Her heart seemed struck, lingering in a slight tremor, with a sweetness, like flowing with honey, wondering what might happen if her heart persisted, so Mia said, "Felix, I’m hungry."

"Alright, let’s head out for a meal and celebrate New Year’s." Felix lifted Mia up, and she clearly heard his sigh as he spoke.

Striding out of the living room, she returned to her room, selecting a casual outfit to change into.

After rewrapping the loose towel, Felix also got up, and as he walked toward the staircase, the towel wrapped around him was noticeably tented.

When Felix found clothes from the suitcase, standing before Mia in a full suit, Mia felt somewhat unbalanced seeing him come over casually dressed, hence her own casual choice. She grabbed her keys and said, "Let’s go."

Yet Felix stood still, "Change into another outfit."

Already feeling unsettled, Mia indignantly replied, "It’s just dinner, not a business meeting; why dress so formally?" After speaking, she attempted to bypass Felix and head out, only to have her wrist seized by him.
