"There must be a creepy little creature inside this shell". I said and smashed it on the ground. But instead of it smashing, it disappeared and entered my pocket again.

"What’s the meaning of this nonsense?". I frowned as I angrily removed the egg from my pocket.

I threw it away for the second time, but it never left my hand after I threw it. Seeing this, I desperately began to shake it off my hand while walking around in circles.

"Is there some kind of glue attached to this freaking coloured egg? Why would you not leave me alone? Is this some kind of sorcery or a trick? Please, go away from me. I don’t want nor need you. Shoo away". I quarrelled with a low voice, since I couldn’t risk allowing more beasts to come in my direction.

"You have got to be kidding me". I stopped walking in circles and angrily looked at the egg, frowning more than before.

I got tired and sat on the ground.

My eyes never stopped staring at the egg in my hand. Later, I tried throwing it away, but it didn’t leave my hand. But as I put it in my pocket, it left my hand. "This must be a dream. I’m sure I will wake up soon". I assured myself and nodded at my foolish assumptions.

I chose not to leave the forest yet. It hasn’t been an hour since I entered the forest, so if I leave right now, the werewolves outside will become suspicious of me.

"Yes. I hunted them down myself and with the help of my wolf, Elektra". I answered him with a serious look on my face. The blood on my body made them all believe me.

I could see their eyes sparkling with admiration as they watched me.

I know my heart was in joy, because if my subjects see what I can do, they will think of me in a new light. In my previous life as a doctor, everyone loved me, cherished me and respected me. So in this life, I can make them do it again.
