Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 656: Trip To Academy
The carriage began to move towards the palace gate. Inside the carriage, there was Namina, a priest apprentice who always accompanied Arielle on long journeys. Arielle wasn’t sure whether the young man would be of help because she was now able to regulate her own body temperature.
However, even if Arielle didn’t need Namina’s help, perhaps the young man could help Irene if it was needed.

The carriage moved towards the crowd. Irene pulled back the curtains of the carriage to see the scenery outside. Someone said the scenery of Northendell was very boring, but for Irene the boring scenery was something extraordinary. She had often seen the sight of rows of green trees, and the warm sun was also something that was common for her.
Now looking at the rows of white snow was a really remarkable experience. The air was freezing, but the scenery outside was too extraordinary to pass up. Her hand touched the frosted glass of the window, and she turned to Arielle who was looking at her with a smile.
"Beautiful, isn’t it?" Arielle asked gently.
"Yeah, I’ve always loved looking at it. It is beautiful even though it is very cold," answered Irene with an enthusiastic nod.
"Go on, if it’s cold, you can ask Namina to warm you up," Arielle replied.
Irene nodded and quickly extended her hand. She was starting to feel cold after three hours of non-stop staying on the carriage. Whenever Irene blew her breath, a puff of steam came out of her mouth. Even with a thick coat, a warm scarf, and earmuffs, her body still shivered out of the cold.
Namina made a diagram and touched Irene’s hand. The girl’s pale face immediately flushed after getting a comfortable warmth. Irene smiled and thanked Namina. Namina also warmed up Aimee, while Arielle could do it alone.
After four hours of travel, their carriage arrived at the academy. William stepped forward to introduce Arielle, and the academy gatekeepers scattered around the place announced that the queen had arrived. Then, they opened the double-leaf gates.
Arielle was amazed by the beauty of the academy gates. It wasn’t as grand as the palace main gate, but it was enough to make her amazed. The carving of the rose that was wrapped around the wolf was beautifully engraved, it was similar to the statue in the square of the capital.
The carriage arrived at the front of the academy building. William got off his horse first, waiting for Arielle, Irene, and Aimee to get off. The coachman opened the carriage door and Arielle got off first.
In front of the three-story building, a woman who might be the same age as Arthur, Arielle’s father-in-law, was standing gracefully. She was wearing glasses and holding a wooden staff with an iron on the tip. Her hair was neatly tied in a tight bun, giving off a strong impression.
Seeing Arielle who was now in front of her, the headmistress greeted the girl with a beautiful posture.
"Welcome to Northendell Academy, Your Highness. Your presence is something very precious to us," she said.
Mrs. Churchill, the headmistress who had served since Ronan in the academy, was still very healthy. Arielle knew the woman because Ronan often told her about his academy life. Mrs. Churchill was famous for being as strict as her stature. No one dared to oppose the woman except Lazarus.
Arielle stretched out her hand for a handshake.
"Nice to meet you, Mrs. Churchill. I’m sorry if I came without prior notice."
Mrs. Churchill accepted Arielle’s hand and made way for the girl to walk first. She glanced to the back and was met by two familiar faces, as well as a young girl she had never seen before.
Arielle and her entourage were welcomed by the headmistress in her office. A servant then arrived to offer drinks and snacks.
"Once again, it is an honor for me to have your visit, Your Highness. I’m sorry for my impudence, but what is your reason for visiting our academy?" asked Mrs. Churchill politely.
"I just wanted to have a look. Princess Irene, the younger sister of His Majesty the King wanted to have a look around the academy. She has the desire to join here," Arielle replied.
Mrs. Churchill glanced at the young girl she had just seen. She knew that the king had a younger sister, but it felt like she had not heard about the child for dozens of years.
Yes, the child beside the queen was really similar to King Ronan D. Blackthorn. She had sharp irises, with beautiful wavy jet black hair. Mrs. Churchill could see the potential behind those sharp eyes that still looked shy.
"I’m sorry, Your Highness. If I may ask how old Princess Irene is?"
"Thirteen years old," Arielle answered.
Mrs. Churchill frowned slightly. She hoped that Princess Irene had received an education at the palace so that if she was put in a class that was appropriate for her age, then the child would not be left far behind. Arielle could see the doubt in Mrs. Churchill.
"Mrs. Churchill, there are a few things I’d like to discuss with you alone. So, may I ask permission for Princess Irene to have a look around the academy with Aimee and William?" asked Arielle.
Mrs. Churchill nodded and Arielle asked Aimee and William, who were graduates of this academy to walk Irene around the area.
After being left by Aimee, William, and Irene, Arielle sat back down to face Mrs. Churchill.
"Is there anything I can help with?" Mrs. Churchill asked.
"Mrs. Churchill, I’ve heard a lot about you from my husband, and all of them are good things. You have helped my husband a lot for his education," said Arielle.
"It is an honor for me to be the teacher of His Majesty the King," replied Mrs. Churchill with her benign expression.
"What I want to say is Princess Irene may be a bit different from most other students. She is a little late for education because of some things I couldn’t convey, but she has a very strong desire to learn. So, I hope that despite being hindered by age, you can accept her."
