Life In The Limelight : The Depressed Boy Has 4 Yandere Girlfriends-Chapter 16: Collection
Chapter 16 - Collection
That night, after a long and exhausting day, Holo found himself walking toward Trixie's room. His heart was heavy with the realization that his connection with Scarlet had deepened, and he knew Trixie wouldn't take it lightly. Still, he felt she deserved to know the truth—he had promised her honesty, and he intended to keep that promise.

When he entered her room, Trixie immediately lit up. "Holo!" she exclaimed, practically leaping off her bed to tackle him in a tight hug. "You're here!"
"Hey, Trixie," he said, smiling despite his nerves.
She buried her face in his chest, her arms wrapped tightly around him. "I missed you so much. You were gone forever."
"It was just a day," Holo said with a chuckle.
"A day is too long," she said, pulling back slightly to look up at him. Her eyes sparkled with joy, but the moment she noticed the unease on his face, her expression shifted. "What's wrong?"
Holo hesitated, unsure of how to begin. "I... I need to tell you something."
Her grip on him tightened, and her smile faltered. "You talked to Scarlet again, didn't you?"
"Yes," he admitted. "And... I think I made a breakthrough."
Trixie's eyes narrowed slightly, and she pulled away from him, crossing her arms. "Oh? And what kind of 'breakthrough' are we talking about here?"
"She opened up to me," Holo said. "I think she's starting to trust me."
Trixie's jaw tightened, and for a moment, she was silent. Then she let out a soft laugh, though it lacked her usual playfulness. "So, what? You're going to start dating her now too?"
Holo rubbed the back of his neck, feeling the weight of her words. "It's not like that. I mean, yes, I'll be spending more time with her, but it doesn't mean I care about you any less."
Trixie's expression darkened, and her voice grew quiet. "Don't ignore me, Holo. Promise me you won't forget about me."
"I won't," he said quickly. "I could never forget about you, Trixie."
"Good," she said, her tone sharper now. "Because if you do, I'll kill myself."
Holo's heart dropped at her words, and he reached out to place his hands on her shoulders. "Trixie, don't say that. I'm not going to ignore you. I promise."
"You'd better not," she said, her gaze intense. "You're mine, Holo. I don't care if you have to play nice with Scarlet, but don't you dare push me aside."
"I won't," he said firmly. "You're just as important to me as ever."
Her expression softened slightly, though the tension in her shoulders didn't fully ease. She stared at him for a moment before letting out a dramatic sigh. "Fine. I'll let you off the hook this time."
"Thanks," Holo said with a small smile.
"But," she added, her tone turning teasing, "I think we both know who's better. I mean, come on—my boobs are way better than Scarlet's."
Holo's face turned bright red, and he stumbled over his words. "T-Trixie!"
She grinned, stepping closer to him with a mischievous glint in her eyes. "It's true, isn't it? Go ahead, admit it. You've been thinking about them, haven't you?"
"I—I haven't!" Holo stammered, his face practically glowing.
Trixie laughed, clearly enjoying his flustered state. "You're such a bad liar, Holo. Don't worry, though. If you ever want to test the theory, you can grope them anytime you please."
"Trixie!" he exclaimed, his voice rising in embarrassment.
"What?" she said innocently, though her smirk betrayed her true intentions. "I'm just saying, they're yours if you want them."
Holo covered his face with his hands, his mind racing. "You're impossible."
"I know," she said cheerfully, wrapping her arms around his waist and resting her head against his chest. "But you love me anyway."
Despite his embarrassment, Holo found himself smiling. "Yeah, I do."
She looked up at him, her grin softening into a genuine smile. "Good. Just don't forget it, okay?"
"I won't," he promised.
Trixie's playful demeanor returned, and she pressed a quick kiss to his cheek. "Now, go get some rest. You're going to need your energy for dealing with Scarlet tomorrow."
"Yeah," he said with a chuckle. "You're probably right."
As he left her room, Holo couldn't help but feel a mix of relief and anxiety. Trixie's love for him was unwavering, but her jealousy and possessiveness were starting to show in ways he wasn't sure how to handle. Still, he was determined to keep his promise to her—and to himself.
