It All Started With Hatred-Chapter 62: Blood red water part three

"Oh God, I hope that nothing happened to her." The maid muttered as she climbed down the stairs.

"Nanny, Is everything alright?." The maid heard Mr. Ethan ask.

"Good evening, Sir." The maid said bowing her head."Lady Lana sent to bring Miss Patel dinner, But she isn’t opening the door and it’s locked, I’m worried that something happened to her." The maid explained in a worried tone.

Ethan looked at the maid for a second before speaking.

"Go and get the spare key for her room and met at her room. If anyone asks you, ``Say that she told you that she had no appetite, Don’t make anyone notice." Ethan instructed her and she nodded her head and left to do as she was told.

After the maid left, Ethan made his way towards the third floor. He was about to go downstairs and greet the guests when he saw the maid coming downstairs looking worried as something happened.

Reaching Patel’s room, Ethan tried to open the door but it was as the maid said, Locked, He tried Knocking on the door several times but there wasn’t any response, He placed his ear on the door but it’s quiet inside.

"I brought the key, Mr. Ethan." The maid said as she walked towards him handing him the key.

Taking the key from her, He unlocked the door and opened it, Stepping inside and the maid followed him.

Looking around the room, She was nowhere to be found. The bathroom was locked and he thought that she was maybe Inside.

"Check the bathroom." Ethan ordered the maid and she quickly walked towards the bathroom and opened the door.

Nanny opened the door and stepped inside the bathroom and once her eyes fell on the red water in the bathtub, Nanny gasped and looked away.

"Mr. Ethan." She called him in a terrified tone.

Hearing the maid’s voice, Ethan frowned and walked towards the bathroom to see what was happening, His eyes narrowed seeing the bathtub that was filled with blood mixed with water.

He stepped closer to the bathtub, He bent down and put his hands inside the blood-red water, and picked the unconscious girl’s body.

"Oh god, Is she alive?" Nanny asked, Her whole body was trembling in fear seeing the young miss’s body covered with blood.

Ethan held her body with one hand and used the other to check her pulse. It was faint but she was still alive, Turning her head to the other side, He pushed away her hair to examine the wound that was still bleeding. It was a deep wound.

"Help me to cover her." Ethan said as he lifted her body and the maid brought the towel, Warping it around her body.

Picking up her body in his arms, He walked out of the bathroom, Placing her on the bed, He asked the nanny to bring another towel.

"Keep pressing on the wound, I need to bring something to stop the bleeding and stitch it." Ethan instructed her before she left the room.

Nanny pressed on the wound as she stared at the unconscious girl, Who looked pale like she was a ghost.

She had watched this girl since she arrived here. She always seemed to be lonely even when she was surrounded by people.

Ethan came back to the room with many medical things in his hand. He placed every item on the nightstand with organized order before he asked Nanny to give him her place.

First, she sanitized the wound and pressed it with clean gauze. Before he picked a needle that was ready and had some kind of medicine in it and injected it in her head near the wound before placing the needle on the nightstand and stood up, walking towards the bathroom, and came back after a few minutes.

Nanny watched as he started to stitch Petal’s wound, Unable to look, Nanny turned to look at the other side of the room.

Unlike Nanny, Ethan was calm as he stitched Patel wound using the needle, Her wound was a deep one, She needed a CT scan but he had no time as he needed to stop the bleeding.

After finishing stitching up the wound, He bandaged it and started to examine her to see if she had a broken bone caused by the fall. She must have slipped and fell and hit her head.

She is a clumsy person, Ethan thought as he finished bandaging the wound. If the maid hadn’t come to her room, She might have drowned in the bathtub water, Or did she wanted to die, He wondered.

"Stay with her, I will go and inform my mother." Ethan said as he stood up and left the room, closing the door with him.

Nanny brought a new towel and carefully placed it under her head and pulled the blanket over her body covering her. That night was cold and Nanny was worried that Patel might catch a cold.

After Ethan left the room, He went to his room to change his clothes that were covered with Patel blood and wore a new suit.

Picking up his shirt, The memory of that girl laying in the bathtub that was filled with her blood flashed before his eyes, If he didn’t take a closer look at the water, He wouldn’t have noticed that she was under the water as her blood made it hard to see through the water.

He picked her up with ease as she weighed nothing, She was so light in his arms, He unintentionally took a glance at her body, She was so small and weak.

A strange feeling controlled his heart when he saw her lying there motionless in a pool of blood.

Running his hand through his fingers, He pushed the thought away and continued wearing his clothes.

Downstairs, Everyone was eager to meet the head of the family who took a long time to appear. The guests started to ask about him and Lana was about to go and check on her son when she saw him coming downstairs.
