Blaze’s pair of lungs light up, sparks of electricity bounce around inside his chest. Then, he vomits smoke.

Black, thick smoke that smells like the stinkiest garbage stuffed together.

This causes Blaze to be even more nauseous and vomit even more.

Slowly, the smoke turns into a solid, slimy liquid.

Blaze’s pair of lungs pulsating aggressively, pounding like a pair of drums being played.

They are thumping inside Blaze, collecting all the filthy substances inside his body and converting them into dense black substances that get pushed out of Blaze’s body via the throat.

The process looks disgusting, but Blaze doesn’t feel that much irritation.

No pain, no aching. Only an urge to keep vomiting.

The black substance touches the ground and immediately melts the sand and rock. It looks like molten lava.

It keeps on going for only around five minutes, making sure every last drop of harmful particles inside Blaze is eliminated.

And the metamorphosis completes.

Luckily, this A-rank modification does not bring too much weight to the body. Instead, Blaze feels like he just went through an intense spa treatment.

One that cleans out every filthy aspect inside his body.

He sits for a while to recover before standing up.

Blaze sucks in all the air and holds his breath.

The world changes instantly. His field of view becomes larger, almost covering the entire surrounding.

The only blind spot is directly behind his head.

Everything is clearer. Everything is simpler.

He moves with insane speed, but it feels normal to him. He can react just as well like this speed is what he was always moving in.

This speed has reached very close to Henry’s speed, and Blaze’s punch also produces a shockwave just like his.

This causes Blaze to reevaluate Henry. He thought the president was strong for sure. But now that his attributes are enhanced, he has a better understanding of how powerful Henry actually is.

The aura surrounding Blaze is still green. But it is more compact and forceful.

Blaze exhales, deactivating the Aura. He breathes normally.

Blaze can feel electricity building up inside his body. But these are passive energies, one that isn’t visible and makes Blaze light up like a Christmas tree.

And then he hyperventilates. His lungs light up, and yellow electricity seeps out of his skin, covering his upper body.

Blaze takes a deep breath, taking all that lightning inside, and lets the lungs do their job, converting it into pure attributes.

He traversed via the Shadow Form to come here. But that is nothing to be compared with this speed.

Blaze runs laps inside the desert. He feels like he can even take a quick detour to the city and return in under a minute.

The satisfaction of speed is exhilarating. Blaze now understands all those racing fanatics.

The feeling of the wind on your body, the slow-down scene of the surroundings. Everything makes you high as a kite.

An extremely addicting feeling.

But Blaze refrains himself and returns.

When he holds his breath, his body becomes a tool for him to use.

A perfect tool that lets Blaze do whatever he wants in a precise manner.

This capability is probably brought about by its Sub Power, Zero Mind.

Blaze was expecting some more combat-focused Sub Power, but this ability perfectly assists the main power, so he has no complaint about it.
