His soul-Chapter 324: Gina is mine
Martin had been walking back in front of Massimo’s room for almost two hours, looking restless and confused. As soon as he heard the news that Gina had been brought home by her family from the hospital, Martin couldn’t breathe freely, his chest felt tight. Martin couldn’t imagine how his master would feel when he found out that if his wife had been hidden by her family, Martin wasn’t ready to face Massimo’s wrath. Especially when he only slept two hours like today.
"How is this Capt?" Darius asked Martin quietly.
Martin shook his head. "I don’t know. What about the information on the whereabouts of the madam?"
"Nothing, Capt. The house of the Sanders family is currently also guarded by fully armed police, our spies don’t even work in the house anymore," Darius reported timidly.
Martin’s eyes widened. "Not working in that house anymore? How come?"
"Julian Sanders replaced all the maids in his house, Capt."
"Damn it! It’s messed up, everything’s really messed up. Arggghh I’m also dizzy, I can’t think straight now," Martin said in a panic as he ruffled his unkempt hair.
Darius immediately lowered his head deeply, this was the first time he had heard Martin complaining. Usually, no matter how serious the problem, Martin would definitely be able to control himself, not like this time. Several other bodyguards also lowered their heads, none of them dared to raise their heads. The situation inside Massimo’s castle was truly tense.
After waiting for more than four hours, Massimo’s room finally opened from the inside, Martin who had been sitting limply stood up straight and ran towards Massimo who already looked handsome and neat as usual. The scent of her perfume even burst out, spreading around her until Martin and the others smelled it.
"It’s been a long time?" asked Massimo quietly to Martin.
"It’s been four hours, sir."
Massimo chuckled. "You’re still the same as you used to be, Martin. Don’t be so loud, you need to rest. Didn’t I tell you before that I was sleeping, so you should sleep too. Especially when we’re at home like this."
Martin swallowed his saliva, he looked confused where to start talking. All the reports he was about to give Massimo were bad reports that would surely spoil Massimo’s mood right away.
"Come on, let’s eat, my stomach is very hungry," said Massimo quietly as he unbuttoned the top button of his shirt, even though he was in his own house, Massimo always wore formal clothes. Only a few times he was seen wearing casual clothes, and even then when he was with Gina.
Without daring to argue, Martin and the others finally followed Massimo’s steps to the first floor to enjoy their breakfast which was very late because it was already eleven o’clock in the afternoon, when they arrived at the dining room the waiters immediately prepared themselves to serve the master. As usual, Massimo sat at the end of the table where he was proud while Martin sat on his left opposite the chair usually occupied by Gina who sat on Massimo’s right when enjoying breakfast or dinner together. But since Gina wasn’t there this time, the seat was empty. Likewise with the seat next to him, no one dared to sit in that row without Massimo’s orders.
During the meal, Massimo looked calm and really enjoyed his meal. There was not the slightest sign of anger from him, looking perfectly normal as usual. However, Martin who knew Massimo very well, knew that something big was being hidden deep within his master right now. Martin knew that Massimo’s current composure was just a fad.
"After eating prepare the car, I have to pick up my wife back home."
Badupm...
Massimo’s words instantly made Martin and everyone at the dinner table freeze, even Darius who was chewing meat stopped for a moment. Not a single person dared to make a sound. They expected Martin, the captain, to speak.
"Hmmm..actually there is something important that I have to report to you, sir," said Martin slowly, opening the conversation with a slightly trembling voice.
Massimo, who was chewing bacon, turned to Martin. "Just report it, as usual. Don’t be so formal, you’re not a new employee, Martin."
"Th-it’s about Madam, Master."
Massimo chuckled. "Why? She’s tired of hospitals, isn’t she? I know my wife will definitely not feel at home with hospitals, she really hates hospitals. Come on, let’s go to the hospital to pick her up," said Massimo quietly confidently while wiping his lips with a handkerchief.
Martin’s heart rate increased rapidly. "We can’t take Madam to the hospital, sir."
"Why?"
"Because the madam has been brought home by her family, sir," Martin answered quietly with emphasis.
Massimo’s expression immediately changed. "S-speak clearly, Martin."
"This morning around three o’clock in the morning when I was calling St Elizabeth’s hospital to inquire about Mrs. They said that Mrs had been brought home by her family since two o’clock in the morning, sir. It’s currently heavily guarded by dozens of fully armed police, the spies we stationed in the house can’t report the situation anymore because she was fired by Julian Sanders when Julian was still in the hospital," Martin said at length carefully. heart.
"Our spies were fired? Why? Was her cover exposed?" asked Massimo hoarsely.
"All the maids in the house were fired without exception, leaving the manual laborers to take care of the gardens and the house, sir."
Massimo’s hands trembled, the veins on his face showing as the color of his skin turned red.
"Are you sure this information is correct?"
"Sure, sir. I also checked into the hospital to confirm for myself the actual information about Mrs.’s whereabouts and as reported by the officer who previously spoke to me on the phone, Mrs. Gina is no longer in the hospital." Martin’s voice trembled slightly as he spoke, showing how scared he was at the moment.
Massimo shook his head. "No, the hospital won’t allow a patient who hasn’t recovered to go home. Moreover, my wife’s injuries are quite serious. No Martin, this must not be true. You have to check again."
"Sorry Mister."
Brak...
Suddenly Massimo hit the dining table hard.
"Don’t talk too much and hurry with me to the hospital, I’m sure this is just a trick of Julian Sanders to bully me. He is a cunning man just like his father who deceived my grandfather many years ago," said Massimo coldly as he walked. his feet headed for the door leaving the dining table which Martin immediately followed with a run.
Massimo immediately got into his car that Pablo had prepared, after Martin managed to catch up to Pablo and then stepped on the gas pedal leaving the large courtyard of Massimo’s castle to St Elisabeth’s hospital. Using the earpiece in his ear let Pablo know what conversation was going on in the house, so he immediately took his car to the hospital followed by four other cars in the back.
Along the way to the hospital Massimo kept sending messages to Gina, ranging from soft-spoken messages as usual to the harsh words Massimo sent to Gina to which no one responded. Likewise with his phone which is also not accepted by Gina.
"No, you won’t leave me. You promised me, Gina. You’ll always be by my side," said Massimo in his heart trying to calm himself who was already very panicked.
"No, Gina won’t go. She must still be in the hospital, after all she just finished surgery. No one is allowed to go home after surgery, and neither will my wife. Gina must still be in the hospital, waiting for me to pick her up."
Massimo kept talking to himself in his heart, calming his already messy feelings. Although there was a side inside him that asked him to immediately go to the Sanders house but Massimo wanted to make sure to go to the hospital first, he had to know what happened at the hospital last night while he was sleeping.
With his hands gripping his cell phone, Massimo said, "No one can separate Gina from me, Gina is mine. No one can take her from me, not even death."
