I waved away the notification for now to attend to Xenovia and Irina in front of me, they both looked at their bodies in marvel and awe, the procedure to turn into a devil had gone disturbingly smoothly. Ajuka was one hell of a guy for managing to make something like a race change so smooth. I know, I experienced it first hand.

"Is this... it? I expected becoming a devil to be a more drastic change." Irina looked down at her hands while Xenovia groped her own breasts appraisingly.

"Hmm, I don't feel a difference in my body even if I feel stronger and the light feels harsher. I did not expect it to be subtle."

I nodded in sympathy.

"Yeah, I originally did not even notice I transformed, though in my case I did not even know I was reincarnated so it took me a bit to realize."

Good days where I did not have to deal with existential threats and politics.

Enough reminiscing, now that they were officially a part of my peerage, I had my duty to do as a good King.

Huh, I'm the king now, that feels awkward to think of for sure. Just months ago I had accepted my service under Rias, and now I'm the king that calls the shots.

Regardless, that comes with a responsibility, one I'm more than willing to bear.

I turned to Xenovia. My leadership experienced shine through once more.

"Xenovia, as far as I'm aware, becoming a Devil should not stop you from wielding your holy sword. Make sure to train hard with it. I want you to be able to handle Durandal confidently, got it?"

Xenovia looked me in the eyes, her cheeks flushed a little at my command and she nodded.

"Huh, I think I like this kind of thing. Alright, I'll ask Grayfia-san for some tips."

Knowing her, those tips will also be advice on how to get laid, not like I mind much. I'd offer it right now, if only every single fiber that made up my being did not demand that I roll that platinum familiar ticket.

...Do I have a problem?

Nah. The only problem is that I don't have more tickets.

"Irina, I have a gift for you that I think will help you, I know from experience that Devil flight is not intuitive. So..."

Irina's eyes twinkled brightly as I pulled out the Cape of Levitation from my shadow inventory, said cape immediately sailed through the air and draped itself around her shoulders.

"That is the Cloak of Levitation, it will allow you to fly very fast with incredible control. It will fit right in your with fighting style using Excalibur mimic. And it is also intelligent, I want you to get used to using it and incorporate it into your fighting style. Take good care of it."

I had little use for the cool cape, due to my instincts as a Demon Lord I did not struggle much with controlling my flight at this point, it was good, but not a necessity, so I may as well give it to one of my future wives and my knight.

Irina, to her credit, figured out the control rather quickly and used it to float up before tackling me with a hug that was so fast it produced winds that shook the windows, I had barely a moment to plant my feet and catch her.

"Oh thank you thank you! I'll use it very well! I won't disappoint! You'll see, even if she has Durandal, I won't fall behind even Xenovia."

I patted her back while Xenovia raised a challenging eyebrow.

"Hooh? Those are some strong words, Irina, are you sure you can back them up?"

Irina let me go and floated slightly off the ground, looking down at Xenovia with a spark in her eyes.

"I think I can. I often won in spars Xenovia, if you remember."

Xenovia crossed her arms and puffed up her sizable chest.

"Let's test that now then, you and me in the training area now."

"You're on!"

They rushed downstairs making me sigh, at least this was opportunity. I sent Grayfia a message to go down to the training room to make sure those two did not accidentally kill each other before finding a secluded corner of my mansion and taking out something I wanted to use ever since I got it.

The Hot Springs Key.

An ornate key that, when turned in a sufficiently large space, creates a portal leading into a pocket dimension that is 5 km x 5 km x 5km in size, which contains a small mountain inside that has natural hot springs, a small bamboo forest, and overall a great view. The mountain itself cannot be descended from due to the isolated space; the hot springs contain properties that slightly accelerate natural healing and mana recovery automatically replenish themselves. The gate that leads outside the dimension is always open and leads to where the entrance was last opened.

I flipped the cool feeling key in my hands before doing as the instructions said and putting it into thin air and twisting it, immediately, a distortion in space appeared and formed a circular opening roughly twice my height. I stepped through and immediately felt the difference in air and feeling.

"Whoa."

I was suddenly in a classical Japanese mountain, there was very light, almost imperceivable mist floating around, giving a humid air. Because of the altitude, it was a bit breezy, but that meant little with my constitution. I started walking around with a fast pace.

It was just as it was described in the label, a natural reserve, there was a forest, a bamboo forest, there was the mountain, yes I tried descending the mountain, after going down enough, it did not allow me through any longer, like an invisible glass cube trapping me in except it felt impossibly solid, it was quite the odd sensation.

The springs themselves were an easy find with the power of flight, they formed a large pool and several smaller pools that looked to be about perfect to rest in. The steam drifting off them tempted me for a moment before I remembered my priorities.

There was a large enough clearing to build a dwelling nearby also, which was a great benefit, I could build a second mansion here, a private getaway, it would be trivial using Shadow Storage and some Leviathan construction team sworn to secrecy.

Speaking of construction, before I summon my newest Familiar, I have something I have not used ever since I got it. The Nymph Waterfall, my first ever item, the one that has been through thick and thin with me without ever actually being there. It deserved its actualization at this point.

What better place to put it anywhere than here? Away from any prying eyes and I could use the workforce to manage my pocket dimension.

With a mental prompt, the item was used, and I saw a mental blueprint before my eyes, showing me the size of the Nymph waterfall and what it would look like if it were placed where I was looking at. A mechanic exactly out of something like Warcraft 3. gotta love how intuitive the gacha is.

It took barely a minute to pick a location that would blend in well with the natural scenery and voilà, with a mental prompt it shimmered into existence exactly where I wanted it to. No flair or show, just bam one second it was not, and now it was.

Though, to my surprise, I already picked up light sounds of something's splashing around from the waterfall. I looked back on the items description. It already comes with Nymphs in addition to producing them, good stuff.

I floated down to the to the waterfall and the small lake connected to it, and I immediately saw my new... familiars? Employees? Spirits? Eh, I'll settle on familiars, even if it's not technically correct. There were three and wow.

First of all, I probably should not have expected Nymphs to really wear clothes. But I did not really have expectations in the first place I suppose.

They were varied, a slender one with small breasts, one with shorter hair and larger breasts and one long haired with the largest breasts. All three were completely naked and... made of water, yet still had genitals like nipples and pussies if my eyes were not deceiving me, even if they were still made of water. They also had like fins on the sides of their heads and had bright yellow eyes.

"Hello master!" "Hey!" "...?"

The all looked up at me until I touched down on a rock, all three greeting me with varying level of enthusiasm. I took a moment to appreciate the sight in front of me before reminding myself of my goals.

"Hello you three, I'm Yuta Yukimura, it's nice to meet you all. I hope you all enjoy this place, I uh, thought a lot before putting you all here." I felt a bit embarrassed about taking so long to put the item down, but what can you do? It's not like they were aware of it from the looks of it. A shame known to none is no shame.

"Nice to meet you too master! And yup, this place feels alright, the humidity is a nice touch." The cheerful one seemed to take up the role for speaking for them. Her breasts wobbled in a manner that bordered in hypnosis with every word.

I coughed into my fist to wipe away my blush.

"Alright, I'm glad you all like it. I'd like you three and your future sisters to tend to this dimension if that's fine with you. I'd like you maintain the hot springs, keep an eye on the place and generally help me with stuff around the dimension."

All three girls agreed without reservation. The item was not lying about their loyalty obviously, they seemed to want to help and were enthusiastic about wanting to do so. As they got up and left to look around the dimension to familiarize themselves with it, I got an idea and summoned my first ever familiar also. The cloud elemental, my old protector appeared before me.

Unfortunately, it had been a while since she stopped being able to match the threats I was facing on the daily, so this was probably the perfect place for her to continue her duties. Managing the weather of the this place and getting along with her fellow elementals. She seemed quite fond of that idea.

Oh yeah, it was all coming together.

While everyone were busying themselves with something, I sat down on an appropriately sized rock to draw my newest ticket.

Platinum, last time this one got me Zoroark, hopefully this time I get something just as useful if not even more useful.

A/N: Irina and Xenovia are in and old items are finally being put to use, nothing goes to waste! Irina and the Cloak along with Mimic make a good combo if I do say so myself. Writing the exorcist duo is fun too, and those two will be very fun in the near future. I can't keep putting off Xenovia and Irina forever after all.

Today is a day for familiars and oh boy Yuta, do you think you have a choice? Ridley is badass, but that is an evil sexy alchemist milf, you cannot deny the temptation, fall to the dark side and give in. What did you guys think about this more base building-esque chapter? I'd love to know.
