He Became A Monstrous Genius After Obtaining A Time Dilation Artifact-Chapter 565. Inauguration
The inauguration ceremony of Arbiter Darkhaven finally arrived.
The event was broadcast in the whole universe.
Everyone watched.
Kailen’s life from childhood, his achievements from earth, through the low tier Civilisations and mid tier Civilisations were profiled into a biography and screen played for everyone to watch.
Many sighed emotionally, others in tears.
The arbiter started from nothing.
An orphan without hope.
But that didn’t discourage him.
He had carved his way to the top.
Fists were clenched.
Determination.
Resilience.
They would not give up on their dreams too.

After the inauguration ceremony, Kailen returned to his villa.
He spent some time thinking about what the Arbiters told him about breaking into the universe level.
" Consummate law state.
Well there’s no need to rush things. I’m sure the only thing standing in my way at the moment is that I’m not the rank 7 supreme stage dao level," Kailen thought.
"Reaching the consummate law state will naturally happen when I get there. With my mastery of the law of space, stabilizing my law foundation at the rank 7 supreme stage dao level won’t take much time."
" Also, rank 1 supreme stage universe level huh."
Kailen couldn’t help remembering what the time dilation artifact had told him.
She said she would tell him everything about herself when he got to the dao level.
Kailen’s mind shifted from it.
" I need to go see my parent’s grave, and visit the orphanage I started on earth after that"
After this, Kailen disappeared from his villa after making a tear in space.

[ Mid Tier civilisations
Astral Empire
Earth, home planet of Arbiter Darkhaven ]
Several tourists had been flocking the home planet of Arbiter Darkhaven recently.
Almost all the places that had a historical connection to him had become historical monuments and tourist sites.
The home planet of the Arbiter had become one of the most revered and frequented places in not just the Astral Empire, but in the mid tier civilisations.
Many were curious about his rise, his legend, and revered him.
It was only natural for them to visit his home planet and see places where he personally had a direct connection to.
At the moment, a female tour guide was leading a couple of teenagers and adults from different races across a magnificent monument.
" This magnificent monument is the grave of Saul and Selena Darkhaven, parents of Arbiter Kailen Darkhaven. It was constructed by the earth officials to honor them in death," she added.
"They were not alive to witness the rise of the Arbiter, and because of that, this is the least we can do to honor them."
Currently, a young man with brown hair and a lean athletic build was among the tourists.
A glint of emotion flashed through his eyes as the tour guide spoke.
This person was naturally Kailen, who had changed his appearance.
He didn’t want to attract any attention.
He simply came here to see the grave of his parents.
However, he didn’t know that this place had become a tourist site.
Kailen sighed.
He had really underestimated his influence.
Realizing that he could not get some time alone with his parents, he joined the tour and listened to the tour guide with the other individuals.
One lady even asked him on a date, but he politely rejected her.
If she found out that the brown haired fellow was actually the tenth arbiter she had just asked on a date, she may collapse right there.
Kailen, however, didn’t sweat it.
He focused on the tour guide like the others.
At that moment, one teenager, a fellow from the giant race, raised his hand.
" I don’t see the reason why a monument had to be made for the parents of the Arbiter."
The moment he spoke, everyone sighed and looked at him in shock.
Who the hell was this bastard?
Had he hit his head somewhere?
Oblivious to the nonsense he was spouting, and thinking the silent reactions he was getting meant receiving attention for his wise words, he continued.
"The arbiter may have achieved a lot, but his parents are not the arbiter, they are simply his parents, so why should they be put on a pedestal?"
No one knew how to reply to the haughty teenager.
Apart from the influence arbiters held, and apart from the fact that he was undermining Arbiter Darkhaven and his parents, was he not being extremely disrespectful to the dead?
"Seriously, you dare utter such nonsense? Arbiter Darkaven’s parents gave birth to him and gave him life. Did you not watch the biography? Not only that, they raised him with care until they died. If they don’t deserve this, for raising someone of his caliber, whose feats have made earth, the Astral Empire and several civilisations across the starry seas what they are today, then who does?"
The person who had just spoken was the tour guide.
She was so angry that her spittle was flying all over.
Who the hell was this little bastard?
As a proud earthling, how could she keep quiet and let someone speak disrespectfully against Arbiter Darkhaven and his parents?
" Tsk. Do you have a crush on the arbiter or something?" the giant teenager who had spoken scorned.
At this moment, a person sighed deeply.
It was a brown haired human gentleman who had blended in quietly with the crowd.
Under everyone’s gazes, he stepped forward.
A flask appeared before him.
Quietly, he drank the content on the flask.
A glow surrounded his body.
In a moment, the person they saw made them all gasp.
Even the tour guide almost collapsed.
" Is this...."
" ..Arbiter Darkhaven."
"We greet the tenth Arbiter."
They all knelt on one knee.
" Please, rise," Kailen replied with a warm nod.
How the hell did the Arbiter make an appearance here?
What was this mysterious aura?
He had veiled his power and awakeners’ aura, but staring at him made them feel like they were staring at a mysterious deity.
The giant fellow who had spoken against the arbiter fell to his knees after urinating on himself in fear.
Why the fuck did he have to say what he did?
Was this how he would die?
The lady who had asked the brown haired, different appearance version of Kailen out placed her hand on her mouth in shock.
What the hell had she done?
She was so fortunate that the arbiter had not gotten angry and had related with her normally, rejecting her politely.
Else, she didn’t even want to imagine the outcome of her actions.
Kailen turned to the tour guide.
" I saw how you defended my parents. You are an awakener right?" Kailen said warmly.
" Yes, Arbiter," the young woman replied, her face flushed in red, heart beating in excitement and reverence.
"From today, you will join the Heavenly Lightning Sect as a core sect disciple, as long as you are willing."
" Yes... arbiter. Thank you arbiter."
" It’s nothing. You did not allow anyone to sully the name of my parents. That is very admirable. Consider it a repayment to your kindness. When I leave earth, I will personally take you to the heavenly lightning sect myself."
Kailen was just helping her out.
After that, he definitely won’t see her again.
He was only repaying her for her act.
That was all.
He wanting to take her to the heavenly lightning sect on his own was not something special to him, neither did it require effort.
He could just make a tear in space, and appear there.
The woman didn’t know how to even feel at the moment.
The arbiter had just changed her life, just like that.
As for the others, they were cursing themselves.
Why didn’t they become tour guides too?
Kailen looked at the giant that spoke against his parents and sighed.
