[Low tier Civilisations headquarters of the Universe Alliance]

[Planetary Sector Xerfan, in a subdistrict]

A group were seated in a very lively hall of a villa, relaxing and chatting with each other.

This group was naturally Kailen and company.

After three years of gruesome training, Jackson and Kailen had broken through to the rank 1 supreme stage galactic level. Everyone else was at the rank 7 intermediate stage galactic level.

The group had become very terrifying.

"When do we return, guys?" Kailen asked.

"We've been away for three years, and the war has become extremely serious. The empires have managed to destroy various enemy bases and have clashed with the enemy several times. The enemy has also invaded several territories of the empires and established strongholds. The situation is very dire. And the war with the Vimodial contractors in the low tier Civilisations is in a very delicate state," Lawrence said.

"Indeed. The Astral Empire is actually in extreme trouble now. Various reinforcements of the enemy from Atlantis, led by several rank 7 supreme stage galactic level vimodial contractors, attempted an invasion in the capital," Helena said. "But they were pushed back by the empire powerhouses. However, several supreme stage galactic level powerhouses fell in the end. Also, news said that Salarsa has broken through to the rank 7 supreme stage galactic level, and she was part of the enemy commanders that attempted the invasion."

"That Salarsa…" A glint of ruthlessness flashed through Arnold's eyes. This was the bitch that killed his father.

"It's time to repay the debt," Kailen nodded. A dangerous glint flashed through his eyes. That woman killed Arnold's father. And even Ethan lost people dear to him due to the invasion on Atlantis. It was time to make her pay.

No one thought Kailen was underestimating himself, even though Atlantis was now a territory teeming with supreme stage galactic level vimodial contractors. Kailen's strength far exceeded his rank.

None of them even knew how strong he had become.

It seemed they were all about to find out.

"Should we contact a spaceship to send us there?" Arrie asked.

"Not necessary. Making a teleportation gate is no longer a problem for even my shadow creatures."

Kailen's words caused everyone to suck in a breath of cold air. That's right. This fellow was a rank 3 runesmith. And he was not just any rank 3 runesmith.

From the time he ventured on the path of runesmithery, he had an extremely deep understanding of runesmithery. It was to the point that he had even managed to teach his shadow creatures runesmithery.

What was puzzling was that whenever his shadow creatures manifested their skill, it was just like Kailen's. They knew the rune skill proficiency of the shadow creatures would be just like his own.

Also, concerning teleportation gates, it had to be known that not every runesmith could make one. It always required someone with an extremely deep level of understanding of runesmithery. This was because of the principles involved. This was why even the vimodial contractors had taken an extremely long time—years even—to make the teleportation gates which led to their invasion in Atlantis, despite having runesmiths who were quite skilled at what they did.

Under their gazes, Avarice appeared. The shadow creature was clothed in a casual yellow shirt ,jeans and summer glasses.

What the hell was he doing at wherever he was before Kailen summoned him?. At some beach party?

Everyone thought.

"My Lord. My lady, Sirs, Madams," Avarice addressed Kailen, Arrie and everyone in the room, and got to work.

Very soon, in a few moments, a small device hovered in the air.

Was this a teleportation gate?

"Excellent work, Avarice," Kailen nodded.

"It's a pleasure, my Lord." After that, the shadow creature disappeared.

Kailen touched a button on the hovering device. The hovering device started opening up. It made clicking sounds. The device opened up and turned into a large teleportation gate.

"A mobile teleportation gate," Kailen said to the group.

Everyone made an "oh" expression.

Kailen entered it, and they followed.

After that, the teleportation gate shimmered. It turned into a small object and disappeared from the empty hall into Kailen's storage ring.

Atlantis had been redeveloped by the Vimodial contractors. The buildings were not aesthetic like they used to be. Atlantis had been rebuilt into a simple, military-like style.

Also, Atlantis no longer looked like a pile of rubble and a war zone after the clash with the empire troupes during the war three years ago.

At the moment, several vimodial contractors could be seen going about their own business.

"To think I, a former citizen of Atlantis, would be a coward. It was either I turned into a vimodial contractor, or I would have become livestock, meant to breed for the consumption of the enemy. To think I'd be such a coward," someone said as he downed a glass of alcohol in a bar.

His friend tapped him on the back. "Stop whining. You already made your choice, so live with it."

"Yeah, right," the fellow sighed.

Suddenly, the void rippled.

Several figures suddenly appeared in the establishment.

The moment the figures stepped into the establishment, everyone in the bar was alerted.

Who the hell were these guys?

Wait… is that…

"Kailen Dark—"

Before anyone in the room could say anything, a figure flashed in a circumferential manner. The figure was very fast.

Dying screams did not even emerge. Sounds of bodies dropping were made. And bodies had been cleanly severed. Blood was flowing gently on the ground where the dead bodies now lay.

Everyone in the bar had been killed.

The figure materialized. It was Arnold.

He was holding a longsword at the moment. He had switched his weapon choice to a longsword. Said the trident limited his speed.

Everyone nodded. They didn't find Arnold's display weird. The strongest person in the bar had been at the rank 6 intermediate stage galactic level. With Arnold's strength, it was not surprising what he had just done.

The figures of the group disappeared, and they reappeared again. They were now floating , eyes looking down at the metropolis.

Everyone, however, seemed to step back.

They were just here to enjoy the show. Kailen would handle this. As a matter of fact, only he could handle this.
