Vanessa was surprised when her father suddenly came to talk to her. And she was even more surprised to learn that he would be leaving her the inheritance.

In the end, Lee Hua had really made his words come true.

Still, the moment was a bit awkward. Richard apologized for a few things, but the family hadn’t really reconciled.

But in practice, that didn’t matter so much. Vanessa didn’t feel particularly attached to the past, and the last few weeks had been the best of her life.

She didn’t even have to worry about the whole bureaucratic process of the inheritance. Or with anything else related to her business.

As part of the deal, Lee Hua kept Liam until the end of the cruise and, in exchange, asked one of his most competent employees to help Vanessa with whatever was necessary.

At first, the woman hesitated a little, but seeing the man’s competence, she finally gave in and decided to take a well-deserved vacation, leaving all her problems behind.

"What did that man come to talk to you about?" Alice asked Vanessa, seeing Richard walking away.

Besides, she paid him a lot of money. Enough to buy expensive gifts for all the girls in the harem.

But in the end, they just talked casually as always, Lee Hua offered more things and Liam finally accepted.
