Theo’s POV:

Ivory whispered in my head multiple times to be patient—and I tried my best with that. How can I watch her getting crowned as Oberon’s daughter? This is ridiculous! Celestia is not even his daughter.

She belongs to me! She is supposed to be only my Queen. I reminded myself that within the next few minutes, this ceremony would be halted. And when that happens, I should control all my desires and just play a scene.

The Archbishop of the Sun Chapel poured the Holy oil on Celestia as a part of the anointing ritual. Soon the fragrance of the Cedarwood Holy oil spread throughout the Chapel. 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢

My love got completely drenched in the Holy oil—as the Archbishop emptied the flask on her. Her beautiful golden locks and her gorgeous face got greasy—but still, she was pretty.

Now that she was soaking in oil, her pale skin started gleaming, and I found it harder to resist her. What am I going to do when she charges on me after this? I should definitely not give in to my desire!

Once the anointing ritual came to an end, it was time for delivering the Crown Jewels to the princess to be. And this is when the act is going to begin! The most awaited moment has finally arrived.

A young Fae girl bought the Crown Jewels on a purple cushion, and she gave it to the Archbishop. The Archbishop took the golden orb and the scepter from the cushion.

I sat up straight and eagerly waited for the act to start. The Archbishop gave Celestia the scepter first and then the golden orb.

Once my love touched the golden orb, her calm expression got serious. Soon she started to feel extremely thirsty. I was delighted to know that she was feeling lusty too!

This is what moonstone does to the Vampires. The moonstone has the power of enhancing the capabilities of the individual who holds it. And when a Half-Vampire like my love touches it, their blood lust gets increased to no extent.

All the credit goes to Lilin! She gave me the idea of hiding the moonstone inside the little golden orb. And Fae Lord Samuel did the deed of stealing the golden orb and concealing it with the moonstone. My plan is flawless!

Celestia’s pale blue eyes dilated as the feeling of blood lust took over her. She is slowly turning into the predator that the people of this region cursed her to become.

I am still not able to understand the mentality of the Highland Faes. They are the ones who cursed Celestia to become the Half-Vampire. That was such an unfair punishment!

My love did no wrong! She was pure and innocent—still, Oberon found a way to pin the blame on her.

Now, these Highland Faes expect Celestia to become their princess and serve them? Don’t these Faes have no guilt that they punished an innocent? Or maybe they forgot the fact that Celestia is also a Half-Vampire.

Very soon, they are going to see what they have done to my love—and I hope that at least now they will feel a little guilty!

Celestia clutched the orb firmly in her hand and tried hard to resist her thirst. But she couldn’t! She won’t be able to do that until she is holding on to that orb.

Oberon was the first one to notice that something was wrong with Celestia. Still, he wasn’t exactly able to figure out what was wrong with her.

But the Archbishop seemed to know about it. He took a step back from Celestia and clasped his hands together as if praying to her.

I was impressed by this Archbishop. He definitely must have dealt with a lot of Vampires before to know exactly when the predator was getting thirsty.

Celestia’s thirst kept on multiplying as the seconds passed by.

’She is going to come to you soon. Hold on and keep up the act,’ Ivory whispered in my head to remind me.

Well, resisting Celestia is not an easy job—as I am always drawn to her. I balled my fists together and braced myself to face the most difficult challenge ever.

I reminded myself that I survived the deep abyss so I could survive anything that came in my way.

Soon, Celestia’s predator eyes landed on me. Her blood lust was on the peak, and her breathing got heavy. Then she got up from the Coronation chair and dropped the golden orb and the scepter on the ground.

She came running to me at supernatural speed. Even though my love has become a predator now, she looked extremely pretty as ever. Everyone in the Chapel was stunned to look at the ’princess to be’ who was now high on bloodlust.

When Celestia came near me, I got completely intoxicated by her Cedarwood aroma. She smells so good! Her pale skin was now glossy and gleaming more than ever—as she was covered with the Cedarwood oil.

She came near to me and grabbed the neckline of my purple robe. She was now so close to me that her chest was just inches away from my face.

When she bent down a little, her pearly white cleavage line was exposed to my eyes. I took a deep breath and struggled to control my own lust.

My real test has begun now! I shut my eyes tight and tried hard to conceal my desire. I can do this! I have enough self-control to resist her even when she is offering herself to me.

Then I felt her lips smack mine! I wanted this so much. This is my biggest desire. Still, I didn’t kiss her back.

I sat down like a dead log on the pew while her lips continued to kiss mine. The only noise that I heard after that was her lips smacking mine. Other than that, everyone in the whole Chapel was deadly silent.

Then I opened my eyes just to look at the reaction on Oberon’s face. He was stunned to his bones and ashamed as well. This feels like a victory to me!

I was so disappointed when her velvety lips left mine—but my love started to place kisses on my neck and amused me.

’Theo, act now,’ Ivory screamed in my head.

Oh my! I almost forgot about my scene.

"Father, please save me! This predator is going to take me—" I shouted out like I was in agony.
