Fantasy World: Seducing The Heroine At The Start-Chapter 134: Expanding business, introducing new items
The days after the Black Wolf Guild’s destruction passed quietly. For most people, peace had returned to the Black Plain City. But under that calm surface, one name had begun to dominate every whisper — Feng Yun.
Whether it was the cultivators who saw him fight or the merchants who benefited from his growing shop, everyone now recognised the young man with the spear and the mysterious background.
No one dared provoke him anymore.
After all, Feng Yun was the man who wiped out the Black Wolf Guild overnight — and lived to tell the tale.
At this moment, Feng Yun sat in the inner chamber of his mansion. The room was quiet except for the faint hum of spiritual energy coming from the items scattered across his desk — jade slips, small bottles, and glowing talismans.
After destroying the guild, the territory and treasures of the Black Wolf Guild, he obtained many treasures. Not only that, but he obtained a large area of territory; Feng Yun decided to build his business headquarters on this land.
It will come in handy when he expands his business; he needs a large piece of land to build his headquarters as well as build his second clan home. The Maple Leaf City was too small and barren. He wanted to shift the clan to the Black Plain City, but it depended on his father and elders if they wanted to move or not.
He leaned back in his chair and summoned the familiar blue screen before his eyes — the System Store.
Rows of goods appeared, each name gleaming faintly with enticing energy. Weapons, pills, cultivation manuals, arrays, treasures — everything one could imagine.
But Feng Yun’s expression remained thoughtful.
He knew better than anyone that not everything should be taken out.
"Hmm..." he murmured softly, scrolling through the list. "These items are powerful, but too powerful. If I sell something that draws the attention of the big sects or the empires, trouble will come faster than I can deal with it."
He tapped his fingers against the armrest. His shop was already well-known for its "miracle-grade" items, but he had kept their range limited on purpose. The moment he sold something that defied logic too much, the greedy hands of the strong would reach for him again.
"I need balance," he thought. "Something rare enough to attract the cultivators in the region... but not so rare that I attract the eyes of giants."
After a while, his gaze settled on five particular products.
The first was the Spirit Vein Pill — a pill that increased the chance of breaking through to the Martial King Realm. Even among high-grade alchemists, it was considered extremely difficult to refine. Many mid-rank cultivators would risk fortunes just for one.
The second was the Body Tempering Essence — a medicinal elixir that strengthened the physique and allowed the body to withstand harsher cultivation techniques. It was especially loved by warriors who relied on physical strength.
The third was a unique item called the Soul-Nurturing Tea. A single sip calmed the mind, stabilised the soul, and eased the mental burden from long meditation. It wasn’t as flashy as combat items, but for sect elders or alchemists, it was priceless.
The last was a bottle of Blood Vitality Drops, a liquid extracted from rare beasts, which could restore vitality and stamina instantly. For adventurers and mercenaries, it was an indispensable life-saving treasure.
"These four", Feng Yun murmured, his eyes gleaming faintly. "All rare. All useful. And none of them will bring too much attention."
He confirmed the purchase. The next moment, the system’s light flickered, and four wooden boxes appeared before him on the table, each sealed with faint spiritual markings.
He opened them one by one, checking the contents carefully.
The pills emitted a faint glow, the tea leaves shimmered with silver veins, and the crystals pulsed softly like captured starlight.
Satisfied, Feng Yun leaned back and smiled. "Perfect. These will create a storm in the market — but a controlled one."
The next morning, the shop opened earlier than usual.
Inside the polished wooden building, Wang Ruo was giving instructions to the maids and attendants. Under her efficient guidance, the shop had grown larger and more organised in the past few weeks.
The customers had already started forming a line outside — merchants, cultivators, and nobles alike. Ever since Feng Yun’s name spread, the shop’s prestige had soared.
When Feng Yun arrived, a few of the regular customers immediately noticed him and bowed respectfully.
"Master Feng!"
"Greetings, Young Master Feng!"
He nodded slightly and entered the counter area. Wang Ruo approached him with a soft smile, her eyes warm. "Young Master, everything is ready. Should we announce the new products today?"
"Yes," Feng Yun said. "But only two for now. The other two should be introduced gradually. We’ll start with the Spirit Vein Pill and the Body Tempering Essence."
She nodded, quickly sending the word to the attendants. Within minutes, the announcement spread across the market square.

The reaction was instant.
Cultivators who were already in line began shouting excitedly.
Within minutes, the front of the shop became packed with eager customers.
Inside, Wang Ruo maintained order with calm precision while Feng Yun sat in the corner, watching quietly.
"Not bad," he murmured, seeing the enthusiasm outside. "Exactly as planned. Let them fight for it — and spread the name further."
By midday, all the products were sold out.
Those lucky enough to get one were grinning like children. Others who missed their chance cursed their luck and immediately began planning to return the next day.
Rumours began spreading faster than wildfire.
"Feng Yun’s shop has another miracle pill!"
"They say the Body Tempering Essence doubled a cultivator’s endurance after one dose!"
"The Spirit Vein Pill increased the success rate by fifty per cent — someone broke through using it!"
In the taverns, in the sect courtyards, in the merchants’ halls — Feng Yun’s name was on everyone’s tongue again.
And unlike before, it wasn’t just fear that surrounded his name now.
It was respect — and a touch of awe.
Meanwhile, inside the shop, Feng Yun was organising his plans for the next phase.
He sat with Wang Ruo in the office, reviewing the ledgers.
"The profits from just these two products already surpassed last month’s total," she said, showing him the jade slips with astonishment.
