"Really?"

Suddenly, the air lightened, and the strong pheromone scent that had been spreading faded away. Grayson’s golden eyes, which had been glowing, quickly returned to their original violet color. When Dein realized that Grayson had stopped releasing his pheromones, the man flinched and staggered back, hurriedly retreating without a proper goodbye. Dein could only stare at his back, dumbfounded. And then, it was just Dein and Grayson left in the room.

Sigh...

Dein let out another deep sigh. His head was pounding, but the source of his headache didn’t disappear from his sight. He grabbed the lukewarm beer and chugged half of it in one go, then set the bottle down with a thud and wiped his mouth with his arm.

“How did you find this place?”

Dein’s quiet voice was met with Grayson’s teasing response.

“I can find you anywhere, we’re lovers after all.”

“Go fuck yourself.”

Dein raised his middle finger. But Grayson just kept smiling, showing no sign of offering any real explanation. How had he done it? It was ridiculous to think that Grayson had somehow slipped a chip into his body without him knowing.

Could it be that he had hired someone to tail me?

For now, that seemed like the most plausible explanation. Frustrated, Dein glared at Grayson and clenched his teeth.

“You should’ve stayed away after we were done at work, why are you still bothering me after hours?”

His words, spat through gritted teeth, were filled with irritation. Meanwhile, Grayson reacted nonchalantly.

“Dein, being lovers isn’t like flipping a switch where we’re connected and then disconnected at will.”

To Dein’s surprise, Grayson spoke as if explaining to a child.

“Being lovers means this: belonging to each other all day long.”

Then Grayson flashed a wide grin and added:

“Of course, my everything is yours too.”

“Don’t fuck with me.”

Dein swore again. He had put up with Grayson clinging to him in the fire station, but now he had to deal with him even after work? Was he trying to drive him insane?

“Trying out being together isn’t the same as actually being together.”

Dein deliberately emphasized each word.

“We’re just getting to know each other. Who I sleep with doesn’t concern you. You can sleep with someone else, right?”

This was the same thing Grayson had often said. Even while dating someone he believed to be his destined partner, he would go to parties and have sex with multiple people, all because of his pheromones. And every time, his partners would understand his special nature and overlook it...

It was absurd, but now the situation had flipped completely. Now it was Grayson who needed to have sex because of his pheromones, while Dein was the one indulging in reckless behavior. Meanwhile, Grayson hadn’t had sex or even kissed anyone for over a month.

It was ridiculous, but there was no other choice. Even now, the only one who could excite Virginia was Dein. Even when surrounded by Omega pheromones at the pheromone party, Virginia had shown no reaction.

So, there was only one way.

“Do it to me.”

Dein froze as he was about to bring the beer bottle to his mouth again, the sudden words stopping him. Slowly, he turned to look at Grayson, his face contorting as he spoke.

“What?”

Grayson casually suggested:

“Just do it to me. That’s the way, right?”

Dein stared at him in silence. The loud music blared carelessly into his ears.

[Oh, your dick fits perfectly in my hole. Oh, your dick. Come in. Oh, dick dick. I’ve opened wide for you...]

Grayson was smiling brightly, as if he was ready for anything. As he looked at him, the lyrics of the song seemed to drill into Dein’s ears.

[Oh, dick. Take me. Oh, dick. Take my first...]

“Ugh.”

Dein’s face turned gray in an instant, and he covered his mouth. Seeing this, veins popped out on Grayson’s temples.

“Why’s your reaction like that? Are you about to puke?”

Seemingly truly angry, Grayson’s pheromones grew stronger around them. Dein hastily waved his free hand.

“No, I... I’ve just had too much to drink...”

Dein was surprised by his own excuse, but Grayson mercilessly cut off his retreat.

“You’ve only drunk half a beer.”

That damn bastard. His stomach churned with irritation. Dein wiped his mouth with his arm and glared at Grayson.

“How long have you been watching me?”

“From the start.”

Grayson answered without hesitation, still standing with his usual confidence. Dein was once again left dumbfounded. How could this guy be so shameless?

“Weren’t you an extreme alpha?”

“And?”

Dein contorted his face and asked.

“So you’re gonna stick it in me? Are you serious? You won’t even feel anything anyway.”

“Well, we won’t know until we try.”

Grayson confidently added:

“I know someone who only does it from behind. He says he moans in pleasure.”

Another crazy bastard...

Dein heard the sound of blood rushing to his head.

For a moment, he thought that if he followed Grayson, he might get so tired of it and run away. But that thought was quickly crushed. Just imagining it, his body felt like it would shrink and disappear, let alone get hard...

What if this bastard actually likes it and sticks even closer than now?

A chill ran down his spine as he imagined it, but with Grayson Miller, anything seemed possible. In that moment, Dein just wanted to give up on everything.

“Are you leaving?”

As Dein stumbled toward the door, Grayson quickly followed him and asked. Without a word, Dein took out his phone to call a taxi, but Grayson, having seen it over his shoulder, casually remarked:

“I can drive even if I drink.”

“What the hell are you saying, you crazy bastard...”

Dein muttered in a tired voice, but Grayson didn’t care.

“It’s true. I don’t get drunk even if I drink or take drugs. You know that’s just my nature, right? And right now, I haven’t had a drop, so you can trust me even more.”

Dein looked at [N O V E L I G H T] him with a frown, as if asking, “So what?”

Grayson smiled brightly and responded:

“I’ll drive you in your car.”

Dein stared at his face for a moment. Grayson held out his hand for the keys with a grin. Although the sight made his stomach churn, it wasn’t actually a bad offer. He could save on the taxi fare and wouldn’t need to take another one tomorrow to pick up his car.

After calculating the pros and cons, Dein scowled at Grayson. He was still standing there, hand outstretched. Eventually, he took the keys from his pocket and dropped them into Grayson’s palm. Grayson grabbed them from the air, smiling.

“Shall we go then? To our sweet home.”

“Hey.”

“To your motel.”

After Dein snapped at him with a harsh remark, Grayson quickly corrected himself. A little lapse in attention and it would turn into something else, this bastard. Dein, in a fit of anger, raised his leg and kicked Grayson’s butt with his thigh.

Thankfully, during the drive, Grayson didn’t bring up any other topics. He just drummed on the steering wheel and sang a song. The song was called “Boobs Boobs.”

Damn, who the hell made that?

Dein was getting fed up with the endless hook. He sat in the passenger seat, just waiting to get there as soon as possible. When the car finally stopped in the motel parking lot, he was completely exhausted.

Grayson got out, locked the car, and handed the keys to Dein. Taking them quickly, Dein didn’t look back and headed inside. Watching him, Grayson shouted.

“Good night, babe.”

Dein didn’t respond. He just raised his middle finger as he walked away. Grayson stayed where he was, unmoving, until Dein reached the stairs and opened the door to his room on the second floor.

Finally, when Dein entered the motel room alone after a shower and lay down with Darling, the word “boobs” kept echoing in his ears until he fell asleep.
