Claimed By A Dragon Prince-Chapter 61: Sneak Attack +18
Chapter 61: Sneak Attack +18
Dimitri suddenly went on high alert when he felt eyes on him scanning the tree line for the intruder. Lily tapped his chest telling him she was aware of the intruder. *Can you see them?* Dimitri could only see part of the treeline without moving wanting to avoid alerting whoever was out there. *No, but I can sense something just at the bend of the river.* He turned his body so he was on his back and Lily moved in close having a better view of the treeline.
Dimitri could sense the creatures too, unsure of what it might be. They moved slowly along the river edge before they both sprung up Lily summoned her swords as Dimitri took one going back to back with her. The creatures reacted scared running away as shadowy figures dropped from the sky at the same moment. Their energy was far more sinister when they approached the two, surrounding them.
"We are here for the princess. If she comes with us quietly we will leave without bloodshed." Dimitri felt Lily pat his thigh in reassurance as he glided his hand down her hip. "Yeah, that’s not happening." Lily sprung into action at the same time Dimitri did moving with him and watching his back as she dodged a blow while swinging her blade down on one of the figures blood gushing out when she pulled her sword back to defend herself from another blade coming down on her. freeωebnovēl.c૦m
Dimitri was taking down his attackers while Lily had his back cutting down anyone who got too close. Three of the figures were left and they weren’t small. "You could have made this easy, and just give us the girl!" Dimitri spat at the ground near their feet pissed that they would even think he would give Lily up.
"In your dreams, assh*le." The figures begin to shift changing into darkling dragons as Dimitri started shifting tossing his sword to Lily. She caught it sticking them in the ground to grab a robe tying it quickly before the first darkling took a snap at her. Running up to Dimitri she grabbed a horn swinging herself up onto his back as he flapped his wings at them knocking them off balance.
Catching air Dimitri flew up into the sky going high and moving to the left as the other three followed him. Lily didn’t have the antigen this time, but these were supposed to be weapons made for a god so they had to do something. Remembering why she was so drawn to them she concentrates on the energy with in them feeling it course through her veins. This was white hot lightening ready to take down anyone it struck.
Dimitri dodged a nip but sustained a large gash on his arm as she grabbed one for Darklings by the neck, Lily swinging around to drive the blade into its chest. Lightening struck it barbecuing its body then the carcass dropped to the ground. The other two hesitate to flee west in the same direction they were going. Dimitri landed in the same clearing they had just fought in shifting as Lily slid down putting her swords away.
"Well, we know who’s been talking to them. I didn’t think Vestis would be involved with them. He must have recruited them somehow." Dimitri nodded walking to a small pool of water next to the river’s edge. Stepping in it went just about waist deep as he dipped his head releasing his fire breath into the water heating it like he did in the bathtub the first time they met.
She stepped down next to him leaving the robe on the ground while she lowered her body into the pool. Moving close to him she began to wipe off the blood lifting his arm and seeing the gash there and it was still bleeding. Feeling the urge to lick it, she covered the whole wound with her saliva. He gasped at her wanting to pull away, but the contact made him hold still a warm sensation spreading over his arm.
When she pulled away, wiping her lips, the wound was healing itself closed. "How?" Lily shrugged. Something inside told me to do it, so I did. I’m glad I was right." Lily moved to his hair, some of it still somewhat blood-soaked. The river carried the blood away as they continued to clean each other. Dimitri wiped the blood from her cheek, moving down her chest, making sure there wasn’t a drop left.
She knew this wasn’t the time to feel turned on, but this man’s touch always ignited her causing all rational thought to go to the wind. He lifted her onto the grassy edge laying her out and running his hands over her breasts squeezing gently before moving down her body scooching her closer to his waiting member. He slid right into her as she gripped him with every inch he sank into her.
Lily arched into him as he began a slow, deep rhythm wanting to draw out her pleasure seeing her face as he took her. Rocking her hips to meet his she wanted him to move more but he just rode her while squeezing and sucking on her breast inflaming her more. "Aaah! Dimitri! Please!"
He chuckled keeping his pace while holding her hips down moving with more force and tilting his hips to hit her g-spots each time he went in her. Lily was delirious from all the sensations coursing through her body and the way her inside felt as he moved inside her. She never wanted this moment to end.
Picking up the pace Dimitri’s knot started forming his movements becoming more demanding as his base grew in size. The expansion had Lily arching more into him as he slid in filling her and stretched her opening as he pulled back out. His dragon was beating at him to take control feeling his mate calling him.
His mark on her neck and shoulder started to glow again the patterns spreading over her skin. He looked to his arm which also started to glow as the same markings moved over his arm watching her eyes glow. "You are mine. No one will take you from me." Dimitri leaned over and growled out his promise sending them both over the edge.
He collapsed on top of her their breathing ragged as they basked in the afterglow of their lovemaking. He traced the glowing lines as they disappeared back into her skin. "You know you glow when we’re engaged in sexual activities?" Lily turned her face to see him looking up at her. His head laying on her chest using her breasts as pillows.
"Must be a god thing. We don’t know how all of it works. I can only imagine what my father and mother went through." He nodded pulling himself the rest of the way out of the water laying next to her. Looking over at the dead darkling dragons he knew they needed to be dealt with. Pulling his robe on he secured the belt about to stand up.
Getting up he walks over to them taking a deep breath and lighting them on fire. Thankfully their things were on the opposite side of the clearing from where they landed. Lily’s blades are something else and he was curious just about just how powerful they are. A god’s weapon could have many qualities ones they have yet to see. She summoned lightening which was an advanced dragon skill few could master, even him.
Watching the darklings burned away he could hear Lily gathering their things moving them closer to the edge of the river waiting for him to be done. She had gotten dressed in warm clothes after taking her bath. She was glad the water stayed warm long enough for them to get clean. They didn’t take long to burn but the ground around the dragons was ruined, charred black from the burnt bodies. "Let us move upstream a bit and find a tree to sleep in. The ground seems too dangerous."
Lily nodded following him hand in hand up the river a bit finding a big tree taller than the castle. Kneeling so she could get on his back he lept into the tree finding a wide branch for them to rest on. He grabbed their packs hanging them on a strong branch next to them. Dimitri pulls his mate close to his chest keeping her secured between his legs.
Holding her close he leans down to kiss her cheek as she fights to keep her eyes open. "Don’t worry I have to first shift. I’ll wake you in a couple of hours. Rest." Lily nodded letting her exhausted and overworked body fall into slumber once more.
Dimitri watched her sleep as the sky started turning colors slowly while a new day broke through. He was going to take care of that wolf king the minute they had the cure for the source of the poison. No one was taking her from him, not even an evil god like Vestis.
