Bloodmancer in the Jurassic Era: I use my Dinos to seduce Human mates-Chapter 211: Zik Vs. Allosaurus Fragilis

This odd version of an Allosaurus Fragilis charged towards the lake, and towards its people. It was angry, it may even be hungry, but the fact of the matter was that the people here were in danger!

With only a fifteen-percent full mana pool to his name, Jimmy stood in front of the monster, and tried to tame it as fast as he could, but he underestimated its speed.

The beast got to the lake in five short seconds, and Jimmy was the first man on its path!

Although inherently abrupt, he was sure that he was going to die, and get eaten right then and there, as the calculations he made were horribly overshot, and he had barely even tapped into its heartbeat yet!

"Oh... fu-" He was forced to grunt.

In the blink of an eye, before the beast could’ve gotten to him, Jimmy felt a sudden pull, and then his vision got blurry. His body bent out of shape, nearly like a boomerang!

Seconds later, things went back to normal. Well, as normal as they could get with a large dinosaur attacking them.

Jimmy looked around, and saw Eni with her arms around his back. She had pulled him out of trouble at the eleventh hour, and now, they had the pleasure, or advantage of being away from the Allosaurus Fragilis by a full one-hundred meters, or over three-hundred feet!

However, even though he was fine, he could clearly see, from a distance, that the shapeshifters were in trouble! The beast trampled two of them already, and then bit another man in half!

The shapeshifters were being beaten on by a dinosaur who had practically ambushed them. They were not prepared for this attack whatsoever!

"Go help them!" He exclaimed, "Throw them in the water, and try not to get bit!"

Eni wasn’t fond of these shapeshifters, but regardless of what she felt, she could not stand idly by while they got slaughtered, so she beamed across the edge of the lake, and started throwing people in the lake every other second. She might have saved at least ten people by herself in just half a minute!

As for the rest, they were either trying to get the beast’s attention, and lure it away from the lake, or they were fleeing in the safe depths of the lake itself.

Laylania, this tribe’s toughest, and most prodigious shapeshifter, was in the lake as well. She wasn’t abandoning her people, she wasn’t fleeing, but she did need twenty whole seconds to shapeshift without being trampled on, so she used the depths of the lake as her safe space, and even suffocated herself for a moment, just so she could shapeshift into a dinosaur of equal, or almost equal size as the one who was attacking them!

Two more of her people died as she shapeshifted, and she dreaded hearing their desperate screams, but she needed a few more seconds, and there was nothing she could do about that fact.

Eni tried her best to get people out of harm’s way, but there were too many of them, so even at her highest speed, which in itself was dangerous as the edge of the lake was slippery, she only managed to pull half of the shapeshifters out of danger, and she was officially done helping them when the rest of the shapeshifters were already in the waters.

There wasn’t anything she could’ve done to prevent the casualties of five, innocent people. She didn’t like them, but she didn’t want to see them dead either.

The deaths shook her. Jimmy had done such a good job at taming dinosaurs in the past few weeks, that she had forgotten how dangerous they could be.

Zik on the other hand, he was no runner, he was no coward, and he knew damn well of how dangerous these overgrown lizards could be! He had plenty of experience with them.

To help the shapeshifters, he first either pushed, or threw a few people away from danger with the aid of his Dinosaur Strength, and afterwards, he yelled out at the top of his lungs, calling for the beast’s attention ever since a minute ago, while Eni had been busy pulling people away from danger.

Once he got the dinosaur’s attention, he held on tight to the only spear that he had brought down here, and tried to secure a good aim.

"That’s right... you bastard... follow me." He held his breath.

The large, four-meter, or thirteen foot tall beast then charged towards him, picking up its speed, and its feet leaving large, foot-deep footprints in the mud as it ran. The ground lightly shook, accompanying its stride!

Within a blink, he tossed the spear towards its head with every bit of strength he could muster, be it physical or magical, and nailed the beast right in the head!

The beast was forced to slow down, and halt on its spot. To his surprise, it wasn’t dead, even after suffering such a nasty blow to the head.

"What?" He grunted. "You don’t have a brain for me to stab, shit muncher?"

The beast flailed its head left and right, trying to shake the pain, and essentially, the spear away, but it was no use.

That aside, Zik was quite aware that it was distracted now, so he used the opportunity the best way he knew how. 𝐟𝕣𝕖𝐞𝐰𝕖𝚋𝐧𝗼𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝗰𝐨𝐦

He started running towards it, and at the moment it lowered its head as it tried to shake the spear off, Zik leaped up as high as he could, a full three meters, or nearly ten feet high, and landed above its neck, right on his feet!

Keeping a firm footing up there was nearly impossible. He was nearly shaken off, but then he landed flat on his belly, his arms and legs tied on its neck, just firm enough for him not to fall off.

Zik then started climbing up, and got a hold of his spear. He then pulled the spear out of the beast’s head with one hand, and then stood up, to nail it on the head once more!

Before he could even raise his spear up, the beast jerked its head up, and so he was sent flying backwards, and into the lake.

Pissed off beyond measure, he grunted, "Damn you, shit muncher!"

Afterwards, he started swimming towards the shores again, more than willing to fight the beast to the end, but by that time, he was beaten to it.

The shapeshifters finally started rising out of the waters, and they came out as dinosaurs, mostly half of the beast’s size!

Laylania came out as the biggest dinosaur, a few inches bigger than the one that attacked them, even, and with twenty shapeshifters following her into battle, she was ready to make up for the deaths of her people in the best way she knew how!
