Zhi Le and the other two also leaped onto the stage, forming a protective circle around the pair.

The High Priest finally snapped out of it. With a wave of his hand, a squad of Beastmen with Tenth Level Combat Power leaped onto the stage and released their intimidating auras in unison.

Once the square finally fell silent, he bowed respectfully to Si Shuo and said with a smile, "Congratulations, Si Shuo, on being chosen by the Beast God as the new Female Saint. While you are in Nanye City, your safety will be the responsibility of our Third Guard Team!"

A young, blond-haired male stepped forward. He bowed, his gaze clear and honest, and said, "Si Shuo Divine Female, my name is Sheng Gao. I’m the captain of the Third Guard Team. It is my honor to serve you."

Ji Liang, the walking encyclopedia, chimed in with an explanation for Si Shuo. "Aside from hunting, the males in Nanye City find jobs in the city to earn Crystal Stones and support their females and cubs."

"There are many Guard Teams in the city, each with different duties. That includes one that’s on permanent standby to protect the Female Saint."

"Most of these team members are already mated, so they won’t cause any trouble for the Female Saint."

Si Shuo breathed an inward sigh of relief and thanked the High Priest and the Guard Team with a smile.

She didn’t want the crowd staring at her like a prize sheep. After exchanging a few polite words, she urged her Beast Husbands to lead her away.

Back home, she looked at Zhi Le and Ji Liang with eager anticipation. "Do you feel anything different? I asked the Beast God for a Skill that lets us teleport to each other!"

Zhi Le froze. "Teleport to each other?"

Ji Liang couldn’t help but hiss in disbelief. "The Beast God granted it?"

Si Shuo nodded, confused. "Yeah, he granted it. What’s wrong? Is that strange?"

Aside from Xu Chi and Si Shuo, who didn’t seem to grasp the significance, the other three men exchanged a look and nodded grimly.

Ji Liang immediately headed out. "I’ll go find a hidden spot by the sea. Let’s see if Little Shuoshuo can teleport to me."

Si Shuo nodded and tucked a pink seashell into his hand. "Use this as a signal when you’ve found a place."

Ji Liang squeezed her hand, shell and all. Understanding her meaning, he nodded with a smiling hiss.

Si Shuo was thrilled. ’I’m so excited! I really became a Female Saint and got a new Skill the whole group can use! Plus, after coupling with Ji Liang, the personal spaces for the three of us have all reached two cubic meters, and we even got a communal planting area.’

"Oh, Xu Chi, how can you be so sweet? So sweet I don’t have the heart to tease you." She gave his lower lip a light peck.

Xu Chi cupped the back of her head, returning her kiss with a proper gentleness, though his breath came a little quicker. "Don’t hold back."

Holding a plate of strawberries she’d bought from the supermarket for thirty Beast Coins, she munched away while giving pointers to Xu Chi and Gong You.
