Beast Evolution System: Devourer of Heaven-Chapter 320: New Pangera

Naledi and Ved appeared above that underground lair, with a single punch Ved crushed everything into dust.

They saw the twirling portal or rather a remnant of it and knew Vermilion had gone somewhere else.

Ved wanted to kill him but he wouldn't chase him to another world, not when his home was facing it own issues.

They flew up and were about to go back to his minor world when they felt the world shake.

Somewhere in the universe, a woman stood on space like it was solid ground. She had long black hair.

Eyes as deep as the night, pitch back without a single spot of any other colour. Any who looked through them would see nothing but death and silence.

That woman waved her hand and a staff appeared. She tapped it gently and space rippled like water.

The universe started spinning rapidly, somewhere else there was another woman shrouded in darkness.

She stood before a massive white wolf, she looked up. " It's starting." She whispered. The wolf was confused.

" I have delivered my message, you know what to do child of the moon." The woman whispered and disappeared leaving the frozen world of the silver wolf.

Naledi and Ved looked up and day turned into night then day again, it kept changing rapidly. The stars in the night sky changed positions.

The world grew larger with each passing moment. They both felt the power barrier around the world break.

Now they can evolve into rank 6 but it did not end there. The stars flew straight for them, they heard a clicking sound.

They saw another world collided with theirs, they panicked thinking the world would crumble but it did not.

Instead it was if the worlds were a puzzle being put together. More and more worlds merged with theirs.

Naledi took a deep breath, her divine flame gave her a higher connection to laws than others.

Even though she couldn't use laws she can still feel them and she knew the laws were changing and growing stronger.

Earth would be able to support stronger beings now and that terrified her. They were not ready.

If those old monsters decided to take over there was really nothing any of them can do about it.

However they were not the only ones, the top experts of the universe all rose into space and took their battle forms.

' Do not fear.' they heard a majestic voice in their heads and relaxed, they knew if that being wanted them dead, they would be dead.

They watched as the worlds unravelled themselves like folded paper. They merged together forming a massive continent.

The entire universe was moving and merging together, every world be they habitable or otherwise.

Even gas giants merged with this new continent creating deadly storm regions. Lava worlds formed volcanic regions.

Water world created seas and oceans. Rivers large enough to drown stars ran through the continent.

The people on those worlds and every other living creature seemed to be protected by some force.

They were unharmed throughout all of this. However they all partially understood what was happening even if they didn't know why.

In all those old worlds they had legends and tales of an old world, the original world which was but a single continent.

That had a single sun and moon, it had stars but each star was lesser than the sun in grandeur.

Galaxies did not exist nor did the concept of planet. They all figured the world was returning to it former state.

The amount of essence energy on each world that had merged grew rapidly, beasts took advantage and grew stronger.

Humans and other sentient races weren't capable of that but they already wielded too much power.

The demonic beasts failed to overpower them and the races reached a stalemate. The people of earth reacted differently.

Majority of the population did not know of the old continent, they have heard it name but thought it was a continent of their tiny world.

The flood of spirit energy made the demonic beasts grow stronger rapidly. Ved and Naledi were forced to take action and prevent the death of many.

It was not hard with Ved's king's authority, he was able to pacify the demonic beasts hordes.

However the two of them were not happy, they understood the implications of what was happening.

By now they were certain the world could support law comprehension and it was still growing.

" I'm going to rank up." Naledi suggested, she knew he was yet to reach the necessary evolution points so it was up to her.

He shook his head, " You'll be vulnerable, the world doesn't seem stable enough, there could be issues, it's not worth the risk."

She gritted her teeth, " But if they invade.."

he looked at her.

" You'll do nothing, even if you rank up, you won't be strong enough to fight their armies, not to mention they might send comprehension realm experts."

She sighed, she knew he was right and she hated it. Ved took human form, he was tired of the wind being drawn to him by his gravity.

They held hands and continued watching, more and more planets kept merging with earth.

Naledi noticed the rate at which essence energy flooded the world was not as intense as she initially thought.

She was just too agitated to notice before, it was constant but gradual unlike the waves which come all at once.

The essence also felt much more pure, her friends and Ved's subordinates appeared from the distance.

They all looked agitated, some like White and Cat who enjoyed battle tried to hide their excitement but how could their friends not see it.

Eventually in what felt like hours, it ended. Everywhere they looked they saw land and seas.

At the edges of earth started another world, different worlds infact. One of the worlds bordering earth seemed to be a world of demonic beasts.

Ved saw a lizard as large as a mountain, each of it steps shook the earth. That world was very close to their position.

The lizard turned it massive eyes at them, this thing was definitely a rank 7 demonic beast.

For a demonic beast to reach that rank, it either had to be very lucky and obtain some natural treasure or have a really high bloodline grade.

Heaven grade at minimum and this one was above that with legendary grade bloodline. When it saw them it attacked.

It massive tail shook the sky and cut towards them faster than light itself. They were able to follow it movements, while it was faster than light, they too were very close to that speed.

Ved and Naledi stood forward ready to take the brunt of the attack or all of earth would be wiped out.

Just as the tail was only a few kilometres away from them it hit an invisible barrier. The tail exploded into a blood shower that painted the barrier red.

Everybody took a deep breath of relief, they were scared they were going to die back there.

( Don't worry Ved, she made sure Earth is safe for a while, the limit that can enter through the barrier is rank 5, but that won't last for long.
