There were around fifteen goblins in the first group of dungeon monsters that Anna’s group had encountered. Anna saw Daniel, and Ingrid bravely moved forward to tank the rushing goblins. Both of her father’s vice-captains were holding shields to meet the swords and spears of the goblins. Normally, both warriors didn’t wield shields. Daniel was a broadsword wielder, while Ingrid used two short swords in both of her hands.

Since the two warriors would work as the group’s tank, they were now holding huge shields. The main tactic was that the two warriors would block the attacks of the dungeon monsters while Anna and her classmates killed them off using their spells.

Before the goblins reached Daniel and Ingrid, Anna moved forward a bit, just behind Daniel and Ingrid, and once she saw that the goblins were in range of her spell, she immediately cast three Frost Novas one after another. Thankfully, all of the members of the party would not be affected by Anna’s Sorceress spells, so the only ones affected by the Frost Nova spells were the goblins.

Half of the goblins froze, and the other half were severely slowed down. The dungeon monsters were all severely damaged, and Anna finished them off with a few casts of her Ice Bolt spells. After a few seconds, Anna’s mana returned to full. The Meditation Aura from the Insight Runeword spear that Daniel was carrying worked its magic. The first battle did not even last three minutes.

The other two adventurers who were guarding their backs were in awe of Anna’s spellcasting. Even Avina, Normumu, and Alethea were extremely impressed. They knew about Anna’s spells. She demonstrated her spells to them in the training fields. What truly impressed them was the fact that the powerful burst of ice that came out of Anna’s body only affected the dungeon monsters. Based on what they saw of the Frost Nova spell, which was the name of the spell that Anna cast, its damage was enough to kill all of them in just a few hits.

After all the goblins were dealt with, the four adventurers started looting the dungeon monsters. They mostly dug the corpses for the mana stones since there were no other materials that could be gathered from the goblins’ corpses. Not even the monsters’ weapons were good enough to be taken by them.

Anna was delighted. Due to her being low-level, she could see that the first group of monsters earned her a big chunk of experience points. Based on her calculations, just a couple more groups and she would have reached the next level.

The group did not linger long in the area and moved forward immediately. Anna would have preferred to fly like Anton, and she knew that once her level was high enough, she could copy that move from her brother. But at that moment, her level was too low to support the consumption of the Telekinesis spell when using it to fly, even supported by the Meditation Aura from the Insight Spear.

The next group of dungeon monsters was still goblins, which was expected. That was why this dungeon was called the Goblin’s Cave. There were still around fifteen goblins in this group, but three of them were holding bows. When the goblins noticed them, the melee goblins started running towards them.

Daniel and Ingrid braced themselves again behind the huge shield they were carrying. The other two adventurers moved forward a bit to hide Avina, Normumu, and Alethea behind their shields. In truth, the four girls did not need to hide behind shields, since when they faced the goblins, the four girls cast their magic shield spells that could block arrows.

Still, the girls let the adventurers handle the defense, since it was their job. Before the rushing melee goblins reached them, Anna cast six Ice Blast towards the three goblin archers one after another, and the powerful ice spells killed them in no time. When the rushing melee goblins reached the range of Anna’s Frost Nova, she immediately cast three Frost Novas consecutively, which caused the goblins to be frozen or severely slowed down. After that, Anna would finish off the goblin using the Ice Bolt spell.

Since the Meditation Aura kept Anna’s mana full, they did not need to rest, and she requested to move forward immediately after all the mana stones were gathered.

After they killed several more groups, noon arrived, and they stopped to rest and eat. Anna was extremely happy since she earned a couple of levels in just a few hours. Whenever she leveled up, she would immediately put the stat points on her Energy stat to increase the damage of her spells and to increase her mana pool, and the skill points would go to the Telekinesis spell.

Anna was not worried about making a mistake assigning her newly earned stat and skill points since, again, she could reset her stats and skills once a week.

While they were eating, everyone started talking with each other. The four adventurers gathered together to talk while the girls started gossiping.

“Anna, don’t forget your promise of letting us watch some new movies for not allowing us to fight the monsters!” Avina said, and Anna simply nodded.

“She should do that! Based on her expression, she successfully earned the experience points she needed to level up the magic item that Anton gave her,” Normumu added, and Anna just giggled.

“Honestly, the spells from that item are truly impressive. Just the Frost Nova alone is extremely useful!” Alethea said.

“Yes, it is, but I’m guessing that I can only use it inside the dungeon or if I’m alone, because the Frost Nova spell would damage anyone near me that is not a part of a party system,” Anna told her dorm mates.

“Is there no way for you to create that party system outside the dungeon?” Avina asked.

“There is by using one of Anton’s Portal Scrolls. The scroll holder would be able to create a party system similar to the party system inside dungeons. Still, the party system could only include up to eight people, including the scroll holder, so only eight people could be near the caster of the Frost Nova spell.”

Anna did not tell them that another option that she had to create a party system was to wield one of Anton’s legendary items, like the Insight Spear, but her classmates did not need to know that. Anna planned to dump all of the skill points that she would earn leveling up to the Telekinesis spell. Even with just three skill points on the Telekinesis spell, she could already use it to fly a bit.

Their group’s pace was fast, but no one complained, since all the combat work was being done by Anna. Even Daniel and Ingrid, who were supposed to function as the group’s tanks, did not need to work too much since most of the time, the goblins would freeze or be extremely slowed down by Anna’s Frost Nova spell before they hit Anders’s two vice-captains’ shields.

Even the three girls became complacent and started ignoring what was happening in front of them. They just allowed Anna to kill all the dungeon monsters that came their way, since that was what they agreed on in return for Anna allowing them to watch movies in the manor that had not been shown in the cinema.

The four adventurers who were their guards also knew the situation since the girls had told them the agreement that had happened between the four girls. Daniel and Ingrid understood why Anna did that since they knew her class situation. Only the two other guards were a little bewildered, but of course, they did not question the girls about it and just followed along.
